Abstract
An integrated device for sweeping, mopping and cleaning includes a sweeping structure and an automatic mopping and cleaning mechanism installed on an automatic cruise cleaning robotic vehicle. The sweeping structure is located in a front of the automatic mopping and cleaning mechanism. The automatic mopping and cleaning mechanism includes an automatic cleaning structure for mopping rollers, a plurality of wet mopping rollers, a plurality of dry mopping rollers for mopping a floor and being cleaned respectively in turn, and a spray nozzle spraying water on one of the wet mopping rollers mopping the floor and further spring water on a region of the floor in a front of the one of the wet mopping rollers. The one of the wet mopping rollers mopping the floor is located in a front of one of the dry mopping rollers mopping the floor.

1 . An integrated device for sweeping, mopping and cleaning, comprising:
a sweeping structure installed on an automatic cruise cleaning robotic vehicle; and an automatic mopping and cleaning mechanism installed on the automatic cruise cleaning robotic vehicle, wherein the sweeping structure is located in a front of the automatic mopping and cleaning mechanism, wherein the automatic mopping and cleaning mechanism comprises:
an automatic cleaning structure for mopping rollers;
a plurality of wet mopping rollers;
a plurality of dry mopping rollers for mopping a floor and being cleaned respectively in turn; and
a spray nozzle spraying water on one of the wet mopping rollers mopping the floor and further spraying water on a region of the floor in a front of the one of the wet mopping rollers, wherein the one of the wet mopping rollers mopping the floor is located in a front of one of the dry mopping rollers mopping the floor.

The integrated device for sweeping, mopping and cleaning according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of wet mopping rollers and the plurality of dry mopping rollers are rotatably mounted on a rotating bracket through a plurality of first bare shafts respectively, and the wet mopping rollers and the dry mopping rollers are arranged adjacent to each other.

The integrated device for sweeping, mopping and cleaning according to claim 2 , wherein one end of the rotating bracket is rotatably connected with a first slider mounted on a first lifting mechanism, and another end of the rotating bracket is connected with a first motor mounted on a L-shaped block, and the L-shaped block is fixedly connected with a second slider mounted on a second lifting mechanism.

The integrated device for sweeping, mopping and cleaning according to claim 2 , wherein ends of the plurality of first bare shafts at a same side are provided with synchronous wheels respectively, wherein the synchronous wheels are connected by a synchronous belt, and one of the synchronous wheels is connected with a second motor.

The integrated device for sweeping, mopping and cleaning according to claim 2 , wherein a number of the plurality of wet mopping rollers is two wet mopping rollers, and a number of the plurality of dry mopping rollers is two dry mopping rollers, and the rotating bracket comprises two cross brackets fixedly connected with the first bare shafts respectively, and the two wet mopping rollers and the two dry mopping rollers are adjacently arranged between the two cross brackets.

The integrated device for sweeping, mopping and cleaning according to claim 1 , wherein the automatic cleaning structure for mopping rollers comprises two wringing and cleaning components movable relative to each other, first water tanks arranged below the wringing and cleaning components, and a second water tank respectively communicated with the wringing and cleaning components and the first water tanks through first water pipes and second water pipes.
7 . The integrated device for sweeping, mopping and cleaning according to claim 6 , wherein the first water pipes connecting the first water tanks and the second water tank are provided with water purification filters respectively.

The integrated device for sweeping, mopping and cleaning according to claim 6 , wherein each of the wringing and cleaning components comprises a wringing plate, a water containing cavity formed by the wringing plate and a plurality of plates, wherein the wringing plate is positioned above corresponding one of the first water tanks and obliquely arranged; the wringing plate is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes, and the water containing cavity is communicated with the second water tank through corresponding one of the second water pipes.

The integrated device for sweeping, mopping and cleaning according to claim 6 , wherein the two wringing and cleaning components are threadedly connected with a screw rod through connecting blocks respectively, wherein the screw rod is provided with two sections of external threads with opposite spiral directions, and the screw rod is rotatably connected with a mounting plate, and one end of the screw rod is connected with a third motor installed on the mounting plate.

The integrated device for sweeping, mopping and cleaning according to claim 1 , wherein the sweeping structure comprises two edge piping brushes, a main brush and a garbage bin; the two edge piping brushes are arranged at a front end of the automatic cruise cleaning robotic vehicle, and the main brush and the garbage bin are sequentially arranged at a rear middle part of the two edge piping brushes.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
