Abstract
One or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide a pool cleaning robot with a roller brush cleaning structure, including a cleaning body, a roller brush and a roller brush cleaning structure. The cleaning body is configured to clean contaminants in a pool; the roller brush is rotatably arranged on the cleaning body and is configured to clean contaminants on a surface of the pool; and the roller brush cleaning structure is arranged on the cleaning body, and is in contact with at least part of the roller brush, to remove contaminants adhering to the roller brush. During rolling of the roller brush, the residual contaminants on the roller brush are cleaned by the roller brush cleaning structure, so as to clean the roller brush, thereby avoiding adverse effects on a cleaning effect of the roller brush, and also avoiding the accumulation of contaminants on the roller brush over time, to have an adverse effect on the service life of the roller brush.

a cleaning body ( 1 ), the cleaning body ( 1 ) being configured to clean contaminants in a pool; a roller brush ( 2 ), the roller brush ( 2 ) being rotatably arranged on the cleaning body ( 1 ) and being configured to clean contaminants on a surface of the pool; and a roller brush cleaning structure, the roller brush cleaning structure being arranged on the cleaning body ( 1 ), and being in contact with at least part of the roller brush ( 2 ), to remove contaminants adhering to the roller brush ( 2 ).
2 . The pool cleaning robot with a roller brush cleaning structure according to claim 1 , wherein the roller brush cleaning structure extends along a radial direction of the roller brush ( 2 ).
3 . The pool cleaning robot with a roller brush cleaning structure according to claim 1 , wherein the roller brush ( 2 ) comprises:
a roller brush shaft ( 21 ), the roller brush shaft ( 21 ) being arranged on the cleaning body ( 1 ); a mounting cylinder ( 22 ), the mounting cylinder ( 22 ) being arranged on the roller brush shaft ( 21 ); and a cleaning blade assembly ( 23 ), the cleaning blade assembly ( 23 ) being detachably arranged on an outer periphery of the mounting cylinder ( 22 ), and at least part of the cleaning blade assembly ( 23 ) being in contact with the roller brush cleaning structure when the mounting cylinder ( 22 ) and the cleaning blade assembly ( 23 ) rotate in cooperation with the roller brush shaft ( 21 ).
4 . The pool cleaning robot with a roller brush cleaning structure according to claim 2 , wherein the roller brush ( 2 ) comprises:
a roller brush shaft ( 21 ), the roller brush shaft ( 21 ) being arranged on the cleaning body ( 1 ); a mounting cylinder ( 22 ), the mounting cylinder ( 22 ) being arranged on the roller brush shaft ( 21 ); and a cleaning blade assembly ( 23 ), the cleaning blade assembly ( 23 ) being detachably arranged on an outer periphery of the mounting cylinder ( 22 ), and at least part of the cleaning blade assembly ( 23 ) being in contact with the roller brush cleaning structure when the mounting cylinder ( 22 ) and the cleaning blade assembly ( 23 ) rotate in cooperation with the roller brush shaft ( 21 ).
5 . The pool cleaning robot with a roller brush cleaning structure according to claim 4 , wherein the cleaning blade assembly ( 23 ) comprises:
a flexible bearing member ( 231 ), the flexible bearing member ( 231 ) being arranged around the outer periphery of the mounting cylinder ( 22 ); and at least one cleaning blade set ( 232 ), the cleaning blade set ( 232 ) being fixedly arranged on the flexible bearing member ( 231 ), and the cleaning blade set ( 232 ) being configured to extend along a radial direction of the mounting cylinder ( 22 ) when the flexible bearing member ( 231 ) is arranged around the outer periphery of the mounting cylinder ( 22 ).

The pool cleaning robot with a roller brush cleaning structure according to claim 5 , wherein the cleaning blade set ( 232 ) comprises a plurality of cleaning blades, the cleaning blades are sequentially arranged at intervals along an axial direction of the mounting cylinder ( 22 ), and a gap exists between two adjacent cleaning blades.

