Abstract

The present invention relates to a refillable cosmetic container configured such that a refillable inner container filled on the inside with cosmetic material is removably inserted inside an outer container and can be replaced with a new container when all of the cosmetic material has been used. The inner container can be replaced after being easily removed from the outer container by switching to an unlocked state by turning a container support counterclockwise a certain angle, for example, 90°. Since the outer container can be continuously reused by discarding only the inner container having a simple structure, it is possible to decrease environmental pollution and significantly reduce the cost of manufacturing the cosmetic container.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A refillable cosmetic container, comprising:
 an outer casing ( 100 ) that has an accommodation space ( 101 ) formed therein, is formed in a shape being open at a top and a bottom, and has a coupling portion ( 110 ) formed on the bottom; an inner casing ( 200 ) that is separably coupled in the accommodation space ( 101 ), has a coupling portion ( 210 ) formed on a bottom, and accommodates cosmetic contents therein; a container base ( 300 ) that has a first coupling portion ( 310 ) on an edge for coupling to the coupling portion ( 110 ) of the outer casing ( 100 ) to be rotatable at a predetermined angle and has a second coupling portion ( 320 ) being selectively coupled to the coupling portion ( 210 ) of the inner casing ( 100 ) such that the inner casing ( 200 ) can be separated; and a cap ( 400 ) that opens and closes a mouth of the inner casing ( 200 ), wherein the coupling portion ( 210 ) of the inner casing ( 200 ) and the second coupling portion ( 320 ) are maintained in a locked state, and when the inner casing ( 200 ) is replaced, the second coupling portion ( 320 ) is unlocked from the coupling portion ( 210 ) by rotating the container base ( 300 ) at a predetermined angle.

         2 . The refillable cosmetic container of  claim 1 , wherein a first step ( 103 ) is formed on an inner circumferential surface of an upper portion of the accommodation space ( 101 ), upper anti-rotation grooves ( 105 ) are formed at both sides of the first step ( 103 ), and lower anti-rotation protrusions ( 107 ) are formed at both sides on an inner circumferential surface of a lower portion of the accommodation space ( 101 );
 a second step ( 203 ) that is coupled to the first step ( 103 ) is formed on an outer circumferential surface of an upper portion of the inner casing ( 200 ), upper anti-rotation protrusions ( 205 ) are formed at both sides of the second step ( 203 ), and lower anti-rotation grooves ( 207 ) are formed at both side on the bottom of the inner casing ( 200 ); and when assembled, up-down shaking of the inner casing ( 200 ) in the accommodation space ( 101 ) of the outer casing ( 100 ) is prevented by coupling of the first step ( 103 ) and the second step ( 203 ), and rotation of the inner casing ( 200 ) is prevented because the upper and lower anti-rotation protrusions ( 205 ) and ( 107 ) are coupled in the upper and lower anti-rotation grooves ( 105 ) and ( 207 ).

         3 . The refillable cosmetic container of  claim 1 , wherein a circular flange ( 111 ) protruding from the bottom of the outer casing ( 200 ) is formed at the coupling portion ( 110 ) of the outer casing ( 200 ), locking grooves ( 112 ) are formed at both sides on an outer circumferential surface of the flange ( 111 ), and a guide slant surface ( 113 ) is formed on a bottom of the flange ( 111 );
 a circular flange ( 211 ) protruding from the bottom of the inner casing ( 200 ) is formed at the coupling portion ( 210 ) of the inner casing ( 200 ), locking protrusions ( 212 ) are formed on both sides on an outer circumferential surface of the flange ( 211 ), a coupling ring ( 310 ) for coupling to the flange ( 111 ) is formed on an edge of the container base ( 300 ), and coupling protrusions ( 311 ) for coupling into the locking grooves ( 112 ) are formed at both sides on an inner circumferential surface of the coupling ring ( 310 ); and a coupling ring ( 320 ) for coupling the flange ( 211 ) of the inner casing ( 200 ) is formed at the center of the container base ( 300 ) and locking steps ( 321 ) for selectively locking the locking protrusions ( 212 ) are formed at both sides on an inner circumferential surface of the coupling ring ( 320 ), so when the inner casing ( 200 ) is replaced, the container base ( 300 ) is rotated 90° counterclockwise such that the locking protrusions ( 212 ) are unlocked from the locking steps ( 321 ) and the inner casing ( 200 ) is separated from the outer casing ( 100 ).

         4 . The refillable cosmetic container of claim 3 , wherein a direction indicator (OPEN) for separating the inner casing ( 200 ) from the outer casing ( 100 ) and a direction indicator (CLOSE) for coupling the inner casing ( 200 ) to the outer casing ( 100 ) are formed on the bottom of the container base ( 300 ).
