Cosmetic container
Abstract
The invention relates to a cosmetic container that can prevent deformation caused by the content. The cosmetic container includes: a lower case having a case bottom and an inner rim to form an internal space, an upper case rotatably coupled to the lower case and covering the top of the lower case, a protective tray inserted in the internal space and including a tray rim and a tray bottom, and a securing ring for coupling the protective tray to the lower case; where the lower case includes an outer rim formed with a gap from the inner rim; the securing ring includes a ring flange and a ring rim; the ring flange contacts the upper end of the tray rim; and the ring rim is inserted into an insertion groove formed between the inner rim and the outer rim so as to contact the outer perimeter of the inner rim.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A cosmetic container comprising:
a lower case including a case bottom and an inner rim and forming an internal space; an upper case rotatably coupled to the lower case and configured to cover a top of the lower case; a protective tray configured to be inserted in the internal space and including a tray rim and a tray bottom; and a securing ring configured to couple the protective tray to the lower case, wherein the lower case includes an outer rim, the outer rim formed with a particular gap from a circumference of the inner rim, the securing ring includes a ring flange and a ring rim, the ring flange having an annular shape, the ring rim extending from the ring flange, the ring flange contacts an upper end of the tray rim, and the ring rim is inserted into an insertion groove formed between the inner rim and the outer rim so as to contact an outer perimeter of the inner rim.
2 . The cosmetic container of claim 1 , wherein the protective tray is fabricated from polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
3 . The cosmetic container of claim 1 , wherein the tray rim has a same height as the inner rim.
4 . The cosmetic container of claim 1 , wherein an outwardly protruding detent protrusion is formed at an end portion of the tray rim, and
the detent protrusion is positioned at an upper end of the inner rim and is pressed down by the ring flange.
5 . The cosmetic container of claim 1 , wherein a coupling groove is formed in an outer perimeter of the inner rim, and a ring-coupling protrusion configured to be inserted in the coupling groove is formed on an inner perimeter of the ring rim.Cited by (0)
