Abstract

A clothes treating system including a first clothes treating apparatus including a circuitry module to control the first clothes treating apparatus, the circuitry module including a circuitry case, a connection circuit board mounted inside the circuitry case, and a control panel to cover the circuitry module. The connection circuit board is configured to be connectable by wire to a second clothes treating apparatus positioned at one side of the first clothes treating apparatus. The circuitry module is configured to control the first clothes treating apparatus and the second clothes treating apparatus when the second clothes treating apparatus is connected to the first clothes treating apparatus.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A clothes treating system comprising:
 a first clothes treating apparatus including:
 a circuitry module to control the first clothes treating apparatus, the circuitry module including:
 a circuitry case, and 
 a connection circuit board mounted inside the circuitry case, and 
 
 a control panel to cover the circuitry module, 
   wherein the connection circuit board is configured to be connectable by wire to a second clothes treating apparatus positioned at one side of the first clothes treating apparatus, and   the circuitry module is configured to control the first clothes treating apparatus and the second clothes treating apparatus when the second clothes treating apparatus is connected to the first clothes treating apparatus.   
     
     
         2 . The clothes treating system according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the first clothes treating apparatus includes a first controller,   the second clothes treating apparatus includes a second controller, and   the circuitry module includes a transmission circuit board configured to transmit a control command to the first controller, and to transmit a control command to the second controller when the second clothes treating apparatus is connected to the first clothes treating apparatus.   
     
     
         3 . The clothes treating system according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the circuitry case includes:
 a first surface on which the transmission circuit board is mounted, and 
 a second surface on which the connection circuit board is mounted, the second surface facing a direction different from a direction in which the first surface faces. 
   
     
     
         4 . The clothes treating system according to  claim 3 , wherein
 the circuitry case is configured such that the second surface faces downward when the first surface faces rearward.   
     
     
         5 . The clothes treating system according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the circuitry case includes:
 a first part on which the transmission circuit board is mounted, 
 a second part configured to rotate relative to the first part. 
   
     
     
         6 . The clothes treating system according to  claim 5 , wherein
 the connection circuit board is mounted on the second part.   
     
     
         7 . The clothes treating system according to  claim 5 , wherein
 the second part is configured to cover the transmission circuit board.   
     
     
         8 . The clothes treating system according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the transmission circuit board and the connection circuit board are arranged side by side.   
     
     
         9 . The clothes treating system according to  claim 2 , wherein
 when the second clothes treating apparatus is connected to the first clothes treating apparatus,
 the first controller is connected to the transmission circuit board, 
 the second controller is connected to the connection circuit board, and 
 the connection circuit board is connected to the transmission circuit board. 
   
     
     
         10 . The clothes treating system according to  claim 9 , wherein
 the connection circuit board is configured to convert a signal received from the transmission circuit board and transmit the converted signal to the second controller when the second clothes treating apparatus is connected to the first clothes treating apparatus.   
     
     
         11 . The clothes treating system according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the circuitry module is disposed at the one side of the first clothes treating apparatus close to the second clothes treating apparatus when the second clothes treating apparatus is connected to the first clothes treating apparatus.   
     
     
         12 . The clothes treating system according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the control panel is disposed on a front surface of the first clothes treating apparatus, and   the circuitry module is disposed at a rear of the control panel.   
     
     
         13 . The clothes treating system according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the second clothes treating apparatus is mounted above the first clothes treating apparatus.   
     
     
         14 . The clothes treating system according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the first clothes treating apparatus is a washing machine, and   the second clothes treating apparatus is a dryer.   
     
     
         15 . The clothes treating system according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the control panel includes:
 an input interface configured to receive a user input, and 
 an output interface configured to display visualized information related to the first clothes treating apparatus, and visualized information related to the second clothes treating apparatus when the second clothes treating apparatus is connected to the first clothes treating apparatus. 
   
     
     
         16 . The clothes treating system according to  claim 1 , further comprising: the second clothes treating apparatus.
