Claims

Abstract

A quick clipping mechanism and a hanger thereof. The clipping mechanism contains a first clipping arm, a second clipping arm and a supporting arm. The second clipping arm is connected to the supporting arm. The first clipping arm is located between the second clipping arm and the supporting arm. The rear end of the first clipping arm is connected to the supporting arm. An object that needs to be clipped is lifted from a position below the first clipping arm, and the first clipping arm rotates upwards along with the object, such that the object is located between the first clipping arm and the second clipping arm. By means of the action of friction, the object is clipped. The first clipping arm is lifted again, such that the object can be loosened. The hanger contains a supporting mechanism and a plurality of clipping mechanisms.

A quick clipping mechanism, comprising a first clipping arm ( 1 ), a second clipping arm ( 2 ) and a supporting arm ( 3 ), wherein the second clipping arm ( 2 ) is connected to the supporting arm ( 3 ), the first clipping arm ( 1 ) is located between the second clipping arm ( 2 ) and the supporting arm ( 3 ), and a rear end of the first clipping arm ( 1 ) is connected to the supporting arm ( 3 ). 
     
     
         2 . The quick clipping mechanism according to  claim 1 , wherein a push plate ( 12 ) is arranged at the rear end of the first clipping arm ( 1 ). 
     
     
         3 . The quick clipping mechanism according to  claim 1 , wherein an arc-shaped or circular baffle plate ( 13 ) is arranged at a front end of the first clipping arm ( 1 ). 
     
     
         4 . The quick clipping mechanism according to  claim 3 , wherein in a case where the baffle plate ( 13 ) is arc-shaped, the arc-shaped baffle plate is connected to the first clipping arm ( 1 ), a limit groove ( 31 ) is formed in the supporting arm ( 3 ), and an upper portion of the arc-shaped baffle plate is inserted into the limit groove ( 31 ). 
     
     
         5 . The quick clipping mechanism according to  claim 1 , wherein an anti-slip groove ( 14 ) is formed in a front end of the first clipping arm ( 1 ), and the second clipping arm ( 2 ) is provided with an anti-slip block ( 21 ) matched with the anti-slip groove ( 14 ). 
     
     
         6 . The quick clipping mechanism according to  claim 1 , wherein the second clipping arm ( 2 ) is rotatably connected to the supporting arm ( 3 ). 
     
     
         7 . The quick clipping mechanism according to  claim 1 , further comprising a drive assembly ( 4 ) and a rotating bar ( 5 ), wherein the drive assembly ( 4 ) is linked to the first clipping arm ( 1 ) or the second clipping arm ( 2 ), a rotating hole ( 32 ) is formed in the supporting arm ( 3 ), and the rotating bar ( 5 ) is inserted into the rotating hole ( 32 ) and linked to the drive assembly ( 4 ). 
     
     
         8 . The quick clipping mechanism according to  claim 7 , wherein the drive assembly ( 4 ) is a drive rod, a link, a gear, a chain mechanism or a belt mechanism. 
     
     
         9 . The quick clipping mechanism according to  claim 1 , wherein a return assembly is arranged between the first clipping arm ( 1 ) and the supporting arm ( 3 ), and a limit block ( 11 ) is arranged at the rear end of the first clipping arm ( 1 ). 
     
     
         10 . The quick clipping mechanism according to  claim 9 , wherein the return assembly comprises a torsion spring. 
     
     
         11 . A hanger, comprising the clipping mechanism according to  claim 7 , wherein the hanger comprises a plurality of supporting mechanisms ( 6 ) and a plurality of said clipping mechanisms, and the plurality of said clipping mechanisms are arranged on the plurality of supporting mechanisms ( 6 ) respectively. 
     
     
         12 . The hanger according to  claim 11 , further comprising drive shafts ( 7 ), wherein the drive shafts ( 7 ) are connected to a plurality of said first clipping arms ( 1 ) respectively, and when the drive shafts ( 7 ) rotate, the plurality of said first clipping arms ( 1 ) are driven to move. 
     
     
         13 . The hanger according to  claim 11 , further comprising a releasing mechanism ( 8 ), wherein the releasing mechanism ( 8 ) is provided with a pressing plate ( 81 ), each of the supporting mechanisms ( 6 ) is provided with a supporting plate ( 61 ) and a connecting plate ( 62 ), the plurality of said clipping mechanisms are arranged on the supporting plates ( 61 ), the connecting plates ( 62 ) are connected to the supporting plates ( 62 ) and the rotating bars ( 5 ) respectively, the pressing plate ( 81 ) is fixedly connected to the rotating bars ( 5 ), and when the pressing plate ( 81 ) is pressed, the rotating bars ( 5 ) rotate, the drive assemblies ( 4 ) drive the first clipping arms ( 1 ) or the second clipping arms ( 2 ) to move. 
     
     
         14 . The hanger according to  claim 13 , wherein a plurality of said supporting plates ( 61 ) are arranged, and the number of said pressing plates ( 81 ) matches the number of the supporting plates ( 61 ). 
     
     
         15 . The hanger according to  claim 13 , wherein an anti-shake fastening assembly ( 63 ) is connected to a top of the connecting plates ( 62 ).
