Abstract

Disclosed is an impact-during-suction surgical ureteroscope, comprising: a ureteroscope main body, an operating portion operably arranged in the ureteroscope main body, and a lithotripter. The ureteroscope main body comprises a ureteroscope structure main body and a suction channel extending from a front end to a rear end in the ureteroscope structure main body. The suction channel has a suction opening at the front end. The lithotripter is movably disposed in the ureteroscope structure main body so as to switch between a first state and a second state. When in the first state, a cutting head of the lithotripter extends out of the suction opening so as to impact a stone; when in the second state, the cutting head of the lithotripter is retracted into the suction opening and is used to impact crushed stones blocking the suction opening.

1 . A break-during-suction type surgical ureteroscope, comprising:
 a ureteroscope main body having a front end portion and a rear end portion, an operating portion operably coupled to the rear end portion of the ureteroscope main body, and a lithotripter;   wherein the ureteroscope main body comprises a tube structure body, at least one perfusion channel in the tube structure body extending from the rear end portion to the front end portion, the at least one perfusion channel is provided with at least one perfusion opening located at the front end portion; and a suction channel in the tube structure body extending from the front end portion to the rear end portion, the suction channel is provided with a suction opening located at the front end portion;   wherein the lithotripter is movably provided in the tube structure body and is capable of switching between a first state and a second state, when in the first state, a cutting head of the lithotripter extends out of the suction opening and is configured to break calculus, and when in the second state, the cutting head of the lithotripter retracts to the suction opening and is configured to break calculus blocked in the suction opening.

The break-during-suction type surgical ureteroscope according to  claim 1 , wherein the ureteroscope main body further comprises a crushed calculus channel in communication with the suction channel, the lithotripter is telescopically located in the crushed calculus channel, and when the lithotripter is in the first state, the cutting head extends into the suction channel through the crushed calculus channel to extend out of the suction opening.

The break-during-suction type surgical ureteroscope according to  claim 2 , wherein the crushed calculus channel comprises a main body section and a communication section extending between the main body section and the suction channel, and the communication section is in communication with the suction channel and the main body section. 
     
     
         4 . The break-during-suction type surgical ureteroscope according to  claim 3 , wherein an angle formed between a central axis of the communication section and a central axis of the suction channel ranges from 0° to 45°.

The break-during-suction type surgical ureteroscope according to  claim 3 , wherein the tube structure body has a front end surface and an outer peripheral surface, the suction opening is formed on the front end surface, and the front end surface of the tube structure body extends obliquely forward from a first side of the outer peripheral surface to a second side opposite to the first side along an axial direction of the ureteroscope main body. 
     
     
         6 . The break-during-suction type surgical ureteroscope according to  claim 4 , wherein when the lithotripter is in the second state, the cutting head of the lithotripter is located in a middle area of the suction opening. 
     
     
         7 . The break-during-suction type surgical ureteroscope according to  claim 6 , wherein when the lithotripter is in the second state, a front end of the cutting head is coplanar with the front end surface. 
     
     
         8 . The break-during-suction type surgical ureteroscope according to  claim 2 , wherein the crushed calculus channel is located on a lateral side of the suction channel. 
     
     
         9 . The break-during-suction type surgical ureteroscope according to  claim 2 , wherein the crushed calculus channel extends between the suction channel and the rear end portion of the ureteroscope main body, and the crushed calculus channel is provided with a communication opening in communication with the suction channel and the crushed calculus channel. 
     
     
         10 . The break-during-suction type surgical ureteroscope according to  claim 2 , wherein the operating portion comprises a first operating end in communication with the perfusion channel, a second operating end in communication with the suction channel, and a third operating end in communication with the crushed calculus channel.

The break-during-suction type surgical ureteroscope according to  claim 1 , wherein the perfusion opening of the perfusion channel has a first orientation, so as to allow fluid to be injected into a renal pelvis from the perfusion opening along the perfusion channel in a first direction directed by the first orientation, and the suction opening of the suction channel has a second orientation forming a predetermined angle with the first orientation, so as to allow the fluid to be sucked into the suction channel from the suction opening in a second direction directed by the second orientation after being diverted in the renal pelvis to form a fluid loop. 
     
     
         12 . The break-during-suction type surgical ureteroscope according to  claim 1 , wherein the tube structure body has a front end surface and an outer peripheral surface formed on the front end surface, the perfusion opening is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the tube structure body, and the suction opening is formed on the front end surface of the tube structure body.
