Beverage container and cover unit

Abstract

Disclosed are a beverage container and a cover unit. The beverage container includes a container body having an opening at an upper portion; and a cover unit mounted on the opening of the container body. The cover unit includes: a cover body detachably mounted on the container body; a ventilation pipe mounted on an inner side of the cover body and having a ventilation path penetrating from an upper end to a lower end; and a pressure regulating valve arranged between the upper end of the ventilation pipe and the cover body and composed of an elastic member covering a ventilation hole on an upper end of the ventilation path. The cover body is mounted on the container body, a gap between the ventilation pipe and the opening is sealed, and the pressure regulating valve is clamped between the cover body and the ventilation pipe through a specified pressing force.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A beverage container, comprising: a container body having an opening at an upper portion; and a cover unit mounted on the opening of the container body, wherein
 the cover unit comprises:   a cover body detachably mounted on the container body;   a ventilation pipe mounted on an inner side of the cover body and having a ventilation path penetrating from an upper end to a lower end; and   a pressure regulating valve arranged between the upper end of the ventilation pipe and the cover body and composed of an elastic member covering a ventilation hole on an upper end of the ventilation path, wherein   the cover body is mounted on the container body, a gap between the ventilation pipe and the opening is sealed, and the pressure regulating valve is clamped between the cover body and the ventilation pipe through a specified pressing force; and in this way, the ventilation hole is closed by means of the pressure regulating valve.   
     
     
         2 . The beverage container according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the ventilation pipe is arranged to be mounted on the cover body in a fitting manner and is movable in a vertical direction relative to the cover body.   
     
     
         3 . The beverage container according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the cover body comprises:   a cover part covering the opening; and   a cover screwing part extending downward in a cylindrical shape from a center of the cover part and mounted on the container body through screwing, wherein   the ventilation pipe is arranged to be mounted on an inner side of the cover screwing part in a fitting manner and is movable in a vertical direction relative to the cover screwing part; and   the cover screwing part is screwed to the container body, the container body is pressed by the cover screwing part, and the ventilation pipe is clamped between the cover screwing part and the container body.   
     
     
         4 . The beverage container according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the pressure regulating valve is in a capped cylindrical shape having an opening on a lower end and a top on an upper end, and covers an upper portion of the ventilation pipe.   
     
     
         5 . The beverage container according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the ventilation path of the ventilation pipe is provided with a reducing part having an inner diameter reduced from bottom to top.   
     
     
         6 . The beverage container according to  claim 3 , wherein
 the container body comprises:   a main container body having a container opening at an upper portion;   a drinking mouth body mounted on the container opening of the main container body and having the opening at an upper portion and an annular sheet at a lower portion; and   a first sealing part configured to seal a gap between an inner circumference of the container opening of the main container body and an outer circumference of the drinking mouth body, wherein   the cover unit further comprises a second sealing part configured to seal a gap between an inner circumference of the drinking mouth body and an outer circumference of the ventilation pipe,   the cover screwing part is screwed to an inner side of the drinking mouth body,   the cover screwing part is screwed to the drinking mouth body, the container body is pressed by the cover screwing part, and a gap between the ventilation pipe and the annular sheet of the drinking mouth body is sealed with the second sealing part.   
     
     
         7 . A cover unit, being mounted on an opening of a container body having the opening at an upper portion and comprising:
 a cover body detachably mounted on the container body;   a ventilation pipe mounted on an inner side of the cover body and having a ventilation path penetrating from an upper end to a lower end; and   a pressure regulating valve arranged between the upper end of the ventilation pipe and the cover body and composed of an elastic member covering a ventilation hole on an upper end of the ventilation path, wherein   the cover body is mounted on the container body, a gap between the ventilation pipe and the opening is sealed, and the pressure regulating valve is clamped between the cover body and the ventilation pipe through a specified pressing force; and in this way, the ventilation hole is closed by means of the pressure regulating valve.
