Abstract
Provided is a tobacco sheet for a non-combustion heating-type fragrance inhaler including a tobacco material, wherein a cross-section of the tobacco sheet in the thickness direction has a wavy shape.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A tobacco sheet for non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalators, the tobacco sheet comprising a tobacco raw material, a cross section of the tobacco sheet in a thickness direction of the tobacco sheet having a corrugated shape,
wherein the tobacco raw material is a dry tobacco material, wherein the sheet further comprises an aerosol generating agent, and wherein the sheet has a moisture content of more than 5% by mass and 7.5% by mass or less.
2 . (canceled)
3 . The sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the aerosol generating agent is a mixture of glycerine and propylene glycol.
4 . The sheet according to claim 1 ,
wherein a content of the aerosol generating agent in the sheet is less than 20% by mass.
5 . The sheet according to claim 4 , wherein the aerosol generating agent is a mixture of propylene glycol and glycerine.
6 . A non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalator comprising a tobacco-containing segment including the tobacco sheet for non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalators according to claim 1 .
7 . A non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalation system comprising:
the non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalator according to claim 6 ; and a heating apparatus that heats the tobacco-containing segment.
8 . A method for producing the tobacco sheet for non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalators according to claim 1 , the method comprising:
preparing a mixture including a tobacco raw material, an aerosol generating agent, and first and second shaping agents; rolling the mixture to form a rolled article; and pressing a rotary blade roll against the rolled article to cut the rolled article into strips while corrugating the strips.
9 . (canceled)
10 . A non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalator comprising a tobacco-containing segment including the tobacco sheet for non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalators according to claim 3 .
11 . A non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalator comprising a tobacco-containing segment including the tobacco sheet for non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalators according to claim 4 .
12 . A non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalator comprising a tobacco-containing segment including the tobacco sheet for non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalators according to claim 5 .
13 . (canceled)
14 . A method for producing the tobacco sheet for non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalators according to claim 3 , the method comprising:
preparing a mixture including a tobacco raw material, an aerosol generating agent, and first and second shaping agents; rolling the mixture to form a rolled article; and pressing a rotary blade roll against the rolled article to cut the rolled article into strips while corrugating the strips.
15 . A method for producing the tobacco sheet for non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalators according to claim 4 , the method comprising:
preparing a mixture including a tobacco raw material, an aerosol generating agent, and first and second shaping agents; rolling the mixture to form a rolled article; and pressing a rotary blade roll against the rolled article to cut the rolled article into strips while corrugating the strips.
16 . A method for producing the tobacco sheet for non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalators according to claim 5 , the method comprising:
preparing a mixture including a tobacco raw material, an aerosol generating agent, and first and second shaping agents; rolling the mixture to form a rolled article; and pressing a rotary blade roll against the rolled article to cut the rolled article into strips while corrugating the strips.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
