Abstract

A flavor-compensated aerosol generation product comprises a housing, a power supply, a control module, an electronic atomization module and a heat-not-burn module, wherein an accommodation cavity is formed at one end of the housing, and the electronic atomization module and the heat-not-burn module are communicated with each other through a first aerosol channel, a sealing element and a second aerosol channel, the first aerosol channel and the sealing element are arranged between the housing and the accommodation cavity, and the second aerosol channel is arranged inside the middle of the heat-not-burn module. The present invention provides an aerosol generating product for compensating the flavor of the electronic cigarette and the flavor of the heated cigarette. The electronic atomization module and the heat-not-burn module of the flavor-compensated aerosol generating product are in parallel connection, and the function of compensating the flavor of the heating cigarette by the electronic cigarette and the function of compensating the flavor of the electronic cigarette by the heating cigarette can be respectively realized by controlling the heating program.

A flavor-compensated aerosol generating product comprising a housing ( 1 ), a power supply ( 2 ), a control module ( 3 ), an electronic atomization module ( 4 ) and a heat-not-burn module ( 5 ), characterized in that the power supply ( 2 ), the control module ( 3 ) and the electronic atomization module ( 4 ) are disposed inside the housing ( 1 ), wherein the power supply ( 2 ) is communicated with the electronic atomization module ( 4 ) via the control module ( 3 );
 one end of said housing ( 1 ) is provided with an accommodation cavity ( 11 ), one end of said heat-not-burn module ( 5 ) is arranged in the accommodation cavity ( 11 ), a first aerosol channel ( 12 ) is arranged between the accommodation cavity ( 11 ) and the housing ( 1 ), a hollow second aerosol channel ( 53 ) is arranged inside the middle of the heat-not-burn module ( 5 ), one end of the first aerosol channel ( 12 ) is communicated with the electronic atomization module ( 4 ), and the other end of the first aerosol channel is communicated with the second aerosol channel ( 53 ) through a sealing element ( 131 ) and is sealed from the outside.

The flavor-compensated aerosol generating product according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the first aerosol channel ( 12 ) is provided with an inner wall through hole ( 13 ) inside the outer end of the accommodation cavity ( 11 ), wherein the sealing elements ( 131 ) are respectively provided on both sides of the inner wall through hole ( 13 ).

The flavor-compensated aerosol generating product according to  claim 1 , characterized in that aerosol generating substrate ( 51 ) is provided at a front end of the second aerosol channel ( 53 ) of the heat-not-burn module ( 5 ) and an aerosol filter segment ( 52 ) is provided at a rear end thereof, sidewall through holes ( 531 ) is provided at a side wall of the second aerosol channel ( 53 ).

The flavor-compensated aerosol generating product according to  claim 2 , characterized in that the position of the side wall through hole ( 531 ) matches the position of the inner wall through hole ( 13 ), i.e., the side wall through hole ( 531 ) is sealed from the outside by a sealing element ( 131 ), i.e. the first aerosol channel ( 12 ) and the second aerosol channel ( 53 ) are communicated with the side wall through hole ( 531 ) through the inner wall through hole ( 13 ), the sealing element ( 131 ). 
     
     
         5 . The flavor-compensated aerosol generating product according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the inner wall of the accommodation cavity ( 11 ) is provided with a heating element ( 111 ), and the heating element ( 111 ) is coupled to the power supply ( 2 ) through the control module ( 3 ). 
     
     
         6 . The flavor-compensated aerosol generating product according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the electronic atomization module ( 4 ) comprises an atomizing agent, an atomization core and an air flow inlet ( 41 ) for external air entering and carrying the aerosol generated by the electronic atomization module ( 4 ) into the first aerosol channel ( 12 ).

The flavor-compensated aerosol generating product according to  claim 2 , characterized in that the first aerosol channel ( 12 ) comprises a first portion ( 121 ) and a second portion ( 122 ) of the first aerosol channel, the first portion ( 121 ) is located in the channel between the accommodation cavity ( 11 ) and the housing ( 1 ), the second portion ( 122 ) is formed inside the tip end of the housing and provided with an annular through cavity.

The flavor-compensated aerosol generating product according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the control module ( 3 ) comprises a control button used to switch between the function of the compensating the flavor of the heated cigarette by the electronic cigarette and the function of compensating the flavor of the electronic cigarette by the heated cigarette, and an indicator light to indicate the switch and to distinguish the current mode. 
     
     
         9 . The flavor-compensated aerosol generating product according to  claim 2 , characterized in that the inner wall through-holes ( 13 ) are multiple, and the side wall through holes ( 531 ) are multiple. 
     
     
         10 . The flavor-compensated aerosol generating product according to  claim 2 , characterized in that the inner wall through hole ( 13 ) is configured as a slit extending annularly through the inner side wall of the accommodation cavity ( 11 ). 
     
     
         11 . The flavor-compensated aerosol generating product according to  claim 3 , characterized in that the heat-not-burn module ( 5 ) is configured as a whole detachably inserted and retained within the accommodation cavity ( 11 ). 
     
     
         12 . The flavor-compensated aerosol generating product according to  claim 6 , characterized in that the electronic atomization module ( 4 ) is configured to be removably connected to the first aerosol channel ( 12 ) and is retained to the entirety of housing ( 1 ). 
     
     
         13 . A generating method of the flavor-compensated aerosol generating product, comprises the flavor-compensated aerosol generating product according to  claim 1 , characterized in that, when the control button is in the function of compensating for the flavor of the heated cigarette by the electronic cigarette, the control module ( 3 ) first causes the heating element ( 111 ) to rise to a first temperature T 1  and to maintain said first temperature T 1  for a certain time t 1  by controlling the power supplied to the heating element ( 111 ) such that the aerosol generating substrate is sufficiently preheated;
 when smoking, the temperature of the heating element is reduced or increased to T 2  and is maintained for a certain time t 2 , the control module ( 3 ) causes the electronic aerosol to be generated when each time of smoking by controlling the power supplied to the atomization core, and to be entered into the second aerosol channel ( 53 ) through the first aerosol channel ( 12 ), the inner wall through hole ( 13 ), the sealing element ( 131 ) and the side wall through hole ( 531 ), and to be mixed with the heat-not-burn aerosol, and then to be entered into a consumer's mouth; 
 when the control button is in a function of compensating the flavor of the electronic cigarette by the heated cigarette, the control module ( 3 ) causes the electronic aerosol to be generated when each time of smoking by controlling the power supplied to the atomization core, and to be entered into the second aerosol channel ( 53 ) through the first aerosol channel ( 12 ), the inner wall through hole ( 13 ), the sealing element ( 131 ) and the side wall through hole ( 531 ); the control module ( 3 ) intermittently enables the temperature of the heating element to reach T 3  according to the times of smoking and maintain the temperature T 3  for a certain time t 3  by controlling the power supplied to the heating element ( 111 ), so that the aerosol generating substrate intermittently generates the heat-not-burn aerosol which enters the consumer's mouth after being mixed with the electronic smoke aerosol in the second aerosol channel ( 53 ); 
 wherein the atomizing agent comprises glycerin, nicotine, propylene glycol, and a fragrance substance; 
 said T 1  and T 2  have an optimal temperature range, and the preferred temperature is 200-500° C. 
 said t 1  has an optimal interval, and the preferred time is 3-60 seconds.
