Abstract
An apparatus ( 1 ) serves for the amusement of persons. It has a fixed frame ( 2 ), on which a pivoting frame ( 3 ) is supported in an articulated manner about an approximately horizontal pivot axis ( 4 ). This pivoting frame ( 3 ) can be pivoted between an essentially vertical, closed position and a pivoted, exposed position. A net ( 5 ) or mesh is retained in the pivoting frame ( 3 ), and the person lies thereon in the exposed position. The pivoting frame ( 3 ) can be adjusted by means of at least one threaded spindle ( 8 ) with a self-locking thread pitch.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
. An apparatus for amusement of at least one person, wherein said apparatus has at least one fixed frame, on said at least one fixed frame at least one pivoting frame is supported in an articulated manner about an approximately horizontal pivot axis, it being possible for said pivoting frame to be pivoted between an essentially vertical, closed position and a pivoted, exposed position, at least one of a net and a mesh is retained in said pivoting frame, and said at least one person lies thereon in the exposed position, wherein said at least one pivoting frame can be adjusted by means of at least one threaded spindle with a self-locking thread pitch.
. The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein said at least one threaded spindle is driven to rotate.
. The apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein said at least one threaded spindle is motor-driven.
. The apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein said at least one threaded spindle is in operative connection with at least one crank.
. The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein said at least one pivoting frame is connected to at least one spring which pre-stresses said at least one pivoting frame in the direction of said closed position.
. The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein said threaded spindle is in operative connection with said at least one pivoting frame via at least one lever mechanism.
. The apparatus according to claim 6 , wherein said at least one lever mechanism has a step-up transmission ratio, said transmission ratio being lower in the vicinity of said exposed position than in the vicinity of said closed position.
. The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein at least one side member is provided on said at least one pivoting frame.
. The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein, on said at least one side member at least one of a side frame and a side wall is fitted, for protecting said at least one person.
. The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein said at least one net for protecting said at least one person is fitted on said side member.
. The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein said at least one mesh for protecting said at least one person is fitted on said side member.
. The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein a further net for protecting said at least one person is fitted on said side member.
. The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein at least one shoulder restraint, which restricts the freedom of movement of said at least one person, is provided on said at least one pivoting frame.
. The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein a fall arrester is formed beneath at least one of said at least one net, said at least one mesh, a further net and a further mesh, being fastened on said pivoting frame.
. The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein a cutout is formed in the region of said at least one person's head in at least one of said at least one net, said at least one mesh, a further net and a further mesh.
. The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein at least one sensor is provided which senses a torque of said at least one pivoting frame, wherein the situation where said at least one pivoting frame pivots out further when a predetermined torque is exceeded is prevented.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
