Abstract
A device for filling and packing smokable plant material into a smokable paper is disclosed herein. The device includes a filler portion for filling the smokable plant material into a smokable paper such as rolling paper or a pre-rolled cone; a packer portion including a pointed end for packing the smokable plant material in the smokable paper to evenly distribute; and in some embodiments, a handle portion for storing the packer portion and aiding in use of the device.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A device for filling and packing smokable plant material into a smokable paper, the device comprising:
a filler portion including a generally flat bottom surface, a pair of sides wherein at least one of the pair of sides extends generally upwardly in a different plane to the flat bottom surface, and a front end opposite a rear end, the filler portion being tapered from the rear end to the front end and terminating with a narrow tip at the front end, the flat bottom surface and the at least one side defining a scooping means for picking up the smokable plant material and guiding the smokable plant material into the smokable paper via the narrow tip; a packer portion including a first end attached about the rear end of the filler portion, a second end opposite the first end, and an elongated body therebetween, the second end being pointed and configured for use in packing the smokable plant material in the smokable paper.
2 . The device of claim 1 , wherein one of the pair of sides extends upwardly and perpendicularly relative to the flat bottom surface.
3 . The device of claim 2 , wherein the one of the pair sides is a right side of the filler portion, and wherein the device is configured for operation with a right hand of a user.
4 . The device of claim 2 , wherein the one of the pair sides is a left side of the filler portion, and wherein the device is configured for operation with a left hand of a user.
5 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the pair of sides each extend generally upwardly and obliquely relative to the flat bottom surface.
6 . The device of claim 5 , wherein the pair of sides and the flat bottom surface define a channel in line with the narrow tip, and wherein the smokable plant material is guided through channel, from the narrow tip into the smokable paper.
7 . The device of claim 1 , further comprising a handle portion between the filler portion and the packer portion, wherein the rear end of the filler portion is attached to an end of the handle portion, and wherein the first end of the packer portion is attached to an opposite end of the handle portion.
8 . The device of claim 7 , wherein the handle portion includes a flat base, and a pair of parallel side walls defining a cavity.
9 . The device of claim 8 , wherein the first end of the packer portion is hingedly attached to the opposite end of the handle portion.
10 . The device of claim 9 , wherein the elongated body of the packer portion is generally equal in size to the cavity of the handle portion, and wherein the packer portion is pivotable into the cavity and stored therein when not in use.
11 . The device of claim 10 , wherein the rear end of the filler portion is hingedly attached to the end of the handle portion, and wherein the filler portion is able to be pivoted over the handle portion when not in use.
12 . The device of claim 11 , wherein the flat bottom surface of the filler portion is angled relative to the flat base of the handle portion.
13 . A device for filling and packing smokable plant material into a smokable paper, the device comprising:
a handle portion including a flat base and a pair of parallel side walls defining a cavity; a filler portion including a rear end attached to an end of the handle portion, a front end opposite the rear end, a generally flat bottom surface, and a pair of sides wherein at least one of the pair of sides extends generally upwardly in a different plane to the flat bottom surface, the filler portion being tapered from the rear end to the front end and terminating with a narrow tip at the front end, the flat bottom surface and the at least one side defining a scooping means for picking up the smokable plant material and guiding the smokable plant material into the smokable paper via the narrow tip; and a packer portion including a first end hingedly attached to an opposite end of the handle portion, a second end opposite the first end, and an elongated body therebetween, the second end being pointed and configured for use in packing the smokable plant material once filled into the smokable paper, the elongated body of the packer portion being generally equal in size to the cavity of the handle portion, enabling the packer portion to pivot into the cavity and be stored therein when not in use.
14 . The device of claim 13 , wherein the rear end of the filler portion is hingedly attached to the end of the handle portion, and wherein the filler portion is able to be pivoted over the handle portion when not in use.
15 . The device of claim 13 , wherein one of the pair of sides extends upwardly and perpendicularly to the flat bottom surface.
16 . The device of claim 13 , wherein the pair of sides each extend generally upwardly and obliquely relative to the flat bottom surface.
17 . The device of claim 16 , wherein the pair of sides and the flat bottom surface define a channel in line with the narrow tip, and wherein the smokable plant material is guided through channel, from the narrow tip into the smokable paper.
18 . A device for filling and packing smokable plant material into a smokable paper, the device comprising:
a handle portion including a flat base and a pair of parallel side walls defining a cavity; a filler portion including a rear end hingedly attached to an end of the handle portion, a front end opposite the rear end, a generally flat bottom surface, and a pair of sides with at least one of the pair of sides extending generally upwardly in a different plane to the flat bottom surface, the filler portion being tapered from the rear end to the front end and terminating with a narrow tip at the front end, the flat bottom surface and the at least one side defining a scooping means for picking up the smokable plant material and guiding the smokable plant material into the smokable paper via the narrow tip, the filler portion being able to be pivoted over the handle portion when not in use; and a packer portion including a first end hingedly attached to an opposite end of the handle portion, a second end opposite the first end, and an elongated body therebetween, the second end being pointed and configured for use in packing the smokable plant material once filled into the smokable paper, the elongated body of the packer portion being generally equal in size to the cavity of the handle portion, enabling the packer portion to pivot into the cavity and be stored therein when not in use.
19 . The device of claim 18 , wherein one of the pair of sides extends upwardly and perpendicularly to the flat bottom surface.
20 . The device of claim 18 , wherein the pair of sides each extend generally upwardly and obliquely relative to the flat bottom surface, wherein the pair of sides and the flat bottom surface define a channel in line with the narrow tip, and wherein the smokable plant material is guided through channel, from the narrow tip into the smokable paper.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
