Curling device
Abstract
Disclosed is a curling device, which includes a curling component and a handle component, wherein the curling component includes two clamping parts arranged oppositely and a sleeve concentrically sleeved on the clamping parts, wherein the sleeve has a placement groove extending axially, the clamping part comprises a shell with an axial mounting groove, a heating plate component mounted in the mounting groove, and a metal plate fixed to the shell; and wherein two opposite heating plate components provide a perm working surface, and a cooling channel provided between the back surface of the shell and the metal plate is in fluid communication with the handle component, one or more air holes are provided on the metal plate, and the outer peripheral surface of the metal plate has a smooth layer such that a cylindrical and smooth curl cooling surface is formed by two opposite metal plates.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWe claim:
1 . A curling device, comprising a curling component and a handle component, the curling component includes two clamping parts arranged oppositely and a sleeve concentrically sleeved on the clamping parts,
wherein the handle component includes a housing, a driving motor disposed within the housing and used for driving the clamping parts or the sleeve to rotate around an axis, and an airflow generating component for providing cold wind, wherein the sleeve has a placement groove for receiving hair which extends axially and being open outwards, the clamping part comprises a shell extending axially and having an axial mounting groove inwards, a heating plate component mounted in the mounting groove by one or more springs, and a metal plate fixed on the back surface of the shell and being arc-shaped viewed in cross section; and wherein two sets of opposite heating plate components are capable of being in contact with each other by the springs to provide a perm working surface, and a cooling channel provided between the back surface of the shell and the metal plate is in fluid communication with the handle component, one or more air holes are provided on the metal plate, and the outer peripheral surface of the metal plate has a smooth layer such that a cylindrical and smooth curl cooling surface is formed by two opposite metal plates.
2 . The curling device according to claim 1 , wherein the metal plate has arc-shaped edges open inwards at its two longer sides, and the heating plate component has arc-shaped edges at its two longer sides corresponding to the perm working surface in such way that a smooth transition surface is formed at the junction of the perm working surface and the curl cooling surface.
3 . The curling device according to claim 2 , wherein the smooth layer of the metal plate is selected as one of an oxide layer, a paint layer or an electroplating layer.
4 . The curling device according to claim 1 , wherein a flared guiding surface for guiding hair is provided at the outward end of the perm working surface.
5 . The curling device according to claim 4 , wherein a flared guiding portion corresponding to the guiding surface is provided at the outward end of the sleeve.
6 . The curling device according to claim 5 , wherein the placement groove of the sleeve is configured as a groove having a width that gradually decreases towards its outer end.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
