Abstract
A vaporizer includes: a vaporization assembly having a first electrode contact and a second electrode contact; and an anti-counterfeiting assembly having a first electrode connection terminal and a second electrode connection terminal. The first electrode contact is connected to the first electrode connection terminal to connect the vaporization assembly and the anti-counterfeiting assembly in series. The second electrode contact acts as a first electrode of the vaporizer and the second electrode connection terminal acts as a second electrode of the vaporizer such that upon connection of the vaporizer to a battery rod, the anti-counterfeiting assembly communicates with the battery rod through the first electrode and the second electrode.

1 . A vaporizer, comprising:
a vaporization assembly comprising a first electrode contact and a second electrode contact; and an anti-counterfeiting assembly comprising a first electrode connection terminal and a second electrode connection terminal, wherein the first electrode contact is connected to the first electrode connection terminal to connect the vaporization assembly and the anti-counterfeiting assembly in series, and wherein the second electrode contact comprises a first electrode of the vaporizer and the second electrode connection terminal comprises a second electrode of the vaporizer such that upon connection of the vaporizer to a battery rod, the anti-counterfeiting assembly is configured to communicate with the battery rod through the first electrode and the second electrode.
2 . The vaporizer of claim 1 , wherein the anti-counterfeiting assembly comprises:
an anti-counterfeiting unit, respectively electrically connected to the first electrode connection terminal and the second electrode connection terminal, and wherein the anti-counterfeiting unit is configured to communicate with the battery rod to determine whether the battery rod matches the vaporizer.
3 . The vaporizer of claim 2 , wherein the first electrode connection terminal, the second electrode connection terminal, and the anti-counterfeiting unit are encapsulated into an independent element, or
wherein the first electrode connection terminal and the second electrode connection terminal, and the anti-counterfeiting unit are two elements independently arranged.
4 . The vaporizer of claim 2 , wherein the anti-counterfeiting unit comprises a die, or
wherein the anti-counterfeiting unit comprises a die and an encapsulation body wrapping the die.
5 . The vaporizer of claim 1 , wherein the anti-counterfeiting assembly comprises:
a control unit comprising a communication detection end connected to the first electrode contact; and a power supply unit connected to the communication detection end and the control unit, and wherein, if the vaporizer is connected to the battery rod, after the vaporizer receives a communication signal from the battery rod through the communication detection end, the control unit is configured to send, through the communication detection end, a feedback signal to the battery rod based on a voltage signal provided by the power supply unit so as to implement communication between the vaporizer and the battery rod.
6 . The vaporizer of claim 5 , wherein the anti-counterfeiting assembly comprises:
a switch unit, a first end of which is connected to the first electrode contact, a second end of which is connected to the second electrode connection terminal, and a control end of which is connected to the control unit; and a timing unit configured to control a heating time, and wherein, if the vaporizer receives a heating instruction, the control unit is configured to control the switch unit to be in a first working state within a heating time controlled by the timing unit so as to enable the vaporization assembly to work in a heating state, and the control unit is configured to control the switch unit to be in a second working state within a non-heating time controlled by the timing unit so as to charge the power supply unit.
7 . The vaporizer of claim 6 , wherein the anti-counterfeiting assembly comprises:
a rectifier unit comprising a first path and a second path, wherein, if the vaporizer and the battery rod are connected in a first connection manner, and the first electrode receives a power supply voltage, communication and heating operations are performed on the anti-counterfeiting assembly and the battery rod through the first path, and wherein, if the vaporizer and the battery rod are connected in a second connection manner, and the second electrode receives the power supply voltage, communication and heating operations are performed on the anti-counterfeiting assembly and the battery rod through the second path.
8 . The vaporizer of claim 7 , wherein the anti-counterfeiting assembly comprises:
a boost unit connected to the control unit and the switch unit, and wherein, if the vaporizer and the battery rod are connected in the second connection manner, and the second electrode is configured to receive the power supply voltage, the control unit is configured to output a drive signal, and the boost unit is configured to boost the drive signal, and to drive, using the boosted drive signal, the switch unit to work in the first working state.
9 . The vaporizer of claim 1 , further comprising:
a first ejector pin; and a second ejector pin, wherein the first ejector pin is connected to the second electrode contact to serve as the first electrode, and the second ejector pin is connected to the second electrode connection terminal to serve as the second electrode.
10 . The vaporizer of claim 9 , wherein the anti-counterfeiting assembly is located between the second ejector pin and the vaporization assembly.
11 . The vaporizer of claim 10 , wherein the first electrode connection terminal and the second electrode connection terminal comprise bosses arranged on two opposite surfaces of the anti-counterfeiting unit,
wherein a first end of the first ejector pin abuts against the second electrode contact, and a second end of the first ejector pin is exposed from a vaporization base of the vaporizer to serve as a connecting end of the first electrode, and wherein the first electrode connection terminal abuts against the first electrode contact, a first end of the second ejector pin abuts against the second electrode connection terminal, and a second end of the second ejector pin is exposed from the vaporization base of the vaporizer to serve as a connecting end of the second electrode.
12 . The vaporizer of claim 10 , wherein the first electrode connection terminal and the second electrode connection terminal comprise elastic pieces,
wherein a first end of the first ejector pin abuts against the second electrode contact, and a second end of the first ejector pin is exposed from a vaporization base of the vaporizer to serve as a connecting end of the first electrode, and wherein the first electrode connection terminal is in elastic contact with the first electrode contact, a first end of the second ejector pin is connected to the second electrode connection terminal, and a second end of the second ejector pin is exposed from the vaporization base of the vaporizer to serve as a connecting end of the second electrode.
13 . The vaporizer of claim 10 , wherein the vaporization assembly comprises:
a first electrode lead wire introduced from the first electrode contact; and a second electrode lead wire introduced from the second electrode contact; wherein the first electrode connection terminal and the second electrode connection terminal comprise conductive patches, wherein a first end of the first ejector pin is connected to the second electrode lead wire, and a second end of the first ejector pin is exposed from a vaporization base of the vaporizer to serve as a connecting end of the first electrode, and wherein the first electrode connection terminal is connected to the first electrode lead wire, a first end of the second ejector pin is connected to the second electrode connection terminal, and a second end of the second ejector pin is exposed from the vaporization base of the vaporizer to serve as a connecting end of the second electrode.
14 . The vaporizer of claim 9 , wherein a vaporization base of the vaporizer is provided with a groove, an opening of which faces outside, and
wherein the anti-counterfeiting assembly is located in the groove.
15 . The vaporizer of claim 14 , wherein the vaporization assembly comprises:
a first electrode lead wire introduced from the first electrode contact and a second electrode lead wire introduced from the second electrode contact, wherein an end of the first electrode lead wire away from the first electrode contact is exposed from the vaporization base of the vaporizer, wherein a first end of the first ejector pin is connected to the second electrode lead wire and a second end of the first ejector pin is exposed from a vaporization base of the vaporizer to serve as a connecting end of the first electrode, and wherein the first electrode connection terminal is connected to the end of the first electrode lead wire away from the first electrode contact, a first end of the second ejector pin abuts against the second electrode connection terminal, and a second end of the second ejector pin is exposed from the vaporization base of the vaporizer to serve as a connecting end of the second electrode.
16 . An electronic vaporization device, comprising:
