Water baffle assembly and bathtub

Abstract

A water baffle assembly includes a plurality of water baffles, and a portion of the water baffles of the water baffle assembly is arranged to form a single-side water-blocking member and is installed at a top edge of one side of the bathtub body; or, at least two water baffles of the water baffle assembly are arranged to be spliced to form a double-side water-blocking member, and are installed at top edges of two adjacent sides of the bathtub body. The water baffle(s) of the water baffle assembly can form a single-side water-blocking member to block water for a single-side of the bathtub body, or can form a double-side water-blocking member to block water for a double-side of the bathtub body water, so as to adapt to different installation situations of single side, double sides of the bathtub body against wall.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A water baffle assembly, provided for a bathtub body to prevent water in the bathtub body from flowing into a gap between a wall and a top edge of the bathtub body, wherein the water baffle assembly comprises a plurality of water baffles, a portion of the water baffles of the water baffle assembly is arranged to be capable of forming a single-side water-blocking member and is installed at a top edge of one side of the bathtub body; or, at least two water baffles of the water baffle assembly are arranged to be capable of being spliced to form a double-side water-blocking member, and are installed at top edges of two adjacent sides of the bathtub body. 
     
     
         2 . The water baffle assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein the water baffle assembly comprises at least three water baffles, the at least three water baffles of the water baffle assembly are arranged to be capable of being spliced to form a triple-side water-blocking member and being installed at top edges of three sides of the bathtub body. 
     
     
         3 . The water baffle assembly according to  claim 2 , wherein the water baffles are in a shape of straight line, and the water baffle assembly further comprises a water baffle elbow;
 one water baffle of the water baffle assembly forms the single-side water-blocking member; or   two water baffles of the water baffle assembly are connected through the water baffle elbow to form the L-shaped double-side water-blocking member; or   three water baffles of the water baffle assembly are connected sequentially through two water baffle elbows to form the U-shaped triple-side water-blocking member.   
     
     
         4 . The water baffle assembly according to  claim 3 , wherein any one of the water baffle and the water baffle elbow comprises a water baffle body and a seal protrusion disposed at a side of the water baffle body and arranged to be in a sealing fit with the top edge of the bathtub body. 
     
     
         5 . The water baffle assembly according to  claim 4 , wherein both the water baffle body and the seal protrusion are profiles, and the seal protrusion and the water baffle body form an integrated structure or form a split and assembled structure. 
     
     
         6 . The water baffle assembly according to  claim 4 , wherein the top edge of the bathtub body is arranged to comprise an upper edge, a side edge and an arcuate transition portion, and the upper edge and the side edge are connected in an inverted L-shape through the arcuate transition portion;
 the seal protrusion has a wedge-shaped cross section, and the seal protrusion has a horizontal surface arranged to be flush with an upper surface of the upper edge and an arcuate surface arranged to match a shape of the arcuate transition portion.   
     
     
         7 . The water baffle assembly according to  claim 6 , wherein the water baffle assembly further comprises an adhesive layer, the adhesive layer is arranged to adhere the arcuate surface and the arcuate transition portion, and/or the adhesive layer is arranged to adhere a portion of the water baffle body located beneath the seal protrusion and the side edge. 
     
     
         8 . The water baffle assembly according to  claim 4 , wherein the water baffle body is provided with an installation groove, the seal protrusion comprises a installation portion, a connection portion and a seal portion, the installation portion is installed to the installation groove, the connection portion connects the installation portion and the seal portion, the seal portion is located at a first side of the water baffle body, and the seal portion is arranged to seal a gap between the water baffle body and the top edge of the bathtub body. 
     
     
         9 . The water baffle assembly according to  claim 8 , wherein the top edge of the bathtub body is arranged to comprise an upper edge, a side edge and an arcuate transition portion, and the upper edge and the side edge are connected in an inverted L-shape through the arcuate transition portion;
 the seal portion comprises a first seal surface and a second seal surface, the first seal surface is squeezed and sealed against an outer side wall surface of the first side of the water baffle body, and the second seal surface is an arcuate seal surface and is arranged to be squeezed and sealed against the arcuate transition portion.   
     
