Abstract
A combination packaging container has a cup-shaped container and an outer component. The jacket of the outer component has a receiving area and an area, the area being arranged between the receiving area and the second end face when viewed in longitudinal extension. A section of the open end and/or a section of the sealing element of the container is received in the receiving area of the jacket of the outer component. Furthermore, a method produces a combination packaging container and a method opens a combination packaging container.

A pre-cut part ( 13 ) for an outer component ( 12 ) for wrapping around a cup-shaped container ( 2 ) having a container jacket ( 4 ) with one open end ( 5 ) and one closed end ( 7 ) with a base ( 3 ), wherein the pre-cut part ( 13 ) has a substantially circular ring segment basic shape, wherein the pre-cut part ( 13 ) has a first end portion ( 14 ) and a second end portion ( 15 ), wherein the pre-cut part ( 13 ) can be wrapped into a jacket where the first end portion ( 14 ) and the second end portion ( 15 ) can be joined with one another in an overlap area ( 16 ), wherein the pre-cut part ( 13 ) further has a first end face ( 19 ) and a second end face ( 20 ) and wherein the first end face ( 19 ) and the second end face ( 20 ) are spaced apart from one another,

An outer component ( 12 ) for wrapping a cup-shaped container ( 2 ) having a container jacket ( 4 ) with one open end ( 5 ) and one closed end ( 7 ) with a base ( 3 ), wherein the outer component ( 12 ) is made from the pre-cut part ( 13 ) according to claim 1 , said pre-cut part ( 13 ) having a substantially circular ring segment basic shape, said pre-cut part ( 13 ) having a first end portion ( 14 ) and a second end portion ( 15 ), wherein the pre-cut part ( 13 ) is wrapped into a jacket whereby the first end portion ( 14 ) and the second end portion ( 15 ) are joined with one another in an overlap area ( 16 ), wherein the outer component ( 12 ) further has a first end face ( 19 ) and a second end face ( 20 ) and the first end face ( 19 ) and the second end face ( 20 ) are spaced apart from one another, wherein the outer component ( 12 ) has a longitudinal extension ( 22 ) extending from the first end face ( 19 ) to the second end face ( 20 ),
wherein the jacket of the outer component ( 12 ) has a receiving area ( 23 ) and an area ( 24 ), said area being arranged between the receiving area ( 23 ) and the second end face ( 20 ) when viewed in the longitudinal extension ( 22 ).

The outer component ( 12 ) according to claim 2 , wherein the receiving area ( 23 ) has a first receiving area end ( 25 ) and a second receiving area end ( 26 ), wherein the first receiving area end ( 25 ) is facing the first end portion ( 14 ) of the pre-cut part 13 and wherein the second receiving area end ( 26 ) is facing the second end portion ( 15 ) of the pre-cut part ( 13 ), wherein the first receiving area end ( 25 ) and the second receiving area end ( 26 ) are spaced apart from one another.
4 . The outer component ( 12 ) according to claim 3 , wherein the first receiving area end ( 25 ) and the second receiving area end ( 26 ) are spaced apart from one another by a length ( 27 ), said length ( 27 ) being 5% to 75% of the receiving area jacket circumference of the jacket.

The outer component ( 12 ) according to claim 2 , wherein the receiving area ( 23 ) has a circular ring segment basic shape which is concentric to the circular ring segment basic shape of the pre-cut part ( 13 ) and wherein the receiving area ( 23 ) has a first receiving area end face ( 28 ), where said first receiving area end face ( 28 ) is facing the first end face ( 19 ), and wherein the receiving area ( 23 ) has a second receiving area end face ( 29 ), where said second receiving area end face ( 29 ) is facing the second end face ( 20 ), wherein the first receiving area end face ( 28 ) and the second receiving area end face ( 29 ) are spaced apart from one another, wherein the receiving area ( 23 ) has a receiving area height ( 30 ) extending from the first receiving area end face ( 28 ) to the second receiving area end face ( 29 ).
6 . The outer component ( 12 ) according to claim 2 , wherein the first end face ( 19 ) and/or the second end face ( 20 ) has/have a circular arc shape, or wherein the first end face ( 19 ) and/or the second end face ( 20 ) has/have a wave or sine wave shape.
7 . The outer component ( 12 ) according to claim 2 , wherein the jacket of the outer component ( 12 ) has a second receiving area ( 34 ) and a second area ( 35 ), said second area ( 35 ) being arranged between the second receiving area ( 34 ) and the second end face ( 20 ) when viewed in the longitudinal extension ( 22 ) of the outer component ( 12 ).

