. The exercise apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the outer shell comprises a removable cover.

. The exercise apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the removable cover is removable to expose an opening in the outer shell, the weight storage portion being accessible through the opening in the outer shell.

. The exercise apparatus of claim 3 , wherein the weight storage portion includes a core comprising a foam material.

. The exercise apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the core comprises a cylinder.

. The exercise apparatus of claim 5 , wherein the core comprises a removable insert.

. The exercise apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the removable insert is removable to expose a storage compartment.

. The exercise apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the one or more weights are arranged within the storage compartment.

. The exercise apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the removable insert comprises one or more indentations, the one or more indentations being contoured to match the shape of the one or more weights.

. The exercise apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the outer shell comprises one or more handles.

. The exercise apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the outer shell comprises one or more openings through which handles arranged on the weight storage portion are accessible.

. The exercise apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a mat rolling portion including an exercise mat.

. The exercise apparatus of claim 12 , wherein the weight storage portion is arranged inside of the mat rolling portion.

. The exercise apparatus of claim 12 , wherein the weight storage portion is arranged next to the mat rolling portion.

. The exercise apparatus of claim 12 , wherein the mat rolling portion is spring loaded by a spring biasing mechanism.

. The exercise apparatus of claim 15 , wherein the spring biasing mechanism is charged when the exercise mat is moved from a rolled to an unrolled configuration.

. The exercise apparatus of claim 16 , wherein the spring biasing mechanism is moved from an unrolled to a rolled configuration when the spring biasing mechanism is discharged.

. The exercise apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the location of the one or more handles on the outer shell is adjustable.

. The exercise apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the outer shell is removable from the weight storage portion.
