Claims

Abstract

Disclosed are a pulse stimulation control method and apparatus, a medical system, an electronic device, and a medium. The method comprises: acquiring a first sensing time of an R wave in a preset electrocardiogram; determining a sensing event and a second sensing time thereof in a local myocardial electrocardiogram corresponding to a set myocardial position; and when the second sensing time does not meet a first preset condition, determining that the sensing event is not an R wave signal corresponding to the R wave in the preset electrocardiogram, and then not delivering corresponding pulse simulation. The present invention enables the pulse stimulation to be delivered only when the R wave is determined, and the pulse stimulation is delivered during a deliverable period of the R wave in the preset electrocardiogram, so that the reliability, safety, and timeliness of the pulse stimulation on the heart of a patient are ensured.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A pulse stimulation control method, comprising:
 acquiring a first sensing time of an R-wave in a preset electrocardiogram;   acquiring a second sensing time corresponding to a sensing event in a local myocardial electrocardiogram corresponding to a set myocardial position; and   not delivering pulse stimulation to a stimulation electrode at the set myocardial position if it is determined that the sensing event is not an R-wave signal corresponding to the R-wave in the preset electrocardiogram, wherein the pulse stimulation is cardiac contractility modulation (CCM) stimulation.   
     
     
         2 . The pulse stimulation control method according to  claim 1 , comprising: determining the sensing event in the local myocardial electrocardiogram corresponding to the set myocardial position based on the first sensing time, wherein the preset electrocardiogram is a surface electrocardiogram and/or an in vivo far-field myocardial electrocardiogram. 
     
     
         3 . The pulse stimulation control method according to  claim 2 , wherein determining the sensing event in the local myocardial electrocardiogram corresponding to the set myocardial position based on the first sensing time, comprises:
 taking the first sensing time as a first time point, and taking a time point from a corresponding first set duration before the first time point as a time reference starting point; and   acquiring the sensing event in the local myocardial electrocardiogram corresponding to the set myocardial position based on the time reference starting point.   
     
     
         4 . The pulse stimulation control method according to  claim 3 , wherein a value of the first set duration ranges from 30 ms-200 ms. 
     
     
         5 . The pulse stimulation control method according to  claim 1 , comprising: determining that the sensing event is not the R-wave signal corresponding to the R-wave in the preset electrocardiogram when a first preset condition is not met, wherein the first preset condition is determined based on the first sensing time of the R-wave in the preset electrocardiogram and the second sensing time corresponding to the sensing event. 
     
     
         6 . The pulse stimulation control method according to  claim 5 , wherein when the first preset condition is not met, determining that the sensing event is not the R-wave signal corresponding to the R-wave in the preset electrocardiogram, and then not delivering the pulse stimulation to the stimulation electrode at the set myocardial position, comprises:
 acquiring a sensing time window corresponding to the R-wave in the preset electrocardiogram based on the first sensing time; and   if the second sensing time does not fall within the sensing time window, determining that the sensing event is not the R-wave signal corresponding to the R-wave in the preset electrocardiogram, and then not delivering the pulse stimulation to the stimulation electrode at the set myocardial position.   
     
     
         7 . The pulse stimulation control method according to  claim 6 , further comprising:
 determining that the sensing event is the R-wave signal corresponding to the R-wave in the preset electrocardiogram if the second sensing time falls within the sensing time window.   
     
     
         8 . The pulse stimulation control method according to  claim 6 , wherein
 a length of the sensing time window is determined based on the preset electrocardiogram or determined through programming control.   
     
     
         9 . The pulse stimulation control method according to  claim 8 , wherein for sinus rhythm, the length of the sensing time window is 30 ms-130 ms; for ventricular ectopic excitation, the length of the sensing time window is 30 ms-250 ms. 
     
     
         10 . The pulse stimulation control method according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 determining, after the sensing event is determined as the R-wave signal corresponding to the R-wave in the preset electrocardiogram, a pulse delivery time corresponding to the stimulation electrode at the set myocardial position based on the second sensing time of the R-wave in the local myocardial electrocardiogram; and   determining whether the pulse delivery time meets a second preset condition, and if yes, determining to deliver the pulse stimulation to the stimulation electrode at the set myocardial position; otherwise, not delivering the pulse stimulation to the stimulation electrode at the set myocardial position.   
     