The outer component ( 12 ) according to claim 7 , wherein the receiving area ( 23 ) and the second receiving area ( 34 ) have at least substantially the same dimensions, and wherein the receiving area ( 23 ) and the second receiving area ( 34 ) are arranged opposite one another in the jacket of the outer component ( 12 ).
9 . The outer component ( 12 ) according to claim 2 , wherein a predetermined separation area ( 36 ) is provided for in the jacket of the outer component ( 12 ), said predetermined separation area ( 36 ) extending from the first end face ( 19 ) to the receiving area ( 23 ), in particular to the first receiving area end face ( 28 ), or said predetermined separation area ( 36 ) extending from the first end face ( 19 ) to the second end face ( 20 ).
10 . The outer component ( 12 ) according to claim 2 , wherein the area ( 24 ) is configured with a fold line ( 37 ), said fold line ( 37 ) being configured concentrically to the jacket of the outer component ( 12 ) in relation to a longitudinal axis ( 8 ) of the jacket of the outer component ( 12 ),
and wherein the area ( 24 ) between the fold line ( 37 ) and the second end face ( 20 ) has a folding area ( 38 ), said folding area ( 38 ) being foldable in a radial direction to the longitudinal axis ( 8 ) of the jacket of the outer component ( 12 ), and said folding area ( 38 ) optionally having a tab ( 51 ), said tab ( 51 ) being joinable with the second receiving area ( 34 ).
11 . A combination packaging container ( 1 ) comprising:
a cup-shaped container ( 2 ), wherein the container ( 2 ) has a container jacket ( 4 ) which has one open end ( 5 ) and one closed end ( 7 ) with a base ( 3 ); the outer component ( 12 ) according to claim 2 , which is wrapped around the container ( 2 ), wherein the outer component ( 12 ) is made from a pre-cut part ( 13 ), said pre-cut part ( 13 ) having a substantially circular ring segment basic shape, said pre-cut part ( 13 ) having a first end portion ( 14 ) and a second end portion ( 15 ), wherein the pre-cut part ( 13 ) is wrapped into a jacket where the first end portion ( 14 ) and the second end portion ( 15 ) are joined with one another in an overlap area ( 16 ), wherein the outer component ( 12 ) further has a first end face ( 19 ) and a second end face ( 20 ) and the first end face ( 19 ) and the second end face ( 20 ) are spaced apart from one another, wherein the outer component ( 12 ) has a longitudinal extension ( 22 ) extending from the first end face ( 19 ) to the second end face ( 20 ), a sealing element ( 39 ), said sealing element ( 39 ) sealing the open end ( 5 ) of the container ( 2 ) in a detachable manner, wherein the jacket of the outer component ( 12 ) has a receiving area ( 23 ) and an area ( 24 ), said area ( 24 ) being arranged between the receiving area ( 23 ) and the second end face ( 20 ) when viewed in the longitudinal extension ( 22 ), and wherein a section ( 40 ) of the open end ( 5 ) and/or a section ( 41 ) of the sealing element ( 39 ) of the container ( 2 ) is received in the receiving area ( 23 ) of the jacket of the outer component ( 12 ).
12 . The combination packaging container ( 1 ) according to claim 11 ,
wherein the area ( 24 ) of the outer component ( 12 ) extends across the open end ( 5 ) of the container ( 2 ) when viewed in the longitudinal extension.
13 . The combination packaging container ( 1 ) according to claim 11 ,
wherein the sealing element ( 39 ) is configured such that it can only be removed once the outer component ( 12 ) has been removed from the container ( 2 ).
14 . The combination packaging container ( 1 ) according to claim 11 ,
wherein the sealing element ( 39 ) is connected to the jacket of the outer component ( 12 ), and wherein the sealing element ( 39 ) is configured such that removal is enabled simultaneously with the removal of the outer component ( 12 ) from the container 2 .
15 . The combination packaging container ( 1 ) according to claim 11 ,
wherein the jacket of the outer component ( 12 ) extends over part of the container jacket ( 4 ), preferably between a quarter and two thirds of the container jacket ( 4 ).
16 . The combination packaging container ( 1 ) according to claim 11 ,
wherein the area ( 24 ) is configured with a fold line ( 37 ), said fold line ( 37 ) being configured concentrically to the jacket of the outer component ( 12 ) in relation to a longitudinal axis ( 8 ) of the jacket of the outer component ( 12 ), and wherein the area ( 24 ) between the fold line ( 37 ) and the second end face ( 20 ) has a folding area ( 38 ), said folding area ( 38 ) being folded in a radial direction to the longitudinal axis ( 8 ) of the jacket of the outer component ( 12 ), such that the folding area ( 38 ) partially or fully covers the open end ( 5 ), in particular the sealing element ( 39 ).
17 . The combination packaging container ( 1 ) according to claim 16 ,
wherein the folding area ( 38 ) has a tab ( 51 ), said tab ( 51 ) being joined with the second receiving area ( 34 ).
18 . The combination packaging container ( 1 ) according to claim 11 ,
wherein the container jacket ( 4 ) of the container ( 2 ) and the jacket of the outer component ( 12 ) have a substantially truncated cone shape and are arranged around a joint conical axis ( 42 ), and wherein a first angle ( 43 ) between the container jacket ( 4 ) of the container ( 2 ) and the conical axis ( 42 ) is greater than a second angle ( 44 ) between the jacket of the outer component ( 12 ) and the conical axis ( 42 ).
19 . The combination packaging container ( 1 ) according to claim 18 ,
wherein the open end ( 5 ) and/or the sealing element ( 39 ) has/have a collar ( 45 ) which protrudes radially to the conical axis ( 42 ) across the container jacket ( 4 ) of the container ( 2 ), wherein a third angle ( 48 ) is configured between the conical axis ( 42 ) and an imaginary intersecting line ( 46 ), where said imaginary intersecting line ( 46 ) extends from an outermost point of the collar ( 45 ) to the conical axis ( 42 ) and intersects the first end face ( 19 ), wherein the third angle ( 48 ) is greater than the second angle ( 44 ).
20 . The combination packaging container ( 1 ) according to claim 11 ,
wherein the container ( 2 ) is a reusable container, in particular a reusable container comprising a plastic material.
21 . The combination packaging container ( 1 ) according to claim 11 ,
wherein the container ( 2 ) has an orientation means ( 52 ) in its base ( 3 ) area, in particular a groove or an elevation, which is configured to fix and/or position the container ( 2 ).
22 . A production method for the combination packaging container ( 1 ) according to claim 11 , comprising the following method steps:
providing a cup-shaped container ( 2 ), wherein the container ( 2 ) has a container jacket ( 4 ) which has one open end ( 5 ) and one closed end ( 7 ) with a base ( 3 ), filling the container ( 2 ) with a product, sealing the open end ( 5 ) of the container ( 2 ) with a detachable sealing element ( 39 ), providing a pre-cut part ( 13 ), said pre-cut part ( 13 ) having a substantially circular ring segment basic shape, wherein the pre-cut part ( 13 ) has a first end portion ( 14 ) and a second end portion ( 15 ), wherein the pre-cut part ( 13 ) further has a first end face ( 19 ) and a second end face ( 20 ) and wherein the first end face ( 19 ) and the second end face ( 20 ) are spaced apart from one another, wherein the pre-cut part ( 13 ) has a longitudinal extension ( 22 ) extending from the first end face ( 19 ) to the second end face ( 20 ), and wherein the pre-cut part ( 13 ) has a receiving area ( 23 ) and an area ( 24 ), said area ( 24 ) being arranged between the receiving area ( 23 ) and the second end face ( 20 ) when viewed in the longitudinal extension ( 22 ), forming an outer component ( 12 ) from the pre-cut part ( 13 ) by wrapping the container ( 2 ) with the pre-cut part ( 13 ) or forming an outer component ( 12 ) from the pre-cut part ( 13 ) and axially sliding the outer component ( 12 ) onto the container ( 2 ), wherein the first end portion ( 14 ) and the second end portion ( 15 ) are joined with one another in an overlap area ( 16 ), wherein the first end face ( 19 ) is facing the base ( 3 ) and the second end face ( 20 ) is facing the open end ( 5 ) of the container ( 2 ), and wherein a section ( 40 ) of the open end ( 5 ) and/or a section ( 41 ) of the sealing element ( 39 ) of the container ( 2 ) is received in the receiving area ( 23 ).

