Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a Fe—Cr—Al tube. More specifically. the present disclosure relates to a Fe—Cr—Al tube having a specific powder composition: in weight %: p Cr 12.00 to 25.00; A1 3.50 to 6.50:5 Ti 0.20 to 1.10; N 0.06 to 0.20; Zr 0.05 to 0.20; Y 0.01 to 0.15; C≤0.050; 0 Si≤0.50; Hf≤0.30; Ta≤0.30; Mn≤0.40; Ni≤0.60:5 O≤600 ppm; balance Fe and unavoidable impurities: wherein TiN is present as inoculant.

3 . The tube of a Fe—Cr—Al alloy according to claim 1 , wherein the Cr content is from 18.0 to 24.0 wt %.
4 . The tube of a Fe—Cr—Al alloy according to claim 1 , wherein the Al content is from 4.0 to 6.0 wt %.
5 . The tube of a Fe—Cr—Al alloy according to claim 1 , wherein the Ti content is from 0.30 to 1.00 wt %.
6 . The tube of a Fe—Cr—Al alloy according claim 1 , wherein the N content is from 0.09 to 0.20 wt %.
7 . The tube of a Fe—Cr—Al alloy according claim 1 , wherein the Zr content is from 0.07 to 0.10 wt %.
8 . The tube of a Fe—Cr—Al alloy according to claim 1 , wherein Ti/N ≥ 3.3.
9 . Use of the powder with a composition according to claim 1 for manufacturing a tube.
