Hair curler
Abstract
A hair curler includes an out cylinder, a curling bar, a heating member, a hair fork, and a handle; the our cylinder has a first cavity and side notch; the curling bar is arranged in the first cavity and a movable gap is formed between the curling bar and the outer cylinder, the curling bar is provided with a second cavity and several ventilation grooves; the heating member is provided in the second cavity; the hair fork is disposed in the movable gap and connected by a drive assembly mounted in the first cavity; the handle is connected with the out cylinder, the handle is equipped with a fan and a circuit board, which are respectively electrically connected to the fan and the heating member, the airflow blown by the fan passes through the heating element, enters the second cavity, and is discharged from the ventilation slots.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A hair curler, comprising:
an out cylinder, having a first cavity and a side notch communicated with said first cavity and used for hair extending into; a curling bar, arranged in said first cavity and used for positioning said hair and a movable gap is formed between said curling bar and said outer cylinder; said curling bar is provided with a second cavity for airflow to flow through, and several ventilation grooves in communication with said second cavity; a heating member is provided in said second cavity; a hair fork, disposed in said movable gap and connected by a drive assembly mounted in said first cavity, said hair fork is capable of rotating under a drive of said drive assembly so as to poke said hair positioned on said curling bar; a handle, connected with said out cylinder, said handle is equipped with a fan and a circuit board, which are electrically connected to said fan and said heating member respectively, airflow blown by said fan passes through said heating element, enters said second cavity, and is discharged from said ventilation grooves.
2 . The hair curler according to claim 1 , wherein said curling bar is equipped with a U-shaped groove extending axially to an end thereof, said U-shaped groove passes through opposite radial sides of said curling bar and respectively corresponds to said side notch, and said hair fork is provided with an avoiding space preventing said hair from entering said U-shaped groove.
3 . The hair curler according to claim 2 , wherein said bottom surface of said U-shaped groove is obliquely arranged, having a proximal point close to said side notch and a distal point far away from said side notch, and said horizontal position of said distal point is higher than that of said proximal point.
4 . The hair curler according to claim 2 , wherein said hair fork is provided with a magnet, said out cylinder is equipped with a Hall sensor in telecommunication connection with said circuit board; when said hair fork turns an angle until said avoiding space corresponds to said side notch, said Hall sensor sense said magnet and transmits a signal to said circuit board so as to control said hair fork to stop rotating by said driving assembly.
5 . The hair curler according to claim 4 , wherein said hair fork includes a rotating base and two shifting pieces extending from one side of said rotating base; said rotating base is connected to said driving assembly; said two shifting pieces are spaced apart from each other to form two of said avoiding spaces facing each other, upper ends of said two shifting pieces are both provided with hooks for catching hair.
6 . The hair curler according to claim 3 , wherein said horizontal position of said distal point is flush or tends to be flush with said end of said hair fork.
7 . The hair curler according to claim 1 , wherein said end of said curling bar extends out to said first cavity and forms a holding part for a finger.
8 . The hair curler according to claim 1 , wherein said heating member is a PTC electrical corrugated heating element, formed with an airflow cavity for airflow to pass through.
9 . The hair curler according to claim 1 , wherein one side of said hair fork extends at least two shifting pieces.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
