. The tape holster device of claim 1 , wherein the bar comprises a rigid material.

. The tape holster device of claim 4 , wherein the bar comprises a semi rigid material.

. The tape holster device of claim 1 , further comprising a roller configured to enable a rotation of the tape roll on the bar between the ninety degree bend and the second end of the bar.

. The tape holster device of claim 10 , wherein the roller comprises a pipe segment having a diameter larger than a diameter of the bar.

. The tape holster device of claim 1 , wherein the bar comprises a first segment proximal the first end and a second segment proximal the second end.

. The tape holster device of claim 6 , wherein a diameter of the first segment is larger than a diameter of the second segment and overlaps a portion of the second segment.

. The tape holster device of claim 6 , wherein a diameter of the first segment is smaller than a diameter of the second segment and slides within a portion of the second segment.

. The tape holster device of claim 1 , wherein the belt clip is configured in a spring to frictionally fit onto a belt.

. The tape holster device of claim 1 , wherein the end cap is a soft durometer material with a memory to secure the roll of tape onto the second end of the bar.

. The tape holster device 1 , wherein the end cap is a bolt like fastener configured to screw into the second end of the bar and restrict the roll of tape onto the second end.
