Abstract

A receptacle for dispensing cosmetic product can include a one-piece assembly comprising a base and a cover movable in rotation, connected to the base by a first pin-less pivot connection, an intermediate movable platform for holding the bucket in position, located between the base and the cover, this platform being removably attached to the base. The assembly and the platform can be made from the same plastic material. The platform can include a stationary portion in contact with the base, and a movable portion connected to the stationary portion by a second pin-less pivot connection. The movable portion can rotate relative to the stationary portion and assume said open and closed positions.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A receptacle for dispensing a cosmetic product, having a central axis X and comprising:
a one-piece assembly comprising a base and a cover movable in rotation between a position in which the receptacle is closed and a position in which the receptacle is open, connected to the base by a first pin-less pivot connection, the base being able to receive a bucket containing the product; and an intermediate platform for holding the bucket in position, located between the base and the cover and being movable in rotation between a closed position for clamping the bucket and an open position allowing to remove the bucket, this platform being removably attached to the base, wherein the assembly and the platform are made of the same plastic material, and in that the platform comprises a stationary portion in contact with the base, and a movable portion connected to the stationary portion by a second pin-less pivot connection, said movable portion rotating with respect to the stationary portion and assuming said open and closed positions.

2 . The receptacle according to claim 1 , wherein the first pivot connection has a pivot axis Y 1 perpendicular to the axis X and the second pivot connection has a pivot axis Y 2 perpendicular to the axis X, the two axes Y 1 , Y 2 being parallel and radially offset with respect to the axis X.

3 . The receptacle according to claim 1 , wherein the stationary portion has a first bearing surface in contact with a second bearing surface of the base, the two bearing surfaces being oriented parallel to the axis X.

4 . The receptacle according to claim 3 , wherein the two bearing surfaces, the first pivot connection and the second pivot connection are arranged in the same alignment, at a rear portion of the receptacle.

5 . The receptacle according to claim 3 , further comprising first closure means between the movable portion of the platform and the base, located opposite the bearing surfaces, in a front portion of the receptacle.

6 . The receptacle according to claim 1 , further comprising second closure means between the cover and the base, located opposite the first pivot connection, in a front portion of the receptacle.

7 . The receptacle according to claim 1 , wherein the movable portion has means for wedging with the bucket.

8 . The receptacle according to claim 7 , wherein said wedging means consist of a shoulder oriented parallel to the axis X and on which a lateral wall of the bucket can bear.

9 . The receptacle according to claim 1 , wherein the plastic material is polypropylene.

10 . The receptacle according to claim 1 , wherein the first pivot connection and the second pivot connection consist of film hinges.

11 . The receptacle according to claim 10 , wherein a length of the film hinge forming the second pivot connection is greater than at least a quarter of a diameter of the platform.

12 . The receptacle according to claim 11 , wherein the first pivot connection is provided with spring means for limiting the opening of the cover and slowing down the closing of the cover.

13 . The receptacle according to claim 12 , wherein the open position of the cover is between 130 and 150°, the closed position being at 0°.

14 . The receptacle according to claim 12 , wherein said spring means consist of straps arranged on either side of the film hinge.

15 . The receptacle according to claim 14 , wherein the straps are continuous with the material of the film hinge and have a thickness substantially identical to that of the film hinge.

16 . The receptacle according to claim 1 , wherein the platform is attached to the base by snap-fitting.

17 . The receptacle according to claim 1 , wherein the stationary portion of the platform extends only at a rear portion of the receptacle.

18 . The receptacle according to claim 1 , wherein the base comprises pions for raising the bucket, projecting from a bottom of the base.
