Abstract

A tip tool mounting structure for a machining device includes a shaft portion and a holding member. The shaft portion includes a ridge extending in a longitudinal direction and projecting outward in a radial direction. The holding member includes a protrusion projecting outward in the radial direction, switches between an attached and detached state and a fixed state by the rotation, the holding member is configured to be temporarily fixed in the attached and detached state, the attached and detached state is a state in which the protrusion overlaps with the ridge in the longitudinal direction, and the fixed state is a state in which the protrusion does not overlap with the ridge in the longitudinal direction. The temporary fixation of the holding member is automatically released by a movement of a tip tool to an opposite distal end side in the longitudinal direction.

Claims

1 - 10 . (canceled)

11 . A tip tool mounting structure for a machining device, comprising:
a shaft portion integrated with an output shaft of a machining device, a tip tool being mountable on the shaft portion; and a holding member rotatably disposed at a distal end portion of the shaft portion, wherein the shaft portion includes a ridge extending in a longitudinal direction and projecting outward in a radial direction, the holding member includes a protrusion projecting outward in the radial direction and switches between an attached and detached state and a fixed state by the rotation, the holding member is configured to be temporarily fixed in the attached and detached state, the attached and detached state is a state in which the protrusion overlaps with the ridge in the longitudinal direction, and the fixed state is a state in which the protrusion does not overlap with the ridge in the longitudinal direction, and the temporary fixation of the holding member is automatically released by a movement of the tip tool to an opposite distal end side in the longitudinal direction.

12 . The tip tool mounting structure for a machining device according to claim 11 , wherein
one of the shaft portion and the holding member includes a protruding portion, and the other one includes a first flute portion, and the holding member is temporarily fixed in the attached and detached state by entry of the protruding portion into the first flute portion.

13 . The tip tool mounting structure for a machining device according to claim 12 , wherein
a second flute portion is disposed together with the first flute portion, and when the holding member is in the fixed state, the protruding portion enters the second flute portion.

14 . The tip tool mounting structure for a machining device according to claim 13 , wherein
the shaft portion includes a shaft body and a sleeve, the sleeve includes the protruding portion, is movable in the longitudinal direction with respect to the shaft body, and is biased to a distal end side with respect to the shaft body by a compression spring, the holding member includes the first flute portion and the second flute portion and is biased in a rotation direction in which the holding member shifts from the attached and detached state to the fixed state with respect to the shaft body by a torsion spring, and the holding member in the attached and detached state rotates toward the fixed state by a movement of the sleeve to an opposite distal end side with respect to the shaft body to cause the protruding portion to disengage from the first flute portion.

15 . The tip tool mounting structure for a machining device according to claim 14 , wherein
a ring is disposed between the shaft body and the sleeve, and the ring is in contact with an outer surface of the shaft body and an inner surface of the sleeve.

16 . The tip tool mounting structure for a machining device according to claim 13 , wherein
the shaft portion includes the protruding portion, the holding member includes the first flute portion and the second flute portion, is biased to an opposite distal end side with respect to the shaft portion, and is biased in a rotation direction in which the holding member shifts from the attached and detached state to the fixed state with respect to the shaft portion, and the holding member in the attached and detached state rotates toward the fixed state by moving to a distal end side with respect to the shaft portion to cause the protruding portion to disengage from the first flute portion.

17 . The tip tool mounting structure for a machining device according to claim 13 , wherein
the second flute portion includes an inclined surface portion arranged at the first flute portion side.

18 . The tip tool mounting structure for a machining device according to claim 11 , wherein
a plurality of the ridges are disposed, and a plurality of the protrusions are disposed.

19 . The tip tool mounting structure for a machining device according to claim 14 , wherein
the sleeve includes the ridge and a step portion leading to the ridge.

20 . The tip tool mounting structure for a machining device according to claim 19 , wherein
the tip tool is held between the step portion and the holding member.

21 . The tip tool mounting structure for a machining device according to claim 11 , wherein
the tip tool includes a center hole, the center hole includes a wheel flute, the ridge is allowed to enter the wheel flute, and the protrusion is allowed to enter the wheel flute.

22 . An attachment of a machining device comprising
the tip tool mounting structure for a machining device according to claim 11 .

         23 . A machining device comprising
the tip tool mounting structure for a machining device according to claim 11 .
