Abstract

Disclosed is an exercise bench. In the exercise bench, a resistance assembly arranged inside a machine body supplies resistance forces to two pull cables, and the two pull cables are respectively led out from shields on two sides of a deck and change their directions by two pull cable steering mechanisms.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An exercise bench, comprising: a machine body ( 1 ), a deck ( 2 ) arranged at a bottom of the machine body ( 1 ), a shield ( 3 ) arranged on each of two sides of the deck ( 2 ), two pull cables, and resistance assemblies configured to supply resistance forces to the two pull cables, the resistance assemblies being disposed inside the machine body ( 1 ), the two pull cables being respectively led out from the shields ( 3 ) on the two sides of the deck ( 2 ), wherein the shields ( 3 ) on the two sides of the deck ( 2 ) are movably connected to the deck ( 2 ), each of the shields ( 3 ) on the two sides of the deck ( 2 ) is provided with a recess configured to receive a pull cable steering mechanism, the pull cable steering mechanisms being configured to guide the two pull cables.

The exercise bench according to  claim 1 , wherein a sit board ( 4 ) is arranged at a top portion of the machine body ( 1 ), wherein the sit board ( 4 ) is movably connected to the top portion of the machine body ( 1 ), such that the sit board ( 4 ) is capable of overlaying the top portion of the machine body ( 1 ) or expanding towards an extension direction of the deck ( 2 ). 
     
     
         3 . The exercise bench according to  claim 2 , wherein the sit board ( 4 ) is movably connected to the top portion of the machine body ( 1 ) via a movable connection structure, the movable connection structure comprising a first limiting block ( 5 ), a second limiting block ( 6 ), and a connection member ( 7 ), wherein two ends of the connection member ( 7 ) are round corners and are respectively movably connected to the top portion of the machine body ( 1 ) and the sit board ( 4 ) via a rotary shaft ( 8 ), the first limiting block ( 5 ) is fixedly connected to the top portion of the machine body ( 1 ), the second limiting block ( 6 ) is fixedly connected to the sit board ( 4 ), and the first limiting block ( 5 ) and the second limiting block ( 6 ) are both configured to limit the connection member ( 7 ) in response to the sit board ( 4 ) expanding towards the extension direction of the deck ( 2 ).

The exercise bench according to  claim 1 , wherein the recess comprises a first recess and a second recess, wherein the first recess and the second recess are respectively opened in the shields ( 3 ) on the two sides of the deck ( 2 ), and the pull cable steering mechanisms comprise a first support ( 9 ) corresponding to the first recess and a second support ( 10 ) corresponding to the second recess, the first support ( 9 ) and the second support ( 10 ) being respectively provided with a first winding structure and a second winding structure. 
     
     
         5 . The exercise bench according to  claim 4 , wherein top portions of the first support ( 9 ) and the second support ( 10 ) are connected to form an integral structure. 
     
     
         6 . The exercise bench according to  claim 4 , wherein the first winding structure is provided with a first locking member, and the first winding structure is slidably connected to the first support ( 9 ) and a position of the first winding structure relative to the first support ( 9 ) is fixed via the first locking member; the second winding structure is provided with a second locking member, and the second winding structure is slidably connected to the second support ( 10 ) and a position of the second winding structure relative to the second support ( 10 ) is fixed via the second locking member. 
     
     
         7 . The exercise bench according to  claim 4 , wherein the first support ( 9 ) and the second support ( 10 ) are telescopic rods each with a fastener device. 
     
     
         8 . The exercise bench according to  claim 4 , wherein the first winding structure and the second winding structure are universal pulleys. 
     
     
         9 . The exercise bench according to  claim 1 , wherein the resistance assembly comprises a first motor ( 11 ), a first winding wheel ( 12 ), a second motor ( 13 ), and a second winding wheel ( 14 ), wherein the first motor ( 11 ) and the second motor ( 13 ) are respectively configured to control the first winding wheel ( 12 ) and the second winding wheel ( 14 ). 
     
     
         10 . The exercise bench according to  claim 9 , wherein the resistance assembly further comprises a first cable escape mechanism ( 15 ) and a second cable escape mechanism ( 16 ), wherein the first cable escape mechanism ( 15 ) and the second cable escape mechanism ( 16 ) are respectively arranged at movable connection pivots between the corresponding shields ( 3 ) and the deck ( 2 ), and the two pull cables are respectively led from the corresponding winding wheels into the corresponding cable escape mechanisms and are subsequently led out from the corresponding shields ( 3 ).
