Claims

Abstract

Provided is a transformable truck container, comprising a chassis frame, a cargo box, and a lifting mechanism. The cargo box comprises a bottom plate assembly, two side assemblies, and a rear plate assembly. The two side plate assemblies are each connected to the bottom plate assembly via at least one side plate driving system that comprises a side plate driving device and a side plate transmission mechanism connected to the side plate driving device. A plurality of rear plates of the rear plate assembly are each connected to one of the side plate assemblies via at least one rear plate driving system that comprises a rear plate driving device and a rear plate transmission mechanism connected to the rear plate driving device. The lifting mechanism is connected to the chassis frame and the cargo box for lifting or lowering the cargo box relative to the chassis frame.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A transformable truck container, comprising:
 a chassis frame, and   a cargo box, comprising:
 a bottom plate assembly; 
 two side plate assemblies, each of which is connected to the bottom plate assembly via at least one side plate driving system that comprises a side plate driving device and a side plate transmission mechanism connected to the side plate driving device, the side plate driving device being connected to one of either of the two side plate assemblies and the bottom plate assembly, and the side plate transmission mechanism being connected to the other of the side plate assembly and the bottom plate assembly; and 
 a rear plate assembly comprising a plurality of rear plates, each of which is connected to one of the two side plate assemblies via at least one rear plate driving system that comprises a rear plate driving device and a rear plate transmission mechanism connected to the rear plate driving device, the rear plate driving device being connected to one of either of the two side plate assemblies and the rear plate, and the rear plate transmission mechanism being connected to the other of the side plate assembly and the rear plate; and 
   a lifting mechanism connected to the chassis frame and the cargo box for lifting or lowering the cargo box relative to the chassis frame.   
     
     
         2 . The transformable truck container according to  claim 1 , wherein the bottom plate assembly comprises a first bottom plate and a second bottom plate, the first bottom plate being movably connected to the second bottom plate, at least one first driving device being fixedly mounted on a bottom face of the first bottom plate or a bottom face of the second bottom plate, and a rotary shaft of the first driving device being fixedly connected to a first connecting seat, with one end of the first connecting seat being sleeved on the rotary shaft of the first driving device, and the other end of the first connecting seat being fixedly connected to the bottom face of the second bottom plate or the bottom face of the first bottom plate.

The transformable truck container according to  claim 2 , wherein the first driving device is a first steering gear, and two first driving devices are provided, the two first steering gears being both fixedly mounted on the bottom face of the first bottom plate or the bottom face of the second bottom plate, a rotary output shaft of each of the first steering gears being fixedly connected to the first connecting seat, with one end of the first connecting seat being sleeved on the rotary output shaft of the first steering gear, and the other end of the first connecting seat being fixedly connected to the bottom face of the second bottom plate or the bottom face of the first bottom plate. 
     
     
         4 . The transformable truck container according to  claim 2 , wherein the two side plate assemblies each comprise a first side plate and a second side plate, the first side plate being connected to the first bottom plate via a second driving device implemented as a second steering gear and a second transmission mechanism implemented as a second link rod mechanism, and the second side plate being connected to the second bottom plate via a third driving device implemented as a third steering gear and a third transmission mechanism implemented as a third link rod mechanism.

The transformable truck container according to  claim 4 , wherein the second steering gear is fixedly mounted on the first side plate, and the second link rod mechanism comprises a second swing link rod, a second connecting rod and a second fixing seat, the second swing link rod having a first end fixedly sleeved on an output shaft of the second steering gear and a second end hinged to the second connecting rod, the second connecting rod having a first end hinged to a second end of the second swing link rod and a second end hinged to the second fixing seat, and the second fixing seat being fixedly mounted on the first bottom plate. 
     
     
         6 . The transformable truck container according to  claim 4 , wherein a first vertical plate is fixedly arranged at the front of the first side plate, and a first top plate is fixedly arranged on a lateral side of the first side plate.

The transformable truck container according to  claim 4 , wherein the third steering gear is fixedly mounted on the second side plate, and the third link rod mechanism comprises a third swing link rod, a third connecting rod and a third fixing seat, the third swing link rod having a first end fixedly sleeved on an output shaft of the third steering gear and a second end hinged to the third connecting rod, the third connecting rod having a first end hinged to a second end of the third swing link rod and a second end hinged to the third fixing seat, and the third fixing seat being fixedly mounted on the second bottom plate. 
     
