Playset toy
Abstract
The present disclosure discloses a playset toy, including a playset device and a trigger. The playset device includes a plurality of device panels and at least one playset component that is capable of providing interactive play with the trigger, and the at least one playset component is disposed at least one of the plurality of device panels. When the playset device is at a closed position, the playset device is constructed as a three-dimensional cavity. At least one of the plurality of device panels has a panel through hole, and the playset device further includes a triggered member. When the playset device is at the closed position and the trigger enters the three-dimensional cavity through the panel through hole, the triggered member is triggered by the trigger and drives at least one of the plurality of device panels to move outwards.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:

2 . The playset toy according to claim 1 , wherein the triggered member comprises a latching member and an unlatching member, wherein:
the latching member is configured to lock the device panel, to enable the playset device to be maintained at the closed position; and the unlatching member has an end linked with the latching member and another end capable of being triggered by the trigger entering the panel through hole, wherein in response to the trigger triggering the unlatching member, the unlatching member releases locking of the latching member in a linkage manner, to enable the device panel to move outwards.
3 . The playset toy according to claim 2 , wherein the other end of the unlatching member is located at the panel through hole, wherein when the trigger enters the panel through hole, the unlatching member is triggered by the trigger, and the unlatching member releases the locking of the latching member in the linkage manner.
4 . The playset toy according to claim 2 , wherein the other end of the unlatching member is disposed at the at least one playset component, wherein when the trigger falls onto the at least one playset component in the three-dimensional cavity after passing through the panel through hole, the unlatching member is triggered by the trigger to unlock, to enable the locking of the latching member to be released in the linkage manner.
5 . The playset toy according to claim 1 , wherein the triggered member comprises an electric control lock member and a touch switch that are both electrically connected to a battery, wherein:
the electric control lock member is configured to lock the device panel, to enable the playset device to be maintained at the closed position; and when the trigger enters the three-dimensional cavity, the trigger triggers the touch switch to be switched on, enabling the touch switch to be powered on, and locking of the electric control lock member is released in response to the electric control lock member being powered on, to enable the device panel to move outwards.
6 . The playset toy according to claim 1 , wherein the panel through hole is in communication with a placement cavity in a direction of the panel through hole facing towards an interior of the three-dimensional cavity, the placement cavity being movable as a whole or comprising a bottom plate that is movable, and the triggered member being disposed below the placement cavity, wherein when the trigger is placed in the placement cavity after passing through the panel through hole, the placement cavity or the bottom plate is pressed and move to trigger the triggered member.
7 . The playset toy according to claim 1 , wherein the triggered member comprises a swing block that is movable and a swing control block that is fixed, an end of the swing block being slidably connected to the swing control block,
wherein in response to the trigger pressing the swing block after passing through the panel through hole, the end of the swing block slides on the swing control block, and the swing block swings under an action of the swing control block during sliding, to drive the device panel to move outwards.
8 . The playset toy according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of device panels comprises at least two movable panels that are movable outwards, the at least two movable panels comprising a first movable panel connected to the triggered member, the triggered member being configured to drive the first movable panel to move outwards after being triggered, and other movable panels of the at least two movable panels being simultaneously or sequentially triggered to move outwards after the first movable panel moves outwards.
9 . The playset toy according to claim 8 , wherein:
the triggered member connected to the first movable panel comprises an unlatching member and a first locking member, the unlatching member being configured to drive the first locking member to unlock after being triggered; and triggered members connected to the other movable panels comprises linkage members and second locking members, each of the linkage members having an end linked with a preceding movable panel of the at least two movable panels and another end engaged with a corresponding second locking member of the second locking members, when the preceding movable panel moves towards a second direction, the linkage member is driven to move, the second locking member is driven by the linkage member to unlock, and one of the other movable panels where the second locking member is located moves towards the second direction.
10 . The playset toy according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one playset component comprises a movable member capable of being stored and expanded and a fixed member that is fixed, wherein:
when the playset device is in a closed state, the movable member is stored in the three-dimensional cavity; and when the playset device is in an open state, the movable member is expanded and assembled with the fixed member.
11 . The playset toy according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one playset component comprises a playset road with a starting end, the trigger being configured to fall onto the starting end after passing through the panel through hole, wherein when the playset device is at the open position, the trigger moves along the playset road.
12 . The playset toy according to claim 1 , wherein the trigger is a modeling triggering toy simulating a figure, an animal, a plant, and a tool model, the modeling triggering toy moving from an exterior of the three-dimensional cavity to the panel through hole through a manual operation or self-driving, to enter the three-dimensional cavity.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
