Abstract

A furniture element has an outer structure and an inner structure that is movable relative to the outer structure by a translatory/rotary bearing. Each structure has a bottom panel, a top panel and at least one side wall, which connects the bottom panel and the top panel to one another. A guide bearing is arranged between the top panels and/or between the bottom panels of the structures. The guide bearing has a curved guide path, a guide element guided in the guide path and a linear guide with connection parts which can be displaced relative to one another. The translatory/rotary bearing is positioned between the bottom panels when the guide bearing is arranged between the top panels, and is positioned between the top panels when the guide bearing is arranged between the bottom panels.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A furniture element comprising:
an outer body and an inner body which is mounted such that the inner body can move relative to the outer body by means of a translational-rotational bearing ( 20 ) having two plates with raceways provided therein in which rolling bodies are guided, wherein the rolling bodies each have a bottom panel and a top panel, and in each case at least one side wall ( 1 ) which connects the bottom panel ( 2 , 5 ) and the top panel ( 4 , 6 ) to one another, and a guide bearing arranged between the top panel ( 4 ) of the outer body and the top panel ( 6 ) of the inner body or between the bottom panel ( 2 ) of the outer body and the bottom panel ( 5 ) of the inner body, the guide bearing having at least one guide path ( 8 ) which extends in a curved manner and is provided in one of the top panels ( 4 , 6 ) and/or the bottom panels ( 2 , 5 ) and a guide element ( 18 ) which is guided in the guide path ( 8 ) and is arranged on the other top panel ( 4 , 6 ) and/or other bottom panel ( 2 , 5 ), the guide bearing further comprises a linear guide ( 9 ) with connecting parts displaceable relative to one another, one of the connecting parts being arranged on the one top panel ( 4 ) and the other is mounted on the other top panel ( 6 ) and/or one of the connecting parts is arranged on the one bottom panel ( 2 ) and the other is mounted on the other bottom panel ( 5 ), wherein the translational-rotational bearing ( 20 ) is positioned between the bottom panels ( 2 , 5 ) when the guide bearing is arranged between the top panels ( 4 , 6 ) and between the top panels ( 4 , 6 ) when the guide bearing is arranged between the bottom panels ( 2 , 5 ).

         2 . The furniture element according to claim 1 , wherein the linear guide ( 9 ) is formed from at least one pull-out guide ( 12 ), having a guide rail ( 13 ) and a running rail ( 14 ) displaceably mounted thereon.

3 . The furniture element according to claim 2 , wherein the pull-out guide ( 12 ) has rolling bodies in the form of balls, rollers or barrels.

4 . Furniture The furniture element according to claim 2 , wherein the guide rail ( 13 ) is connected to the top panel ( 4 ) of the outer body and the running rail ( 14 ) is connected to the top panel ( 6 ) of the inner body by means of a pivot bearing ( 15 ).

5 . The furniture element according to claim 2 , wherein two pull-out guides ( 12 ) are provided which are arranged parallel to and spaced apart from one another and are firmly connected to one another by the pivot bearing ( 15 ).

         6 . The furniture element according to claim 4 , wherein a pivot pin ( 16 ) connected to the top panel ( 6 ) is mounted in the pivot bearing ( 15 ).

7 . The furniture element according to claim 2 , wherein the top panel ( 4 ) of the outer body has, on a side facing the top panel ( 6 ) of the inner body, a carrier plate ( 10 ) to which the at least one pull-out guide ( 12 ) is fastened.

8 . The furniture element according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one guide path ( 8 ) is provided in the top panel ( 6 ) of the inner body.

9 . The furniture element according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one guide path ( 8 ) extends approximately diagonally across a plane of the top panel ( 6 ).

10 . The furniture element according to claim 1 , wherein the guide element ( 18 ) is designed as a pin, bolt, wheel or ball bearing.

11 . The furniture element according to claim 1 , wherein the inner body is configured to be moved relative to the outer body from a first functional position into a second functional position rotated through a predetermined angle with respect to the starting position, wherein the bottom panels ( 2 , 5 ) and the top panels ( 4 , 6 ) of the inner body and of the outer body are aligned in matching geometries with respect to one another in both functional positions.

         12 . The furniture element according to claim 1 , wherein the linear guide ( 9 ) is designed as a linear rolling bearing ( 25 ).
