Wall panel decorative structure and assembly method therefor

Abstract

Disclosed are wall panel decorative structure and an assembly method therefor. The wall panel decorative structure includes a left side wall panel assembly, a middle wall panel assembly, and a right side wall panel assembly, a left side connecting structure, a right side connecting structure, a first connecting structure, a second connecting structure, a first limiting structure in inserted connection with the first connecting structure, and a second limiting structure in inserted connection with the second connecting structure. The left side wall panel assembly is in clamped connection with the left side connecting structure and abuts against the first limiting structure, two ends of the middle wall panel assembly are connected to the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure, respectively. The right side wall panel assembly is in clamped connection with the right side connecting structure and abuts against the second limiting structure.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A wall panel decorative structure, comprising a left side wall panel assembly, a middle wall panel assembly, and a right side wall panel assembly arranged sequentially along an embedded space, wherein a left side connecting structure is arranged at a position, away from the middle wall panel assembly, of a back of the left side wall panel assembly, a right side connecting structure is arranged at a position, away from the middle wall panel assembly, of a back of the right side wall panel assembly, a first connecting structure and a second connecting structure are arranged at two ends of the middle wall panel assembly, respectively, a first limiting structure is arranged at a joint between the middle wall panel assembly and the left side wall panel assembly, a second limiting structure is arranged at a joint between the middle wall panel assembly and the right side wall panel assembly, the first limiting structure is in inserted connection with the first connecting structure, and the second limiting structure is in inserted connection with the second connecting structure; and the left side wall panel assembly is in clamped connection with the left side connecting structure and abuts against the first limiting structure, the two ends of the middle wall panel assembly are connected to the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure, respectively, and the right side wall panel assembly is in clamped connection with the right side connecting structure and abuts against the second limiting structure.

The wall panel decorative structure according to  claim 1 , wherein the left side connecting structure comprises a left side connecting piece and a left side fastener connected to one side of the left side connecting piece, a left side clamping piece is further arranged on the back of the left side wall panel assembly, and an other side of the left side connecting piece is in clamped connection with the left side clamping piece; the first connecting structure comprises a first connecting piece and a first fastener connected to each other, and the first connecting piece is in inserted connection with the first limiting structure; the second connecting structure comprises a second connecting piece and a second fastener connected to each other, and the second connecting piece is in inserted connection with the second limiting structure; the middle wall panel assembly has one end inserted between the first connecting piece and the first limiting structure, and an other end inserted between the second connecting piece and the second limiting structure; and the right side connecting structure comprises a right side connecting piece and a right side fastener, one side of the right side connecting piece is connected to the right side fastener, a right side clamping piece is further arranged on the back of the right side wall panel assembly, and an other side of the right side connecting piece is in clamped connection with the right side clamping piece.

The wall panel decorative structure according to  claim 2 , wherein the left side connecting piece comprises a first right-angle piece and a second right-angle piece connected to each other, the first right-angle piece is connected to the left side fastener, and the second right-angle piece is in clamped connection with the left side clamping piece; and the right side connecting piece comprises a third right-angle piece and a fourth right-angle piece connected to each other, the third right-angle piece is connected to the right side fastener, and the fourth right-angle piece is in clamped connection with the right side clamping piece. 
     
     
         4 . The wall panel decorative structure according to  claim 2 , wherein sealing elements are further mounted between the middle wall panel assembly and the first connecting piece, and between the middle wall panel assembly and the second connecting piece. 
     
     
         5 . The wall panel decorative structure according to  claim 1 , wherein each of the left side wall panel assembly, the middle wall panel assembly, and the right side wall panel assembly comprises a decorative panel and at least two profiles, and the at least two profiles are both mounted on a back of the decorative panel and are located on two lateral sides of the decorative panel, respectively.

The wall panel decorative structure according to  claim 2 , wherein each of the left side wall panel assembly, the middle wall panel assembly, and the right side wall panel assembly comprises a decorative panel and at least two profiles, and the at least two profiles are both mounted on a back of the decorative panel and are located on two lateral sides of the decorative panel, respectively. 
     
     
         7 . The wall panel decorative structure according to  claim 3 , wherein each of the left side wall panel assembly, the middle wall panel assembly, and the right side wall panel assembly comprises a decorative panel and at least two profiles, and the at least two profiles are both mounted on a back of the decorative panel and are located on two lateral sides of the decorative panel, respectively. 
     
     
         8 . The wall panel decorative structure according to  claim 4 , wherein each of the left side wall panel assembly, the middle wall panel assembly, and the right side wall panel assembly comprises a decorative panel and at least two profiles, and the at least two profiles are both mounted on a back of the decorative panel and are located on two lateral sides of the decorative panel, respectively. 
     
     
         9 . The wall panel decorative structure according to  claim 1 , wherein the left side wall panel assembly, the middle wall panel assembly, and the right side wall panel assembly define a “[”-shaped structure. 
     
     
         10 . The wall panel decorative structure according to  claim 9 , wherein the left side wall panel assembly and the right side wall panel assembly are arranged symmetrically. 
     
     
         11 . An assembly method for a wall panel decorative structure, the method being applied to the wall panel decorative structure according to  claim 1 , and specifically comprising the following steps:
 S 1 : mounting a first connecting structure and a second connecting structure at two internal corners of an embedded space of an earthen wall, respectively;   S 2 : placing a middle wall panel assembly and enabling two ends of the middle wall panel assembly to abut against the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure, respectively;   S 3 : enabling a first limiting structure and a second limiting structure to be in inserted connection with the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure, respectively;   S 4 : mounting a left side connecting structure and a right side connecting structure at a position close to an opening of the embedded space of the earthen wall, respectively; and   S 5 : mounting a left side wall panel assembly, enabling an end of the left side wall panel assembly to abut against the first limiting structure, and enabling a back of the left side wall panel assembly to be in clamped connection with the left side connecting structure; and mounting a right side wall panel assembly, enabling an end of the right side wall panel assembly to abut against the second limiting structure, and enabling a back of the right side wall panel assembly to be in clamped connection with the right side connecting structure.   
     
