Dispensing apparatus for adding additives for a washing machine and washing machine
Abstract
The invention relates to a dispensing apparatus for adding additives for a washing machine and to a washing machine with such a dispensing apparatus. The dispensing apparatus has a main line along which liquid flows in a direction of flow with an inlet and an outlet. The dispensing apparatus has at least one arcuate line, wherein the arcuate line departs from the main line at an inlet opening and rejoins the main line at an outlet opening. The arcuate line is longer than the main line between the inlet opening and the outlet opening. At least one controllable dispensing device is provided on each arcuate line, which dispensing device is fluidically connected via a dispensing line to the arcuate line and via a supply line to a tank for additives.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A dispensing apparatus for adding additives for a washing machine comprising:
a main line, wherein liquid flows along said main line in a direction of flow, wherein said main line has an inlet and an outlet for discharging said liquid conducted through said main line, at least one arcuate line connected to said main line, wherein said arcuate line departs from said main line at an inlet opening and rejoins said main line at an outlet opening, wherein said outlet opening is located downstream along a direction of flow from said inlet opening, and wherein said arcuate line is longer than said main line between said inlet opening and said outlet opening, at least one controllable dispensing device on said at least one arcuate line, wherein said dispensing device is fluidically connected via a dispensing line to said arcuate line and is fluidically connected via a supply line to a tank for said additives.
2 . The dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said dispensing line has a length of at most 1 cm.
3 . The dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 2 , wherein said dispensing line is arranged in a radial direction relative to a wall of said arcuate line.
4 . The dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 2 , wherein said dispensing line meets said arcuate line at a right angle.
5 . The dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said at least one arcuate line has an internal diameter which is smaller than an internal diameter of said main line.
6 . The dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said at least one arcuate line has a flow cross-sectional area which is smaller than a flow cross-sectional area of said main line.
7 . The dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said inlet opening and said outlet opening are arranged exactly one behind the other in a line along said direction of flow.
8 . The dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said arcuate line extends at least in part in an oval shape or circular arc shape.
9 . The dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said dispensing apparatus has a plurality of said controllable dispensing devices, each of which is fluidically connected to exactly one single arcuate line.
10 . The dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 9 , wherein said plurality of said arcuate lines is arranged spaced apart from one another on said main line along said direction of flow.
11 . The dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 9 , wherein said plurality of said dispensing devices comprises a first said dispensing device for delivering a first said additive, a second said dispensing device for delivering a second said additive and a third said dispensing device for delivering a third said additive.
12 . The dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said supply line has a length of at most 3 cm.
13 . The dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said main line has a length of at least 10 cm or a length of at most 80 cm.
14 . The dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said main line has a three-way valve at a beginning and at an end, wherein a pump is provided in a parallel secondary line in such a way that said liquid can be circulated through said pump, said secondary line and said main line.
15 . The dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said dispensing device is configured to deliver an additive at a delivery rate of 1 ml/min to 1000 ml/min.
16 . The dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said dispensing apparatus has a tank for additives for each dispensing device, wherein said dispensing device is fluidically connected to said tank or said main line.
17 . The dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 16 , wherein said dispensing apparatus has exactly one said tank for one said dispensing device.
18 . The dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said dispensing device has a shut-off valve.
19 . The dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said dispensing device has a liquid pump, a peristaltic pump or a gear pump.
20 . A washing machine comprising:
a rotatable drum with a water-permeable wall together with a drum drive for rotating it, a drum receptacle, in which said drum is arranged, wherein said drum receptacle encloses the drum, an admission apparatus for introducing water into said drum onto laundry located therein, a pump and water lines for pumping water to said admission apparatus, a heating means for heating water, wherein said heating means is connected to said pump in fluid-conducting manner, a dispensing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said dispensing apparatus is arranged in fluidically connected manner between said pump and said admission apparatus, and a washing machine controller which is connected to said pump, said heating means, said drum drive and said dispensing apparatus.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
