Abstract
An elastic cushion is provided in the disclosure, which includes a first elastic body, a second elastic body and a sleeve body. The second elastic body is embedded or fused in the first elastic body, and the sleeve body wraps outside the first elastic body. The second elastic body includes a wear resistant sleeve with a plurality of accommodating cavities and a plurality of elastic monomers arranged in the accommodating cavities in one-to-one correspondence. The plurality of accommodating cavities of the wear resistant sleeve are arranged independently of each other. Softness of the first elastomer is greater than that of the second elastomer, and elasticity of the second elastomer is greater than that of the first elastomer. The elastic cushion according to the disclosure can be uniformly stressed, with excellent comfort and a good rebound force.

An elastic cushion, comprising a first elastic body, a second elastic body and a sleeve body, wherein the second elastic body is embedded or fused in the first elastic body, and the sleeve body wraps outside the first elastic body, the second elastic body comprises a wear resistant sleeve with a plurality of accommodating cavities and a plurality of elastic monomers arranged in the accommodating cavities in one-to-one correspondence, the plurality of accommodating cavities of the wear resistant sleeve being arranged independently of each other; and softness of the first elastomer is greater than softness of the second elastomer, and elasticity of the second elastomer is greater than that of the first elastomer.
2 . The elastic cushion according to claim 1 , wherein compression of the elastic cushion is not more than 80%.
3 . The elastic cushion according to claim 1 , wherein elastic coefficient of each of the elastic monomers is equal.
4 . The elastic cushion according to claim 3 , wherein the elastic coefficient of each of the elastic monomers is 50 to 750 N/m, and there are 200 to 800 elastic monomers per m 2 .
5 . The elastic cushion according to claim 4 , wherein the elastic coefficient of each of the elastic monomers is 350 N/m, and there are 400 elastic monomers per m 2 .
6 . The elastic cushion according to claim 1 , wherein the elastic monomer is a single spring, and a radius and elastic coefficient of the spring are equal everywhere along its axial direction.

The elastic cushion according to claim 1 , wherein the elastic monomer comprises two springs, a first spring and a second spring, sleeved from outside to inside, a radius and elastic coefficient of the first spring are equal everywhere along its axial direction, and a radius and elastic coefficient of the second spring gradually decrease from bottom to top along its axial direction.
8 . The elastic cushion according to claim 1 , wherein the second elastic body further comprises a guide for installing and guiding the elastic monomer, the guide being arranged on an inner wall of the wear resistant sleeve corresponding to each of the accommodating cavities.

The elastic cushion according to claim 8 , wherein the guide comprises a base and a guide pole, the base being round or oval, the guide pole being arranged on the base, the guide pole being tapered towards a free end thereof, the elastic monomer being sleeved on the guide pole, a height of the compressed elastic monomer being not less than a height of the guide pole, and after the elastic monomer is compressed, the guide not affecting comfort of the elastic cushion.
10 . The elastic cushion according to claim 1 , wherein the first elastomer is made of a foaming material, and the second elastomer and the first elastomer form an integrated structure by foaming.
11 . The elastic cushion according to claim 2 , wherein the second elastic body further comprises a guide for installing and guiding the elastic monomer, the guide being arranged on an inner wall of the wear resistant sleeve corresponding to each of the accommodating cavities.

The elastic cushion according to claim 11 , wherein the guide comprises a base and a guide pole, the base being round or oval, the guide pole being arranged on the base, the guide pole being tapered towards a free end thereof, the elastic monomer being sleeved on the guide pole, a height of the compressed elastic monomer being not less than a height of the guide pole, and after the elastic monomer is compressed, the guide not affecting comfort of the elastic cushion.
13 . The elastic cushion according to claim 3 , wherein the second elastic body further comprises a guide for installing and guiding the elastic monomer, the guide being arranged on an inner wall of the wear resistant sleeve corresponding to each of the accommodating cavities.

The elastic cushion according to claim 13 , wherein the guide comprises a base and a guide pole, the base being round or oval, the guide pole being arranged on the base, the guide pole being tapered towards a free end thereof, the elastic monomer being sleeved on the guide pole, a height of the compressed elastic monomer being not less than a height of the guide pole, and after the elastic monomer is compressed, the guide not affecting comfort of the elastic cushion.
15 . The elastic cushion according to claim 5 , wherein the second elastic body further comprises a guide for installing and guiding the elastic monomer, the guide being arranged on an inner wall of the wear resistant sleeve corresponding to each of the accommodating cavities.

The elastic cushion according to claim 15 , wherein the guide comprises a base and a guide pole, the base being round or oval, the guide pole being arranged on the base, the guide pole being tapered towards a free end thereof, the elastic monomer being sleeved on the guide pole, a height of the compressed elastic monomer being not less than a height of the guide pole, and after the elastic monomer is compressed, the guide not affecting comfort of the elastic cushion.
17 . The elastic cushion according to claim 6 , wherein the second elastic body further comprises a guide for installing and guiding the elastic monomer, the guide being arranged on an inner wall of the wear resistant sleeve corresponding to each of the accommodating cavities.

The elastic cushion according to claim 17 , wherein the guide comprises a base and a guide pole, the base being round or oval, the guide pole being arranged on the base, the guide pole being tapered towards a free end thereof, the elastic monomer being sleeved on the guide pole, a height of the compressed elastic monomer being not less than a height of the guide pole, and after the elastic monomer is compressed, the guide not affecting comfort of the elastic cushion.
19 . The elastic cushion according to claim 7 , wherein the second elastic body further comprises a guide for installing and guiding the elastic monomer, the guide being arranged on an inner wall of the wear resistant sleeve corresponding to each of the accommodating cavities.