     
         11 . The pulse stimulation control method according to  claim 10 , wherein determining whether the pulse delivery time meets the second preset condition, and if yes, determining to deliver the pulse stimulation to the stimulation electrode at the set myocardial position; otherwise, not delivering the pulse stimulation to the stimulation electrode at the set myocardial position, comprises:
 acquiring a deliverable pulse time window corresponding to the R-wave in the preset electrocardiogram,   controlling the pulse stimulation to be delivered to the stimulation electrode at the set myocardial position in the pulse delivery time if the pulse delivery time falls within the deliverable pulse time window; and   not delivering the pulse stimulation to the stimulation electrode at the set myocardial position if the pulse delivery time does not fall within the deliverable pulse time window.   
     
     
         12 . The pulse stimulation control method according to  claim 11 , wherein when there are a plurality of the set myocardial positions, the method further comprises:
 acquiring a sensing time window corresponding to the R-wave in the preset electrocardiogram based on the first sensing time; and   determining whether the corresponding second sensing time falls within the sensing time window for each of the second sensing times of the sensing events occurring in each of the local myocardial electrocardiograms in sequence, wherein the deliverable pulse time window is set to correspond with the sensing time window, and the sensing time window is determined based on the first sensing time of the R-wave in the preset electrocardiogram and the second sensing time corresponding to the sensing event that occurs first.   
     
     
         13 . The pulse stimulation control method according to  claim 11 , wherein when there are a plurality of the set myocardial positions, the method further comprises:
 presetting set sensing parameters corresponding to sensing times at different set myocardial positions,   wherein the set sensing parameter comprises a set sensing time and/or a set sensing occurrence sequence; or,   setting sensing events in the other remaining local myocardial electrocardiograms all as R-waves if the sensing event in the local myocardial electrocardiogram that occurs first is an R-wave; or,   setting the sensing events in the other remaining local myocardial electrocardiograms all as R-waves if the sensing event in the local myocardial electrocardiogram that occurs last is an R-wave.   
     
     
         14 . The pulse stimulation control method according to  claim 13 , comprising:
 acquiring a deliverable pulse time window for the sensing event in the local myocardial electrocardiogram that occurs first;   determining pulse delivery time corresponding to stimulation electrodes at the other remaining set myocardial positions based on the second sensing time of the R-wave in the other remaining local myocardial electrocardiogram;   controlling the pulse stimulation to be delivered to the stimulation electrode at the other remaining set myocardial position in the pulse delivery time if the pulse delivery time falls within the deliverable pulse time window; and   not delivering the pulse stimulation to the stimulation electrodes at the other remaining set myocardial position if the pulse delivery time does not fall within the deliverable pulse time window.   
     
     
         15 . The pulse stimulation control method according to  claim 11 , wherein
 the deliverable pulse time window is determined based on the preset electrocardiogram or determined through programming control.   
     
     
         16 . The pulse stimulation control method according to  claim 11 , wherein a length of the deliverable pulse time window is 20 ms-200 ms. 
     
     
         17 . The pulse stimulation control method according to  claim 10 , wherein determining the pulse delivery time corresponding to the stimulation electrode at the set myocardial position based on the second sensing time of the R-wave in the local myocardial electrocardiogram, comprises:
 calculating the pulse delivery time corresponding to the stimulation electrode at the set myocardial position based on the second sensing time of the R-wave in the local myocardial electrocardiogram and a preset duration.   
     
     
         18 . The pulse stimulation control method according to  claim 10 , wherein determining the pulse delivery time corresponding to the stimulation electrode at the set myocardial position based on the second sensing time of the R-wave in the local myocardial electrocardiogram, comprises:
 calculating a time difference between the first sensing time corresponding to the R-wave in the preset electrocardiogram and the second sensing time of the set myocardial position; and   using the first sensing time as a reference zero point, calculating the pulse delivery time corresponding to the set myocardial position based on the time difference and the preset duration.   
     
     
         19 . An electronic device, comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the pulse stimulation control method according to  claim 1 . 
     
     
         20 . A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to implement the pulse stimulation control method according to  claim 1 .
