Abstract

The present invention discloses a pool apparatus for a variety of recreational purposes. The pool apparatus includes a first tank having a first base, and a tapered section extending away from the first base. The tapered section includes holes. The pool apparatus includes a second tank having a second base and a cylindrical section extending from the second base. The first tank positions in the second tank such that the first base aligns the said second base. The cylindrical section includes pipe receiving sections. The pool apparatus includes pipes connecting the holes and are drawn through the pipe receiving sections. The pipes circulate water for filtration purposes in a closed loop system into the first tank. The second tank presents an air gap with the first tank and allows the first tank to keep cool water cool and warm water hot. The pool apparatus includes a cover at the top.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A pool apparatus, comprising:
a first tank comprising a first base, and a tapered section extending away from said first base, and wherein said tapered section comprises holes; a second tank comprising a second base and a cylindrical section extending from said second base, wherein said first tank positions in said second tank such that said first base aligns with said second base, and wherein said cylindrical section comprises pipe receiving sections; and pipes connect to said first holes and draw through said pipe receiving sections, wherein said pipes circulate water for filtration purposes in a closed loop system into said first tank, and wherein said second tank presents an air gap with said first tank and allows said first tank to keep cool water cool and warm water hot.

2 . The pool apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said tapered section offers a reclined shape for a lounging experience to users.

3 . The pool apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said holes comprise gaskets to prevent leakage of the water from said first tank.

4 . The pool apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said pipes connect to a filter, and wherein said filter filters the water and supplies filtered water to said first tank via a pump.

5 . The pool apparatus of claim 1 , further comprises a heater, wherein said heater heats the water and supplies to said first tank.

6 . The pool apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said pipes comprise an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe, wherein said inlet pipe draws water into a pump and then into a filter, and wherein said outlet pipe receives the filtered water and supplies to said first tank.

7 . The pool apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said hole comprises top holes and bottom holes.

8 . The pool apparatus of claim 7 , wherein said pipes comprise connecting pipes and extender pipes, wherein said connecting pipes extend from said top holes and said bottom holes.

9 . The pool apparatus of claim 8 , wherein said connecting pipes comprise T-shaped pipes, wherein said extender pipes connect to T-shaped pipes, and wherein said extender pipes draw through said pipe receiving sections.

10 . The pool apparatus of claim 1 , further comprises a curved portion extending outwards and downwards from the tip of said tapered section.

11 . The pool apparatus of claim 10 , wherein said curved portion comprises cut-sections, and wherein said cut-sections help to lift and position said first tank in said second tank.

12 . The pool apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said first tank is made of a hard plastic or metal.

13 . The pool apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said first tank is made of a polyethylene material.

14 . The pool apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said first tank is moulded from a high density linear polyethylene (HDPE) or a high density cross linked polyethylene (XLPE).

15 . The pool apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said second tank is made of galvanized steel.

16 . The pool apparatus of claim 1 , further comprises a cover placed over said first tank and said second tank.

17 . The pool apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said cover comprises straps at the top to place and remove said cover from the top of said first tank and said second tank.

         18 . A pool apparatus, comprising:
a first tank comprising holes; a second tank configured to receive said first tank, and wherein said second tank comprises pipe receiving sections; and pipes connecting said holes and drawn through said pipe receiving sections, a cover, wherein said pipes circulate water for filtration purposes in a closed loop system into said first tank, wherein said second tank presents an air gap with said first tank and allows said first tank to keep cool water cool and warm water hot, and wherein said cover positions over said first tank and said second tank when said first tank and said second tank are not in use and prevents dust and debris from entering said first tank and said second tank.

19 . The pool apparatus of claim 16 , wherein said pipes comprise an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe, wherein said inlet pipe draws water into a pump and then into a filter, and wherein said outlet pipe receives the filtered water and supplies to said first tank.

20 . A method of providing a pool apparatus, said method comprising the steps of:
providing a first tank comprising a first base, and a tapered section extending away from said first base, said tapered section comprising holes; providing a second tank comprising a second base and a cylindrical section extending from said second base, said first tank positioning in said second tank such that said first base aligns with said second base, and said cylindrical section comprising pipe receiving sections; and providing pipes connecting said first holes and drawn through said pipe receiving sections; circulating water through said pipes for filtration purposes in a closed loop system into said first tank; and presenting an air gap between said first tank and said second tank for allowing said first tank to keep cool water cool and warm water hot.
