Easy-to-assemble bedstead

Abstract

The present invention provides an easy-to-assemble bedstead, including an outer frame which includes a plurality of transverse beams and a plurality of longitudinal beams perpendicular to them, and a plurality of bed legs perpendicular to the plane formed by the plurality of transverse beams and the plurality of longitudinal beams. Each of the plurality of bed legs is fixedly provided with at least one inserting sleeve facing the directions of the plurality of longitudinal beams or the plurality of transverse beams respectively, and the two ends of at least one of the plurality of longitudinal beams or the plurality of transverse beams are fixedly provided with inserting blocks corresponding to the inserting sleeves. The rapid assembly and disassembly of the transverse beams, longitudinal beams, and bed legs can be realized through the matching of the inserting sleeves and the inserting blocks.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An easy-to-assemble bedstead comprising:
 an outer frame which comprises a plurality of transverse beams and a plurality of longitudinal beams perpendicular thereto,   and a plurality of bed legs perpendicular to a plane formed by the plurality of transverse beams and the plurality of longitudinal beams,   wherein each of the plurality of bed legs is fixedly provided with at least one inserting sleeve along a direction of the plurality of longitudinal beams or the plurality of transverse beams respectively, and at least one of the plurality of longitudinal beams or the plurality of transverse beams has two inserting blocks corresponding to the inserting sleeves at both ends thereof, and the inserting blocks are configured for inserting into the corresponding inserting sleeves to fix the longitudinal beams or transverse beams.   
     
     
         2 . The easy-to-assemble bedstead of  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of transverse beams comprise a first beam, a second beam, and a third beam, and the first beam, the second beam, and the third beam are parallel to each other; the plurality of longitudinal beams comprise a first longitudinal beam and a second longitudinal beam, and the first longitudinal beam and the second longitudinal beam are parallel to each other. 
     
     
         3 . The easy-to-assemble bedstead of  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of bed legs comprise a first bed leg, a second bed leg, and a third bed leg. 
     
     
         4 . The easy-to-assemble bedstead of  claim 3 , wherein the upper end of each first bed leg is provided with one inserting sleeve. 
     
     
         5 . The easy-to-assemble bedstead of  claim 3 , wherein the upper end of each second bed leg is provided with four inserting sleeves along the directions of the second transverse beams or first longitudinal beams respectively. 
     
     
         6 . The easy-to-assemble bedstead of  claim 3 , wherein the upper end of the third bed leg is provided with six inserting sleeves along the directions of the second transverse beams or second longitudinal beams respectively. 
     
     
         7 . The easy-to-assemble bedstead of  claim 2 , wherein the first transverse beam is located at the head end and the foot end of the bed, the first transverse beam and the corresponding first bed leg are fixed by welding, or by riveting, or by screws, or are integrally formed. 
     
     
         8 . The easy-to-assemble bedstead of  claim 2 , wherein the second transverse beam is located at the middle end of the bed body, and there are two second transverse beams arranged in the upper direction and another two second transverse beams in the lower direction of the bed respectively. 
     
     
         9 . The easy-to-assemble bedstead of  claim 2 , wherein both ends of each of the second transverse beams are provided with one inserting block respectively. 
     
     
         10 . The easy-to-assemble bedstead of  claim 2 , wherein both ends of each of the first longitudinal beam and the second longitudinal beam are provided with one inserting block respectively. 
     
     
         11 . The easy-to-assemble bedstead of  claim 2 , wherein the first longitudinal beam is located on both sides of the bed body, and the first longitudinal beam is also provided with a plurality of U-shaped groove blocks. 
     
     
         12 . The easy-to-assemble bedstead of  claim 11 , wherein the third transverse beam is located between the corresponding first transverse beam and the second transverse beam, and the third transverse beam is are detachably connected with the corresponding first longitudinal beam through the U-shaped groove blocks. 
     
     
         13 . The easy-to-assemble bedstead of  claim 1 , wherein the inserting sleeve is formed by the bending of at least one sheet at an acute angle, and the opening of the inserting sleeve faces the bed legs. 
     
     
         14 . The easy-to-assemble bedstead of  claim 13 , wherein the inserting sleeve has symmetrical side walls and a slot with V-typed cross section between the side walls. 
     
     
         15 . The easy-to-assemble bedstead of  claim 1 , wherein the inserting sleeve has a triangular, trapezoidal or rectangular orthographic projection. 
     
     
         16 . The easy-to-assemble bedstead of  claim 1 , wherein the inserting block has width gradually reducing from the upper end to the lower end. 
     
     
         17 . The easy-to-assemble bedstead of  claim 14 , wherein the middle of the inserting block is provided with a waist-shaped hole, and the middle of the side walls of the inserting sleeve is provided with a round hole corresponding to the waist-shaped hole with a pin arranged between the round hole and the waist-shaped hole.
