Abstract

A thermally insulating structural element between two cast building portions, in particular between a wall and a floor or a ceiling, comprising at least one insulation member which is intended to be arranged between the building portions and at least one reinforcement element, wherein the at least one reinforcement element is in the form of an at least partially rust-resistant reinforcement rod which in the installed state extends in an extent direction substantially transversely to a longitudinal extent of the insulation member through the insulation member and is preferably constructed to be bonded in both building portions. The thermally insulating structural element has the reinforcement rod arranged so as to be adjustable substantially in the extent direction within the structural element. A building portion having a thermally insulating structural element and a method for installing a thermally insulating structural element on a construction site are also provided.

1 . A thermally insulating structural element ( 1 ) for installation between two cast building portions ( 21 ,  22 ), the thermally insulating structural element ( 1 ) comprising:
 at least one insulation member ( 2 ) which is adapted to be arranged between the two cast building portions ( 21 ,  22 );   at least one reinforcement element comprising an at least partially rust-resistant reinforcement rod ( 3 ) which in an installed state extends in an extent direction ( 13 ) substantially transversely to a longitudinal extent of the insulation member ( 2 ) through the insulation member and is constructed to be bonded in both building portions ( 21 ,  22 ); and   the reinforcement rod ( 3 ) is arranged to be adjustable substantially in the extent direction ( 13 ) within the structural element ( 1 ).   
     
     
         2 . Th structural element ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , further comprising at least one pressure-force-transmitting element ( 3   a ) arranged to extend through the insulation member ( 2 ), the at least one pressure-force-transmitting element ( 3   a ) has end faces which serve to introduce pressure force and which protrude over the insulation member ( 2 ) in the extent direction ( 13 ). 
     
     
         3 . The structural element ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein the reinforcement rod ( 3 ) is adjustable in increments or in a stepless manner. 
     
     
         4 . The structural element ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein the reinforcement rod ( 3 ) at least partially has a profiling ( 4 ), comprising at least one of an outer thread, locking elements or thickened portions. 
     
     
         5 . The structural element ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , further comprising at least one adjustment device ( 5 ) for adjusting the at least one reinforcement rod ( 3 ), and the adjustment device ( 5 ) comprises one or more components ( 6 ,  7 ). 
     
     
         6 . The structural element ( 1 ) according to  claim 5 , wherein at least one of the one or more components ( 6 ,  7 ) of the adjustment device ( 5 ) surrounds the reinforcement rod ( 3 ) in parts at least partially. 
     
     
         7 . The structural element ( 1 ) according to  claim 5 , wherein at least one of the one or more components ( 6 ,  7 ) of the adjustment device ( 5 ) is connectable to the reinforcement rod ( 3 ), by at least one of clip-fitting, locking, insertion, adhesive-bonding, pressing, or welding. 
     
     
         8 . The structural element ( 1 ) according to  claim 5 , wherein the adjustment device ( 5 ) has a counter-profile ( 8 ) which is constructed to cooperate with the profiling ( 4 ,  4 ′) of the reinforcement rod ( 3 ) for adjustment, and the counter-profile ( 8 ) is formed by at least one of a portion of an inner thread, at least one clamp, or at least one additional locking element. 
     
     
         9 . The structural element ( 1 ) according to  claim 8 , wherein the counter-profile ( 8 ) is constructed in the insulation member ( 2 ) itself. 
     
     
         10 . The structural element ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein the reinforcement rod ( 3 ) has an adjustment range ( 12 ) from 0.5 cm to 50 cm. 
     
     
         11 . The structural element ( 1 ) according to  claim 10 , further comprising at least one adjustment device ( 5 ) for adjusting the at least one reinforcement rod ( 3 ), the adjustment device ( 5 ) comprises one or more components ( 6 ,  7 ), and one of the one or more components comprises at least one limitation means ( 9 ) that sets the adjustment range ( 12 ). 
     
     
         12 . The structural element ( 1 ) according to  claim 11 , wherein at least one of a) the limitation means ( 9 ) is arranged outside and/or inside the insulation member ( 2 ), or a plurality of the limitation means ( 9 ) are arranged in the extent direction ( 13 ) along the reinforcement rod ( 3 ). 
     
