Abstract
A headboard structure having an upper connecting rod, a lower connecting rod, two supporting rods and a plurality of longitudinal telescopic rods; the two supporting rods are spaced part from each other and disposed at a left and a right side of the headboard structure respectively, and the upper connecting rod and the lower connecting rod are arranged between the two supporting rods and spaced part from each other along an up-down direction, and are detachably connected to the two supporting rods. Due to the longitudinal telescopic rods, sub-rods can be retracted into the sleeve pipes, so that the overall height of a headboard is reduced, the packaging size is reduced, and the transportation and package costs are reduced.

1 . A headboard structure, comprising:
an upper connecting rod, a lower connecting rod, two supporting rods, and a plurality of longitudinal telescopic rods; the two supporting rods are arranged at a left side and a right side of the headboard respectively, and are spaced apart from each other along a left-right direction of the headboard; the upper connecting rod and the lower connecting rod are arranged between the two supporting rods, and are spaced apart from each other along an up-down direction of the headboard; the upper connecting rod and the lower connecting rod are both detachably connected to the two supporting rods; the longitudinal telescopic rods are distributed between the two supporting rods along a lengthwise direction of the upper connecting rod and the lower connecting rod; and the longitudinal telescopic rods are mutually spaced apart from each other along the lengthwise direction of the upper connecting rod and the lower connecting rod; an upper end and a lower end of each of the longitudinal telescopic rods are connected to the upper connecting rod and the lower connecting rod respectively; each of the longitudinal telescopic rods comprises a sub-rod and a sleeve pipe arranged below the sub-rod, and the sub-rod is telescopically retractable into the sleeve pipe; at least one of the longitudinal telescopic rods is provided with a positioning structure; the positioning structure comprises a spring loaded buckle and a positioning hole; the spring loaded buckle is positioned at a lower portion of the sub-rod; a buckle pin of the spring loaded buckle points outwardly from the sub-rod; the positioning hole is aligned with the buckle pin of the spring loaded buckle and is arranged at an upper portion of the sleeve pipe.
2 . The headboard structure of claim 1 , wherein at least two longitudinal telescopic rods are each provided with the positioning structure.

The headboard structure of claim 1 , wherein a lower end of each sleeve pipe is fixed to the lower connecting rod; and a sliding cavity is formed inside each sleeve pipe, and the sliding cavity is in communication with an upper end of the sleeve pipe; an upper end of each sub-rod is fixed to the upper connecting rod; and a lower end of each sub-rod is movably inserted in a corresponding sliding cavity.
4 . The headboard structure of claim 3 , wherein a length of each sub-rod is not greater than a depth of the corresponding sliding cavity.

The headboard structure of claim 3 , wherein each of the longitudinal telescopic rods further comprises a hollow plug, the hollow plug is provided with a plug body hollowed through an upper end and a lower end of the hollow plug; a periphery of the upper end of the plug body is provided with a flange extending radially from the plug body; and the plug body sleeves the sub-rod and is inserted into the sliding cavity of the sleeve pipe; the flange is limited and abutted against an upper end surface of the sleeve pipe.

The headboard structure of claim 1 , wherein at least one sub-rod is provided with a cavity inside, a sidewall of the lower portion of said at least one sub-rod has an opening in communication with the cavity; the spring loaded buckle comprises a V-shaped spring sheet and the buckle pin; the V-shaped spring sheet of the spring loaded buckle is located in the cavity, and the buckle pin of the spring loaded buckle extends out of the opening from the cavity; a sliding cavity is formed inside each sleeve pipe; the lower portion of said at least one sub-rod is inserted downwardly to the sliding cavity of a corresponding sleeve pipe and is slidable therein; and a corresponding positioning hole is in communication with the sliding cavity.

The headboard structure of claim 1 , wherein the upper portion of the sleeve pipe of each of the longitudinal telescopic rods is further sleeved by a protective sleeve; the protective sleeve is internally provided with a through hole penetrating through an upper end and a lower end of the protective sleeve, and the through hole allows the sleeve pipe to pass through.

The headboard structure of claim 1 , wherein each of a left end and a right end of the upper connecting rod is bent downwards to form a lower connecting portion; two lower connecting portions at said left end and said right end of the upper connecting rod respectively sleeve and connect to upper connecting portions provided at upper portions of the two supporting rods; and two ends of the lower connecting rod are respectively detachably locked at middle portions of the two supporting rods.

The headboard structure of claim 8 , wherein an outer diameter of each of the upper connecting portions is smaller than an inner diameter of a corresponding lower connecting portion; side walls of each of the upper connecting portions and side walls of the corresponding lower connecting portion are provided with aligned penetrating holes; a fixing bolt is provided to penetrate the penetrating holes and lock the upper connecting portion and the corresponding lower connecting portion in cooperation with a nut.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