     
         10 . The water baffle assembly according to  claim 2 , further comprising a fastener or an adhesive layer, wherein the single-side water-blocking member, the double-side water-blocking member, or the triple-side water-blocking member is arranged to be fixed to the top edge of the bathtub body by the fastener or the adhesive layer. 
     
     
         11 . The water baffle assembly according to  claim 1 , further comprising a fixation assembly, wherein the fixation assembly comprises a fixation bracket and a fastener, wherein one end of the fixation bracket is arranged to be fixed to the bathtub body through the fastener, and the other end of the fixation bracket is arranged to be fixed to an installation base of the bathtub body through the fastener; or
 wherein the water baffle assembly also comprises a fastener, and the water baffle is arranged to be fixed to an installation base of the bathtub body through the fastener.   
     
     
         12 . The water baffle assembly according to  claim 3 , further comprising a fastener or an adhesive layer, wherein the single-side water-blocking member, the double-side water-blocking member, or the triple-side water-blocking member is arranged to be fixed to the top edge of the bathtub body by the fastener or the adhesive layer. 
     
     
         13 . The water baffle assembly according to  claim 4 , further comprising a fastener or an adhesive layer, wherein the single-side water-blocking member, the double-side water-blocking member, or the triple-side water-blocking member is arranged to be fixed to the top edge of the bathtub body by the fastener or the adhesive layer. 
     
     
         14 . The water baffle assembly according to  claim 5 , further comprising a fastener or an adhesive layer, wherein the single-side water-blocking member, the double-side water-blocking member, or the triple-side water-blocking member is arranged to be fixed to the top edge of the bathtub body by the fastener or the adhesive layer. 
     
     
         15 . The water baffle assembly according to  claim 6 , further comprising a fastener or an adhesive layer, wherein the single-side water-blocking member, the double-side water-blocking member, or the triple-side water-blocking member is arranged to be fixed to the top edge of the bathtub body by the fastener or the adhesive layer. 
     
     
         16 . The water baffle assembly according to  claim 8 , further comprising a fastener or an adhesive layer, wherein the single-side water-blocking member, the double-side water-blocking member, or the triple-side water-blocking member is arranged to be fixed to the top edge of the bathtub body by the fastener or the adhesive layer. 
     
     
         17 . The water baffle assembly according to  claim 9 , further comprising a fastener or an adhesive layer, wherein the single-side water-blocking member, the double-side water-blocking member, or the triple-side water-blocking member is arranged to be fixed to the top edge of the bathtub body by the fastener or the adhesive layer. 
     
     
         18 . The water baffle assembly according to  claim 2 , further comprising a fixation assembly, wherein the fixation assembly comprises a fixation bracket and a fastener, wherein one end of the fixation bracket is arranged to be fixed to the bathtub body through the fastener, and the other end of the fixation bracket is arranged to be fixed to an installation base of the bathtub body through the fastener; or
 wherein the water baffle assembly also comprises a fastener, and the water baffle is arranged to be fixed to an installation base of the bathtub body through the fastener.   
     
     
         19 . The water baffle assembly according to  claim 3 , further comprising a fixation assembly, wherein the fixation assembly comprises a fixation bracket and a fastener, wherein one end of the fixation bracket is arranged to be fixed to the bathtub body through the fastener, and the other end of the fixation bracket is arranged to be fixed to an installation base of the bathtub body through the fastener; or
 wherein the water baffle assembly also comprises a fastener, and the water baffle is arranged to be fixed to an installation base of the bathtub body through the fastener.   
     
     
         20 . A bathtub comprising a bathtub body and the water baffle assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein the water baffle assembly is arranged to be capable of forming the single-side water-blocking member installed at the top edge of one side of the bathtub body or to be capable of being spliced to form the double-side water-blocking member installed at the top edges of two adjacent sides of the bathtub body.