     
         12 . A spliced wall panel decorative structure, comprising a first left side wall panel assembly, a second left side wall panel assembly, a first middle wall panel assembly, a second middle wall panel assembly, a second right side wall panel assembly, and a first right side wall panel assembly arranged sequentially along an embedded space, wherein a left side connecting structure is arranged at a position, away from the first middle wall panel assembly, of a back of the first left side wall panel assembly, a right side connecting structure is arranged at a position, away from the second middle wall panel assembly, of a back of the first right side wall panel assembly, a first connecting structure is arranged at an end of the first middle wall panel assembly, a second connecting structure is arranged at an end of the second middle wall panel assembly, a first limiting structure is arranged at a joint between the first middle wall panel assembly and the second left side wall panel assembly, a second limiting structure is arranged at a joint between the second middle wall panel assembly and the second right side wall panel assembly, and middle connecting structures are mounted between the first left side wall panel assembly and the second left side wall panel assembly, between the first middle wall panel assembly and the second middle wall panel assembly, and between the first right side wall panel assembly and the second right side wall panel assembly; the first limiting structure is in inserted connection with the first connecting structure, and the second limiting structure is in inserted connection with the second connecting structure; and the first left side wall panel assembly is in clamped connection with the left side connecting structure, the second left side wall panel assembly abuts against the first limiting structure, the first middle wall panel assembly is inserted between the first connecting structure and the first limiting structure, the second middle wall panel assembly is inserted between the second connecting structure and the second limiting structure, the first right side wall panel assembly is in clamped connection with the right side connecting structure, the second right side wall panel assembly abuts against the second limiting structure, the first left side wall panel assembly and the second left side wall panel assembly are in inserted connection with a corresponding one of the middle connecting structures, the first middle wall panel assembly and the second middle wall panel assembly are in inserted connection with a corresponding one of the middle connecting structures, and the first right side wall panel assembly and the second right side wall panel assembly are in inserted connection with a corresponding one of the middle connecting structures. 
     
     
         13 . The spliced wall panel decorative structure according to  claim 12 , wherein each of the first left side wall panel assembly, the second left side wall panel assembly, the first middle wall panel assembly, the second middle wall panel assembly, the second right side wall panel assembly, and the first right side wall panel assembly comprises a decorative panel and at least two profiles, and the at least two profiles are both mounted on a back of the decorative panel and are located on two lateral sides of the decorative panel, respectively. 
     
     
         14 . The spliced wall panel decorative structure according to  claim 13 , wherein each of the middle connecting structure comprises a middle connecting piece and a middle fastener connected to each other, and the at least two profiles close to the middle connecting piece are in inserted connection with the middle connecting piece. 
     
     
         15 . The spliced wall panel decorative structure according to  claim 14 , wherein the middle connecting piece is of a C-shaped structure, each of the at least two profiles is provided with an insertion portion, and the insertion portion is in inserted connection with a gap of the C-shaped structure of the middle connecting piece. 
     
     
         16 . The spliced wall panel decorative structure according to  claim 14 , wherein a limiting portion is further arranged on each of the at least two profiles, and the limiting portion abuts against a side portion of the decorative panel for positioning. 
     
     
         17 . The spliced wall panel decorative structure according to  claim 15 , wherein a limiting portion is further arranged on each of the at least two profiles, and the limiting portion abuts against a side portion of the decorative panel for positioning. 
     
     
         18 . An assembly method for a spliced wall panel decorative structure, the method being applied to the wall panel decorative structure according to  claim 11 , and specifically comprising the following steps:
 S 1 : mounting a first connecting structure and a second connecting structure at two internal corners of an embedded space of an earthen wall, respectively, and mounting a middle connecting structure between the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure;   S 2 : enabling a first middle wall panel assembly to be in inserted connection with the middle connecting structure, and enabling an end of the first middle wall panel assembly to abut against the first connecting structure; and enabling a second middle wall panel assembly to be in inserted connection with the middle connecting structure, and enabling an end of the second middle wall panel assembly to abut against the second connecting structure;   S 3 : enabling a first limiting structure to be in inserted connection with the first connecting structure, and enabling a second limiting structure to be in inserted connection with the second connecting structure;   S 4 : mounting a left side connecting structure and a right side connecting structure at a position close to an opening of the embedded space of the earthen wall, respectively, and mounting an another middle connecting structure between the left side connecting structure and the first limiting structure, and an other middle connecting structure between the right side connecting structure and the second limiting structure;   S 5 : mounting a second left side wall panel assembly, enabling the second left side wall panel assembly to be in inserted connection with a corresponding one of the middle connecting structures, and enabling an end of the second left side wall panel assembly to abut against the first limiting structure; and mounting a second right side wall panel assembly, enabling the second right side wall panel assembly to be in inserted connection with a corresponding one of the middle connecting structures, and enabling an end of the second right side wall panel assembly to abut against the second limiting structure; and   S 6 : mounting a first left side wall panel assembly, enabling the first left side wall panel assembly to be in inserted connection with a corresponding one of the middle connecting structures, and enabling a back of the first left side wall panel assembly to be in clamped connection with the left side connecting structure; and mounting a first right side wall panel assembly, enabling the first right side wall panel assembly to be in inserted connection with a corresponding one of the middle connecting structures, and enabling a back of the first right side wall panel assembly to be in clamped connection with the right side connecting structure.
