Abstract

The present disclosure provides chimeric anti-gen receptor polypeptides having antigen recognition domains for CD2, CD3, CD4, CD5, CD7, CD8, and CD52 antigens, and polynucleotides encoding for the same. The present disclosure also provides for engineered cells expressing the poly-nucleotide or polypeptides. In some embodiments, the disclosure provides methods for treating diseases associated with CD2, CD3, CD4, CD5, CD7, CD8, and CD52 antigens.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 .- 105 . (canceled)

106 . An engineered T cell or NK cell expressing a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) at the cell surface, wherein the engineered T cell or NK cell comprises a polynucleotide comprising from 5′ to 3′ a polynucleotide encoding an engineered chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) comprising a signal peptide, an antigen recognition domain, a hinge region, a transmembrane domain, at least one co-stimulatory domain, and a signaling domain; wherein the antigen recognition domain consists essentially of a nucleotide sequence encoding an antibody binding domain of CD7.

107 . The engineered T cell or NK cell according to claim 150 , wherein the chimeric antigen receptor comprises the polynucleotide of SEQ ID NO. 8, and polypeptide of SEQ ID NO. 17.
