Abstract
The Pinky (Pinkie) Promise is the only product of its kind that enables individuals to personalize an ordinary rubber bracelet with their pinky fingerprint to resemble a pinky promise. This unprecedented product is uniquely designed with transferable water-resistant paint on sheets for fingerprints, and comes with a matching water-resistant sharpie that can be used to write on the designated personalized display are. Moreover, the Pinky (Pinkie) Promise comes in a wide variety of colors and sizes to accommodate to all user preferences.

1 . A bracelet device, comprising:
a band having two ends configured into a bracelet and having complementary attaching surfaces on an overlap of each of the two ends; a first fingerprint captured on a first outside portion of the bracelet; a second fingerprint captured on a second outside portion of the bracelet; and a personalized indicia captured on an interportion of the bracelet between the first and the second outside portions.
2 . The bracelet device of claim 1 , wherein the complementary attaching surfaces are a hook and loop attachment.
3 . The bracelet device of claim 1 , wherein the complementary attaching surfaces are a metallic and a magnetic attachment.
4 . The bracelet device of claim 1 , wherein the first fingerprint comes from a first individual and the second fingerprint comes from a second individual.
5 . The bracelet device of claim 1 , wherein the first fingerprint and the second fingerprint come from differing phalanges of a first individual.
6 . The bracelet device of claim 1 , wherein the personalized indicia is a personalized writing from a wearer of the band.
7 . The bracelet device of claim 1 , wherein the first and the second outside portions of the bracelet further comprise a protective seal on respective fingerprints.
8 . The bracelet device of claim 1 , wherein the first and the second outside portions of the bracelet are transparent to light to enable a comparison of an individual's finger there through.
9 . The bracelet device of claim 1 , wherein the first and the second outside portions are transparent to light and magnifying to enable a comparison of an individual's finger there through.
10 . The bracelet device of claim 1 , wherein the personalized indicia is signatory to two different individuals with consideration there to.
11 . The bracelet device of claim 1 , wherein the overlap is a buckle and tongue attachment.
12 . The bracelet device of claim 1 , wherein the interportion of the bracelet is transparent to light to enable a comparison of an individual's handwriting there with.
13 . The bracelet device of claim 1 , wherein the interportion is transparent to light and magnifying to enable a comparison of an individual's handwriting there with.
14 . The bracelet device of claim 1 , further comprising a third fingerprint on a third outside portion of the bracelet.
15 . The bracelet device of claim 1 , further comprising an nth fingerprint on an nth outside portion of the bracelet.
