Refrigerator
Abstract
The refrigerator according to the present invention may comprise: a first tray forming a part of ice-making cells; and a second tray assembly forming the other part of the ice-making cells. The first tray assembly comprises a first tray and a first tray case which supports the first tray, and the second tray assembly comprises a second tray and a second tray case which supports the second tray, and the degree of adhesion of ice to any one of the first and second trays is smaller than the degree of adhesion of ice to any one of the first and second tray cases or the degree of adhesion of ice to a metal.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An ice maker comprising:
a cell in which liquid is phase-changed into ice; a first tray assembly including a first tray and a first tray case, the first tray including a first tray wall defining a first portion of the cell; and a second tray assembly including a second tray, the second tray including a second tray wall defining a second portion of the cell, and being disposed to be relatively movable with respect to the first tray, wherein the first tray case includes: a first tray cover formed as a separate component to the first tray, and a first tray supporter formed as a separate component to the first tray, and wherein the first tray supporter includes: a portion in contact with the first tray, and an opening in which the first tray is disposed.
2 . The ice maker of claim 1 , wherein a portion of the first tray passes through the opening of the first tray supporter.
3 . The ice maker of claim 1 , wherein a portion of the first tray is inserted through the opening of the first tray supporter.
4 . The ice maker of claim 1 , further comprising a bracket defining at least a portion of a space that accommodates the first tray assembly and the second tray assembly.
5 . The ice maker of claim 4 , wherein the first tray cover is manufactured as a separate part from the bracket and then is coupled to the bracket.
6 . The ice maker of claim 4 , wherein the first tray cover is integrally formed with the bracket.
7 . An ice maker comprising:
a cell in which liquid is phase-changed into ice; a first tray assembly including a first tray and a first tray case, the first tray including a first tray wall defining a first portion of the cell; and a second tray assembly including a second tray and a second tray case, the second tray including a second tray wall defining a second portion of the cell, wherein the first tray case includes: a first tray cover formed as a separate component to the first tray, and a first tray supporter formed as a separate component to the first tray, and wherein the first tray supporter includes: a portion coupled to the first tray, and an opening in which the first tray is disposed.
8 . The ice maker of claim 7 , wherein the first tray includes a first extension wall extending in a direction from the first tray wall, and one or more first coupling holes are provided in the first extension wall.
9 . The ice maker of claim 7 , wherein the second tray case includes a second tray cover and a second tray supporter, the second tray cover and the second tray supporter being integrally formed or coupled to each other after being manufactured in separate configurations.
10 . The ice maker of claim 7 , further comprising:
a bracket defining at least a portion of a space that accommodates the first tray assembly and the second tray assembly; and a pusher including at least one column to separate the ice from the second portion of the cell during an ice separation process, the pusher being installed on the bracket.
11 . The ice maker of claim 10 , wherein the at least one column is provided as a shape of a bar.
12 . The ice maker of claim 10 , wherein the at least one column passes through the second tray supporter to contact the second tray in the ice separation process.
13 . An ice maker comprising:
a cell in which liquid is phase-changed into ice; a first tray assembly including a first tray and a first tray case, the first tray including a first tray wall defining a first portion of the cell; a second tray assembly including a second tray, the second tray including a second tray wall defining a second portion of the cell; and a pusher including at least one column to separate the ice from the first portion of the cell during an ice separation process, the pusher receiving a power of a driver, wherein the first tray case includes: a first tray cover formed as a separate component to the first tray, and a first tray supporter formed as a separate component to the first tray, and wherein the first tray supporter includes: a coupling hole through which a coupling member passes, and an opening in which the first tray is disposed.
14 . The ice maker of claim 13 , wherein the coupling member passes through a first coupling hole of the first tray.
15 . The ice maker of claim 13 , wherein the at least one column is provided as a shape of a bar.
16 . The ice maker of claim 13 , wherein the first tray cover is provided with a through-hole through which a portion of the first pusher passes.
17 . The ice maker of claim 13 , further comprising a pusher link to which the pusher is coupled,
wherein, when the pusher link moves, the pusher moves along a guide slot, the guide slot guiding a movement of the pusher.
18 . A refrigerator comprising:
a storage chamber configured to store food; and an ice maker of claim 1 .
19 . A refrigerator comprising:
a storage chamber configured to store food; and an ice maker of claim 7 .
20 . A refrigerator comprising:
a storage chamber configured to store food; and an ice maker of claim 13 .Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
