Abstract
A machine tool device, in particular a tool adapter, for connecting a tool, in particular a brush, to a tool holder of a machine tool, in particular an angle grinder, has at least one driver unit for a rotationally fixed connection to the tool and at least one fastening unit for axial fastening of the tool to the tool holder. The machine tool device has a positive locking unit, via which the driver unit and the fastening unit can be connected to one another in a rotationally fixed manner via a positive lock.

at least one driver unit configured to establish a rotationally fixed connection to the tool; at least one fastening unit configured to axially fasten the tool to the tool holder; and a positive locking unit configured to connect the driver unit and the fastening unit to one another in a rotationally fixed manner via a positive locking.
2 . The machine tool device according to claim 1 , wherein the fastening unit is configured to be fastened to the tool holder by a movement of the driver unit.
3 . The machine tool device according to claim 2 , wherein the driver unit has a mounting interface configured to cooperate with a mounting tool to generate the movement of the driver unit for fastening the fastening unit to the tool holder.
4 . The machine tool device according to claim 1 , wherein the driver unit has at least one driver element configured to establish a rotationally fixed connection to the fastening unit and the rotationally fixed connection to the tool.
5 . The machine tool device according to claim 1 , further comprising:
at least one axial locking element configured to axially lock a connection of the fastening unit to the driver unit.
6 . The machine tool device according to claim 1 , wherein the driver unit and the fastening unit have a fit to one another which functions according to the poka-yoke principle.
7 . The machine tool device according to claim 1 , wherein the driver unit and the fastening unit are configured in one piece.
8 . A tool unit comprising:
a tool; and a machine tool device comprising:
at least one driver unit configured to establish a rotationally fixed connection to the tool;
at least one fastening unit configured to axially fasten the tool to a tool holder of a machine tool; and
a positive locking unit configured to connect the driver unit and the fastening unit to one another in a rotationally fixed manner via a positive locking.
9 . The tool unit according to claim 8 , characterized in that the machine tool device can be detachably attached to the tool, in particular detachably without tools.
10 . A machine tool system comprising:
a machine tool; and a tool unit comprising:
a tool; and
a machine tool device comprising:
at least one driver unit configured to establish a rotationally fixed connection to the tool;
at least one fastening unit configured to axially fasten the tool to a tool holder of the machine tool; and
a positive locking unit configured to connect the driver unit and the fastening unit to one another in a rotationally fixed manner via a positive locking.
11 . The machine tool device according to claim 1 , wherein the machine tool device is a tool adapter.
12 . The machine tool device according to claim 1 , wherein the machine tool device is configured to connect a brush to an angle grinder.
13 . The machine tool device according to claim 1 , wherein the fastening unit is configured to be fastened to the tool holder by a rotation of the driver unit.
14 . The machine tool device according to claim 5 , wherein the at least one axial locking element includes an O-ring configured to axially lock the connection of the fastening unit to the driver unit.
15 . The machine tool device according to claim 5 , wherein the at least one axial locking element is configured to axially lock the connection of the fastening unit to the driver unit in a detachable manner without tools.
16 . The tool unit according to claim 8 , wherein the tool is brush.