The method according to claim 22 , wherein the container ( 2 ) can be fixed and/or positioned prior to wrapping with the outer component ( 12 ) or prior to the axial sliding of the outer component ( 12 ) by coupling a coupling element with an orientation means ( 52 ), in particular with a groove or elevation, in the base ( 3 ) area of the container ( 2 ).

A method for opening the combination packaging container ( 1 ) according to claim 11 , with a cup-shaped container ( 2 ), wherein the container ( 2 ) has a container jacket ( 4 ) which has one open end ( 5 ), said open end being sealed with a sealing element ( 39 ), and one closed end ( 7 ) with a base ( 3 ),
and with an outer component ( 12 ), said outer component ( 12 ) being wrapped around the container ( 2 ), wherein the outer component ( 12 ) is made from a pre-cut part ( 13 ), said pre-cut part ( 13 ) having a substantially circular ring segment basic shape, said pre-cut part ( 13 ) having a first end portion ( 14 ) and a second end portion ( 15 ), wherein the pre-cut part ( 13 ) is wrapped into a jacket where the first end portion ( 14 ) and the second end portion ( 15 ) are joined with one another in an overlap area ( 16 ), wherein the outer component ( 12 ) further has a first end face ( 19 ) and a second end face ( 20 ) and the first end face ( 19 ) and the second end face ( 20 ) are spaced apart from one another, wherein the outer component ( 12 ) has a longitudinal extension ( 22 ) extending from the first end face ( 19 ) to the second end face ( 20 ), wherein a predetermined separation area is provided for in the jacket of the outer component ( 12 ), and wherein the jacket of the outer component ( 12 ) has a receiving area ( 23 ) and an area ( 24 ), said area ( 24 ) being arranged between the receiving area ( 23 ) and the second end face ( 20 ) when viewed in the longitudinal extension ( 22 ), wherein a section ( 40 ) of the open end ( 5 ) and/or a section ( 41 ) of the sealing element ( 39 ) of the container ( 2 ) is received in the receiving area ( 23 ), comprising the method steps: separating the outer component ( 12 ) from the container ( 2 ) by opening the predetermined separation area ( 36 ), removing the sealing element ( 39 ) from the open end ( 5 ) of the container ( 2 ).Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
