Abstract
The present disclosure is generally directed to a bottom hole assembly. The bottom hole assembly may include a by-pass valve assembly and a shifting tool assembly positioned downhole from the by-pass valve assembly. The bottom hole assembly may used to hydraulically fracture a wellbore and shift a well tool from a first position to a second position within the wellbore.

22 . A bottom hole assembly comprising:
(a) an upper end and a lower end and a fluid flow passage therebetween; (b) a valve; (c) a packing element and an anchor slip each positioned downhole of the valve; and (d) a shifting tool located downhole of the packing element and anchor slip,
wherein the valve is operable to direct fluid flow entering the upper end of the bottom hole assembly to: (i) an area exterior of the bottom hole assembly through a port positioned uphole from the packing element and anchor slip in a first valve orientation; or (ii) to the shifting tool in a second valve orientation.
