Interface and laundry treatment apparatus having interface

Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a laundry treatment apparatus comprising a setting unit provided to be able to receive an input of a locking command for deactivating inputs to a manipulation unit, wherein the manipulation unit is provided such that the locking command can only be cancelled through the setting unit, and the display unit can display a guide for cancelling the locking command when an input to the manipulation unit is made in a state where inputs to the manipulation unit are deactivated.

         18 . A laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
 a cabinet;   a drum rotatably disposed in the cabinet and configured to receive laundry therein;   a handle rotatably coupled to the cabinet and configured to receive an input of a command for selecting or changing (i) a course among one or more courses or (ii) an option among one or more options for rotating the drum;   a display that is disposed inside the handle and is configured to display state information comprising a state of selection of (i) the course or (ii) the option;   a selector configured to receive an input of a determination command for determining the state information and configured to modify the determination command based on the state information; and   a setting unit that is disposed outside the handle and is configured to receive an input of a locking command for deactivating an input via the handle, wherein deactivating the input comprises disabling the input via the handle or invalidating the input received via the handle, and   wherein an input of the selector is deactivated based on the input of the locking command being received by the setting unit.   
     
     
         19 . The laundry treating apparatus of  claim 18 , wherein the selector is selectively displayed at the display to receive the determination command, and
 wherein the display is configured to not display the selector based on the input of the locking command.   
     
     
         20 . The laundry treating apparatus of  claim 18 , wherein the handle and the selector are configured to release the locking command solely through the setting unit. 
     
     
         21 . The laundry treating apparatus of  claim 18 , wherein the display is configured to display a guide procedure for releasing the locking command based on rotation of the handle while the input of the handle is deactivated. 
     
     
         22 . The laundry treating apparatus of  claim 20 , wherein the display is configured to display a link or a quick-response (QR) code based on repeated input to the handle while the guide procedure is displayed on the display, and
 wherein the link or the QR code indicates an image or a phrase for releasing the locking command.   
     
     
         23 . The laundry treating apparatus of  claim 18 , wherein the setting unit is configured to receive input of (i) the command for selecting or changing the option and (ii) the locking command, wherein the input of the command for selecting or changing the option is deactivated based on the input of the locking command. 
     
     
         24 . The laundry treating apparatus of  claim 22 , wherein the display displays a guide procedure for releasing the locking command based on a repeated input of command for selecting or changing the option while the input of the command for selecting or changing the option is deactivated. 
     
     
         25 . The laundry treating apparatus of  claim 23 , wherein the display is configured to display a link or quick-response (QR) code based on based on the repeated input of command for selecting or changing the option while the guide procedure is displayed on the display, and
 wherein the link or the QR code indicates an image or a phrase for releasing the locking command.   
     
     
         26 . A laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
 a cabinet;   a drum rotatably disposed in the cabinet and configured to receive laundry therein;   a manipulation unit that is coupled to the cabinet and is configured to receive an input of a command for selecting or changing (i) a course among one or more courses or (ii) an option among one or more options for rotating the drum;   a display configured to display (i) an execution state of the course or the option or (ii) a state of the manipulation unit; and   a setting unit that is disposed outside the manipulation unit and outside the display, the setting unit being configured to receive an input of a locking command for deactivating an input of the manipulation unit,   wherein the display is configured to display an approval information of the locking command based on the input of the locking command,   wherein the input of the manipulation unit is deactivated based on an approval of the locking command being received by the manipulation unit, and   wherein deactivation of or deactivating an input corresponds to invalidating the input or disabling input recognition of a respective component.   
     
     
         27 . The laundry treating apparatus of  claim 26 , wherein the locking command is voided based on an absence of an input of approving the locking command at the manipulation unit for a threshold time, irrespective of the input of the locking command being received by the setting unit. 
     
     
         28 . The laundry treating apparatus of  claim 26 , the manipulation unit comprising:
 a handle that is rotatably disposed at the cabinet and configured to receive the display, the handle being configured to receive the input of the command for selecting the course or the option; and   a selector disposed within the handle to receive an input of a determination command for determining a selected course among the one or more courses or a selected option among the one or more options,   wherein (i) the input of the command at the handle or (ii) the input of the determination command at the selector is deactivated based on (i) the input of the locking command being received by the setting unit, (ii) the approval information being displayed on the display, and (iii) the input of the determination command being received by the selector.   
     
     
         29 . The laundry treating apparatus of  claim 28 , wherein the display is disposed within the handle and the selector is disposed at the display. 
     
     
         30 . The laundry treating apparatus of  claim 26 , wherein the display is configured to display a deactivated state of the input of the manipulation unit based on a deactivation of the input of the manipulation unit. 
     
     
         31 . The laundry treating apparatus of one of  claim 18 , further comprising:
 a tub fixed inside the cabinet, the tub being configured to receive the drum and store water;   a water supply that is fluidly connected to an external water supply source and configured to supply water to the tub; and   a drainage configured to discharge the water from the tub to outside of the cabinet,   wherein the course or the option is related to a washing course or a washing option for removing foreign substances from the laundry.   
     
     
         32 . The laundry treating apparatus of  claim 26 , further comprising:
 a tub fixed inside the cabinet, the tub being configured to receive the drum and store water;   a water supply fluidly connected to an external water supply source and configured to supply water to the tub; and   a drainage configured to discharge the water of the tub to an outside of the cabinet,   wherein the course or the option is related to a washing course or a washing option for removing foreign substances from the laundry.   
     
     
         33 . The laundry treating apparatus of  claim 18 , further comprising:
 a circulation flow path unit configured to circulate air in the drum; and   a heat exchanger configured to condense or heat the air in the circulation flow path unit,   wherein the course or the option is related to a drying course or a drying option for removing moisture from the laundry.   
     
     
         34 . The laundry treating apparatus of  claim 26 , further comprising:
 a circulation flow path unit configured to circulate air in the drum; and   a heat exchanger configured to condense or heat the air in the circulation flow path unit,   wherein the course or the option is related to a drying course or a drying option for removing moisture from the laundry.   
     
     
         35 . The laundry treating apparatus of  claim 26 , wherein the manipulation unit comprises:
 a handle that is rotatably disposed at the cabinet and configured to receive the display, the handle being configured to receive the input of the command for selecting the course or the option; and   a selector disposed within the handle and configured to receive an input of a determination command for determining a selected course among the one or more courses or a selected option among the one or more options,   wherein the selector is selectively displayed at the display to receive the determination command.   
     
     
         36 . The laundry treating apparatus of  claim 26 , wherein the setting unit comprises a plurality of lamps and a plurality of conductor switches, the setting unit being configured to sense a user. 
     
     
         37 . The laundry treating apparatus of  claim 26 , comprising:
 a selector disposed within the display, the selector configured to receive an input of a determination command for determining a selected course among the one or more courses or a selected option among the one or more options,   wherein the selector comprises (i) a sensor that senses static electricity and (ii) a physical button that is connected to the sensor and a window that covers the display.
