Abstract

Disclosed in the present disclosure is a hair straightener and curler, including two hinged clamping plates; at least two first heating elements having first heating surfaces; where at least the two first heating elements are arranged, and the first heating surfaces thereof are opposite and are respectively arranged on the two clamping plates; a second heating element has a second heating surface, the second heating element is telescopically arranged between a first position and a second position; when the second heating element is at the first position, the highest point of the second heating surface is lower than or flush with the first heating surfaces in the same clamping plate; and when the second heating element is at the second position, the highest point of the second heating surface is higher than the first heating surfaces in the same clamping plate.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A hair straightener and curler, comprising:
 two hinged clamping plates capable of being opened or closed relative to each other;   at least two first heating elements ( 11 ) that have first heating surfaces ( 111 ), and the first heating elements ( 11 ) are arranged on the clamping plates; and at least the two first heating elements ( 11 ) are arranged, and the first heating surfaces ( 111 ) thereof are opposite and are respectively arranged on the two clamping plates;   a second heating element ( 12 ) has a second heating surface ( 121 ), the second heating element ( 12 ) is arranged on at least one of the two clamping plates, the second heating element ( 12 ) is telescopically arranged between a first position and a second position, an extension and retraction direction of the second heating element ( 12 ) is basically perpendicular to the first heating surfaces ( 111 ), and the clamping plate on the opposite side of the second heating element ( 12 ) is provided with an accommodating cavity ( 22 ) for accommodating the second heating element ( 12 );   when the second heating element ( 12 ) is at the first position, the highest point of the second heating surface ( 121 ) is lower than or flush with the first heating surfaces ( 111 ) in the same clamping plate; and   when the second heating element ( 12 ) is at the second position, the highest point of the second heating surface ( 121 ) is higher than the first heating surfaces ( 111 ) in the same clamping plate.   
     
     
         2 . The hair straightener and curler according to  claim 1 , wherein both the first heating element ( 11 ) and the second heating element ( 12 ) can be extended in a length direction of the clamping plates, and the first heating element ( 11 ) and the second heating element ( 12 ) are at least partially overlapped in an extending direction. 
     
     
         3 . The hair straightener and curler according to  claim 2 , wherein the first heating element ( 11 ) can be arranged on at least one side of the second heating element ( 12 ). 
     
     
         4 . The hair straightener and curler according to  claim 3 , wherein the first heating element ( 11 ) is arranged on both sides of the second heating element ( 12 ), and the first heating surfaces ( 111 ) of the first heating elements ( 11 ) in the same clamping plate are arranged at the same height. 
     
     
         5 . The hair straightener and curler according to  claim 1 , wherein the second heating surface ( 121 ) can be arranged as an upwardly convex arc surface. 
     
     
         6 . The hair straightener and curler according to  claim 5 , wherein a third heating surface ( 21 ) can be arranged inside the accommodating cavity ( 22 ) for cooperating with the second heating surface ( 121 ). 
     
     
         7 . The hair straightener and curler according to  claim 6 , wherein the third heating surface ( 21 ) and the adjacent first heating surfaces ( 111 ) in the same clamping plate form an integrated structure. 
     
     
         8 . The hair straightener and curler according to  claim 1 , wherein the extension and retraction direction of the second heating element ( 12 ) is perpendicular to the first heating surfaces ( 111 ). 
     
     
         9 . The hair straightener and curler according to  claim 1 , wherein the hair straightener and curler further comprises a power assembly for driving the second heating element ( 12 ) to extend and retract, and the power assembly comprises:
 a hinged bracket ( 3 ) with a fixed end and a movable end, the fixed end is connected to the clamping plates, and the movable end is connected to the second heating element ( 12 ), and is extensible and retractable;   a driving member ( 4 ) is connected to the movable end of the hinged bracket ( 3 ), and the driving member ( 4 ) is movable between a third position and a fourth position; and   when the driving member ( 4 ) moves to the third position, the hinged bracket ( 3 ) drives the second heating element ( 12 ) to lower to the first position; and when the driving member ( 4 ) moves to the fourth position, the hinged bracket ( 3 ) drives the second heating element ( 12 ) to rise to the second position.   
     
     
         10 . The hair straightener and curler according to  claim 9 , wherein the hair straightener and curler further comprises a limiting member ( 5 ) arranged in the clamping plate, wherein the limiting member ( 5 ) is elastically movable in a direction perpendicular to a moving direction of the driving member ( 4 ), one of the limiting member ( 5 ) and the driving member ( 4 ) is provided with a protrusion, and the other thereof is provided with a groove that matches the protrusion.