     
         8 . The transformable truck container according to  claim 4 , wherein a second top plate is fixedly arranged on a lateral side of the second side plate, and the tail of the second side plate is connected to one of the plurality of rear plates. 
     
     
         9 . The transformable truck container according to  claim 4 , wherein the second side plate is connected to one of the plurality of rear plates via a fourth driving device implemented as a fourth steering gear and a fourth transmission mechanism implemented as a fourth link rod mechanism, the fourth steering gear is fixedly mounted on the second side plate, and the fourth link rod mechanism comprises a fourth swing link rod, a fourth connecting rod and a fourth fixing seat, the fourth swing link rod having a first end fixedly sleeved on an output shaft of the fourth steering gear and a second end hinged to the fourth connecting rod, and the fourth connecting rod having a first end hinged to a second end of the fourth swing link rod and a second end hinged to the rear plate. 
     
     
         10 . The transformable truck container according to  claim 1 , wherein at least one eighth driving device is fixedly mounted at the tail of the chassis frame, two eighth driving devices are provided and are arranged side by side at the tail of the chassis frame, and the eighth driving device is connected to the bottom plate assembly by means of an eighth transmission mechanism. 
     
     
         11 . The transformable truck container according to  claim 1 , comprising at least one support device, wherein the at least one support device comprises a ninth driving device and a tenth driving device which are mounted in a housing of the support device,
 an output shaft of the ninth driving device is fixedly mounted on the chassis frame, and   a support foot is slidably mounted in the housing, the support foot is provided with a sliding groove in a penetrating manner, a tenth swing rod is detachably mounted on an output shaft of the tenth driving device, and the tenth swing rod is movably inserted into the sliding groove.   
     
     
         12 . The transformable truck container according to  claim 1 , wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a first link rod, a second link rod, and a third link rod, the first link rod being arranged on the chassis frame, the third link rod being arranged on the cargo box, the first link rod being provided with a recess, at least one seventeenth driving device being fixedly mounted at a first end of the first link rod close to the rear plate assembly, a first end of the third link rod being fixedly mounted on a rotary output shaft of the seventeenth driving device, at least one eighteenth driving device being fixedly mounted at a second end of the third link rod, a first end of the second link rod being fixedly mounted on a rotary output shaft of the eighteenth driving device, and a second end of the second link rod being slidably arranged in the recess of the first link rod. 
     
     
         13 . The transformable truck container according to  claim 12 , wherein two sides of the second end of the second link rod are each provided with a fixed link rod, a bearing is mounted on each of the fixed link rods, and the two bearings are respectively arranged in sliding channels on two sides of the first link rod in a rolling manner. 
     
     
         14 . The transformable truck container according to  claim 12 , wherein two seventeenth driving devices are provided and are fixedly mounted on two sides of the first end of the first link rod in a horizontally opposed manner, a first end of the third link rod is fixedly mounted on both of the rotary output shafts of the two seventeenth driving devices, two horizontally opposed eighteenth driving devices are fixedly mounted on the second end of the third link rod, and the first end of the second link rod is fixedly mounted on both of the rotary output shafts of the two eighteenth driving devices. 
     
     
         15 . The transformable truck container according to  claim 14 , wherein a first connecting seat is fixedly mounted on each of the rotary output shafts of the two seventeenth driving devices, a first connecting plate is fixedly mounted at the top of the third link rod, a connecting portion of one of the first connecting seats is fixedly connected to the bottom of one side of the first connecting plate, and a connecting portion of the other of the connecting seats is fixedly connected to the bottom of the other side of the first connecting plate. 
     
     
         16 . The transformable truck container according to  claim 15 , wherein the bottom plate assembly is fixedly mounted at the top of the first connecting plate, a left side plate assembly is rotatably connected to a left side of the bottom plate assembly, a right side plate assembly is rotatably connected to a right side of the bottom plate assembly, a first vertical plate is fixedly mounted at the front of the left side plate assembly, a left rear plate in the rear plate assembly is rotatably connected to the tail of the left side plate assembly, a second vertical plate is fixedly mounted at the front of the right side plate assembly, and a right rear plate in the rear plate assembly is rotatably connected to the tail of the right side plate assembly. 
     
     
         17 . The transformable truck container according to  claim 1 , wherein a left cover plate is mounted on the left side plate assembly, and a right cover plate is mounted on the right side plate assembly; and wherein the left cover plate is provided with at least one first magnet, and the right cover plate is provided with at least one second magnet attracting the first magnet.