The pool cleaning robot with a roller brush cleaning structure according to claim 5 , wherein one end of the flexible bearing member ( 231 ) in a length direction is provided with a first fastening structure, the other end of the flexible bearing member ( 231 ) is provided with a second fastening structure, and the first fastening structure and the second fastening structure are configured to cooperate to fix the flexible bearing member ( 231 ) on the mounting cylinder ( 22 ) when the flexible bearing member ( 231 ) is arranged around the outer periphery of the mounting cylinder ( 22 ).
8 . The pool cleaning robot with a roller brush cleaning structure according to claim 1 , wherein the roller brush cleaning structure comprises:
a mounting plate ( 31 ), the mounting plate ( 31 ) being detachably connected to the cleaning body ( 1 ); and at least one cleaning tooth ( 32 ), the cleaning tooth ( 32 ) being fixed on the mounting plate ( 31 ), and the cleaning tooth ( 32 ) protruding toward the roller brush ( 2 ).
9 . The pool cleaning robot with a roller brush cleaning structure according to claim 2 , wherein the roller brush cleaning structure comprises:
a mounting plate ( 31 ), the mounting plate ( 31 ) being detachably connected to the cleaning body ( 1 ); and at least one cleaning tooth ( 32 ), the cleaning tooth ( 32 ) being fixed on the mounting plate ( 31 ), and the cleaning tooth ( 32 ) protruding toward the roller brush ( 2 ).
10 . The pool cleaning robot with a roller brush cleaning structure according to claim 8 , wherein the cleaning tooth ( 32 ) is plural in number, and the cleaning teeth are sequentially arranged at intervals along an axial direction of the roller brush ( 2 ).
11 . The pool cleaning robot with a roller brush cleaning structure according to claim 9 , wherein the cleaning tooth ( 32 ) is plural in number, and the cleaning teeth are sequentially arranged at intervals along an axial direction of the roller brush ( 2 ).

The pool cleaning robot with a roller brush cleaning structure according to claim 1 , wherein the roller brush cleaning structure comprises an auxiliary brush ( 33 ) rotatably arranged on the cleaning body ( 1 ), and at least part of the auxiliary brush ( 33 ) is in contact with the roller brush ( 2 ) during rotation of the roller brush ( 2 ).

The pool cleaning robot with a roller brush cleaning structure according to claim 2 , wherein the roller brush cleaning structure comprises an auxiliary brush ( 33 ) rotatably arranged on the cleaning body ( 1 ), and at least part of the auxiliary brush ( 33 ) is in contact with the roller brush ( 2 ) during rotation of the roller brush ( 2 ).

The pool cleaning robot with a roller brush cleaning structure according to claim 12 , wherein the auxiliary brush ( 33 ) is one in number, a length direction of the auxiliary brush ( 33 ) is parallel to an axial direction of the roller brush ( 2 ), and a length of the auxiliary brush ( 33 ) is less than or equal to an axial length of the roller brush ( 2 ).

The pool cleaning robot with a roller brush cleaning structure according to claim 13 , wherein the auxiliary brush ( 33 ) is one in number, a length direction of the auxiliary brush ( 33 ) is parallel to an axial direction of the roller brush ( 2 ), and a length of the auxiliary brush ( 33 ) is less than or equal to an axial length of the roller brush ( 2 ).

The pool cleaning robot with a roller brush cleaning structure according to claim 12 , wherein the auxiliary brush is plural in number ( 33 ), a length direction of at least one of the auxiliary brushes ( 33 ) is parallel to an axial direction of the roller brush ( 2 ), and the plurality of the auxiliary brushes ( 33 ) are arranged side by side or the plurality of the auxiliary brushes ( 33 ) are arranged in a staggered way.

The pool cleaning robot with a roller brush cleaning structure according to claim 1 , wherein the roller brush cleaning structure comprises a cleaning nozzle ( 34 ), the cleaning nozzle ( 34 ) is arranged on the cleaning body ( 1 ), and a water outlet of the cleaning nozzle ( 34 ) is configured to face the roller brush ( 2 ), to spray water on the roller brush ( 2 ).

The pool cleaning robot with a roller brush cleaning structure according to claim 2 , wherein the roller brush cleaning structure comprises a cleaning nozzle ( 34 ), the cleaning nozzle ( 34 ) is arranged on the cleaning body ( 1 ), and a water outlet of the cleaning nozzle ( 34 ) is configured to face the roller brush ( 2 ), to spray water on the roller brush ( 2 ).
19 . The pool cleaning robot with a roller brush cleaning structure according to claim 17 , wherein the cleaning nozzle ( 34 ) is plural in number, and the plurality of the cleaning nozzles ( 34 ) are sequentially arranged at intervals along an axial direction of the roller brush ( 2 ).

The pool cleaning robot with a roller brush cleaning structure according to claim 17 , wherein the cleaning nozzle ( 34 ) is hinged on the cleaning body ( 1 ) through a ball joint, the roller brush ( 2 ) is configured to exert a force in a first direction on the cleaning nozzle ( 34 ) during transmission, an elastic restoring member is connected between the cleaning body ( 1 ) and the cleaning nozzle ( 34 ), and the elastic restoring member is configured to apply a force opposite to the first direction to the cleaning nozzle ( 34 ).Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