     
         13 . The structural element ( 1 ) according to  claim 11 , wherein at least one of a) the limitation means ( 9 ) has at least one stop ( 10 ) and a stop face ( 10   a ) or a stop location, or b) the limitation means ( 9 ) is an end sleeve in which the reinforcement rod ( 3 ) is introduced. 
     
     
         14 . The structural element ( 1 ) according to  claim 11 , wherein the adjustment device ( 5 ) is formed at least partially from plastics material. 
     
     
         15 . The structural element ( 1 ) according to  claim 11 , wherein the adjustment device ( 5 ) a) has at least one of a guide ( 11 ) in which at least one of the one or more components ( 6 ,  7 ) of the adjustment device ( 5 ) is movably arranged, or b) includes as the one or more components ( 6 ,  7 ) a rod guide as a guide ( 11 ) in which the reinforcement rod ( 3 ) is guided. 
     
     
         16 . The structural element ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein there are a plurality of the reinforcement rods ( 3 ), and at least some of the reinforcement rods ( 3 ) of the structural element ( 1 ) are adjustable. 
     
     
         17 . The structural element ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein the reinforcement rod ( 3 ) is formed from a fiber-reinforced material. 
     
     
         18 . The structural element ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the reinforcement rod ( 3 ) has at least one desired breaking location, and the reinforcement rod ( 3 ) can be adjusted in terms of a length thereof by separation at the desired breaking location. 
     
     
         19 . The structural element ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , further comprising at least one anchoring element arranged on the at least one reinforcement rod ( 3 ), at one of the ends thereof, for anchoring the at least one reinforcement rod ( 3 ) in a building portion ( 21 ,  22 ) or an auxiliary construction in order to produce the building portion ( 21 ,  22 ) during a construction phase. 
     
     
         20 . A building portion ( 20 ) comprising at least two cast building portions ( 21 ,  22 ) and the thermally insulating structural element ( 1 ) according to  claim 1  arranged between the building portions ( 21 ,  22 ). 
     
     
         21 . The building portion ( 20 ) according to  claim 20 , wherein the thermally insulating structural element ( 1 ) is arranged above a building portion ( 21 ,  22 ), with the thermally insulating structural element ( 1 ) and the building portions ( 21 ,  22 ) arranged in layers one above the other and the at least one reinforcement rod ( 3 ) extends substantially in a vertical direction. 
     
     
         22 . The building portion ( 20 ) according to  claim 20 , wherein the thermally insulating structural element ( 1 ) is arranged beside a building portion ( 21 ,  22 ), with the thermally insulating structural element ( 1 ) and the building portions ( 21 ,  22 ) arranged beside each other, and the at least one reinforcement rod ( 3 ) extends substantially in a horizontal direction. 
     
     
         23 . The building portion ( 20 ) according to any one of  claim 20 , wherein the at least one reinforcement rod ( 3 ) has an anchoring element and at least one of the building portions ( 21 ,  22 ), has at least one receiving member for the anchoring element. 
     
     
         24 . A method for installing a thermally insulating structural element ( 1 ) between two building portions ( 21 ,  22 ) on a construction site or in a prefabrication plant, the method comprising:
 providing the thermally insulating structural element ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 ; and   adjusting the at least one reinforcement rod ( 3 ) to a dimension prior to installation between the building portions ( 21 ,  22 ) or after arrangement of the structural element ( 1 ) between the building portions ( 21 ,  22 ).   
     
     
         25 . The method according to  claim 24 , further comprising fixing the thermal structural element ( 1 ) after the adjustment of the at least one reinforcement rod ( 3 ); and subsequently carrying out a concreting operation. 
     
     
         26 . The method according to  claim 24 , wherein the thermal structural element ( 1 ) with the at least one adjusted reinforcement rod ( 3 ) is inserted or pressed into fresh concrete only after the concreting of the first building portion ( 21 ,  22 ). 
     
     
         27 . The method according to  claim 24 , further comprising arranging the at least one adjustable reinforcement rod ( 3 ) of the thermally insulating structural element ( 1  in abutment against a formwork or a semi-finished product; and adjusting a position of the insulation member ( 2 ) of the thermally insulating structural element ( 1 ) relative to the building portion to a dimension by adjusting the at least one adjustable reinforcement rod ( 3 ).
