Abstract

Disclosed is a hair curler, includes a housing, a first heating element and a driving assembly, where the first heating element is slidably arranged on the housing in the first direction, the first heating element is provided with a cavity, a sliding groove extending in a second direction is formed inside the cavity, the first direction is perpendicular to the housing, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction; and the driving assembly is arranged inside the cavity and includes two first connecting rods hinged to each other, the first connecting rods on the same side of the hinge shaft have the same length, one end of each of the two first connecting rods is slidably arranged inside the sliding groove, and the other end thereof is connected to the housing, thereby driving the first heating element to move up and down in the first direction.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A hair curler, comprising
a housing ( 1 ); a first heating element ( 2 ) being arranged on the housing ( 1 ) in a sliding manner in a first direction, wherein the first heating element ( 2 ) is provided with a cavity ( 21 ), a sliding groove ( 22 ) extending in a second direction is formed inside the cavity ( 21 ), the first direction is perpendicular to the housing, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction; and a driving assembly ( 3 ) being arranged inside the cavity ( 21 ), wherein the driving assembly further comprise two first connecting rods ( 31 ) hinged to each other, the first connecting rods ( 31 ) on the same side of a hinge shaft ( 32 ) have the same length, one end of each of the two first connecting rods is slidably arranged inside the sliding groove ( 22 ), and the other end thereof is connected to the housing ( 1 ), thereby driving the first heating element ( 2 ) to move up and down in the first direction.

2 . The hair curler according to claim 1 , wherein one end of the at least one first connecting rod ( 31 ) is a limited end (A), and the limited end (A) can only rotate around a connection point, or move close to the hinge shaft ( 32 ) in the second direction while rotating around the connection point.

3 . The hair curler according to claim 2 , wherein the limited end (A) is rotationally connected to the sliding groove ( 22 ) or to the housing ( 1 ).

4 . The hair curler according to claim 1 , wherein the hinge shaft ( 32 ) is limited to movement in the first direction only.

5 . The hair curler according to claim 1 , wherein the hair curler further comprises a chute ( 4 ), wherein the chute ( 4 ) is connected to the driving assembly ( 3 ) and formed on the housing ( 1 ) to provide a track of movement in the second direction.

6 . The hair curler according to claim 1 , wherein the hair curler further comprises a braking member ( 5 ), wherein the braking member ( 5 ) is connected to the driving assembly ( 3 ) for driving the driving assembly ( 3 ) to move.

7 . The hair curler according to claim 6 , wherein the hair curler further comprises a second connecting rod ( 6 ), wherein one end of the second connecting rod ( 6 ) is connected to the braking member ( 5 ), and the other end thereof is connected to the driving assembly ( 3 ).

8 . The hair straightener and curler according to claim 7 , wherein the braking member ( 5 ) is slidably connected to the housing ( 1 ), one end of the second connecting rod ( 6 ) is rotationally connected to the braking member ( 5 ), and the other end thereof is rotationally connected to a free end of the first connecting rod ( 31 ).

9 . The hair straightener and curler according to claim 7 , wherein when the first heating element ( 2 ) is in a state of a limit position of moving up or down, the second connecting rod ( 6 ) form a first preset comprised angle or a second preset comprised angle with the second direction, respectively.

10 . The hair curler according to claim 1 , wherein the hair curler further comprises second heating elements ( 7 ) respectively arranged on two sides of the first heating element ( 2 ), and each of the second heating elements ( 7 ) is fixedly connected to the housing.
