Abstract
A buffer material includes a body portion that has two wall portions forming an accommodation space for accommodating an accommodation target object to be accommodated inside a box, an opening and closing portion that is provided on one wall portion of the two wall portions of the body portion, and is movable between a closed state where the accommodation space is closed and an open state where the accommodation space is open, and an opening restriction portion that restricts the opening and closing portion in the open state from moving to the closed state of the opening and closing portion.

1 . A buffer material comprising:
a body portion that has two wall portions forming an accommodation space for accommodating an accommodation target object to be accommodated inside a box; an opening and closing portion that is provided on one wall portion of the two wall portions of the body portion, and is movable between a closed state where the accommodation space is closed and an open state where the accommodation space is open; and an opening restriction portion that restricts the opening and closing portion in the open state from moving to the closed state of the opening and closing portion.
2 . The buffer material according to claim 1 ,
wherein, in a case where the opening and closing portion is restricted in the open state by the opening restriction portion in a state where the body portion is taken into the box, a part of the opening and closing portion is in a state of protruding outward from an opening of the box.
3 . The buffer material according to claim 1 ,
wherein the opening restriction portion restricts the opening and closing portion in the open state at an angle at which the opening and closing portion in the open state is present outside a passage region in a case where the accommodation target object is taken into and out of the accommodation space.
4 . The buffer material according to claim 3 ,
wherein the angle is an angle that is formed with a side surface of the accommodation space and exceeds 180°.
5 . The buffer material according to claim 1 ,
wherein the opening and closing portion is an integral structural portion extended from the one wall portion of the body portion, and is continuous with the one wall portion via a bent portion consisting of a thickness smaller than thicknesses of other portions.
6 . The buffer material according to claim 5 ,
wherein the opening restriction portion is provided at a portion of the body portion and the opening and closing portion outside the bent portion, and is formed as a protrusion portion and a recess portion that are attachably and detachably fitted with each other by movement of a case where the opening and closing portion is in the open state.
7 . The buffer material according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a closing restriction portion that restricts the opening and closing portion in the closed state, wherein the closing restriction portion is formed with one fitting restriction portion that is provided at an upper end portion of the other wall portion of the body portion, and the other fitting restriction portion that is provided at a portion of the opening and closing portion corresponding to the one fitting restriction portion and is attachably and detachably fitted with the one fitting restriction portion.
8 . The buffer material according to claim 7 ,
wherein the one fitting restriction portion is a projection portion that protrudes from the upper end portion of the other wall portion, and the other fitting restriction portion is a fitting recess portion that is recessed in the opening and closing portion and with which the projection portion is attachably and detachably fitted.
9 . The buffer material according to claim 7 ,
wherein the opening and closing portion has a portion that comes into contact with a part of an upper surface portion of the accommodation target object in a case where the opening and closing portion is in the closed state due to the restriction by the closing restriction portion.
10 . The buffer material according to claim 1 ,
wherein the opening and closing portion is provided with a foldable portion that is foldable at at least one location other than a movable portion.
11 . The buffer material according to claim 5 ,
wherein the body portion is provided to be foldable such that the two wall portions are brought down and unfolded.
12 . The buffer material according to claim 5 ,
wherein the body portion is divided into the one wall portion including the opening and closing portion and a portion including the other wall portion of the two wall portions in a coupling enabled manner.
13 . The buffer material according to claim 12 ,
wherein, in the body portion, the portion including the other wall portion is formed with the other wall portion, and a second opening and closing portion that is provided on the other wall portion and is movable between the closed state where the accommodation space is closed from below and the open state where the accommodation space is open, and a second opening restriction portion that restricts the second opening and closing portion in the open state from moving to the closed state of the second opening and closing portion is provided.
14 . The buffer material according to claim 13 ,
wherein the second opening restriction portion restricts the second opening and closing portion in the open state at an angle at which the second opening and closing portion in the open state is present outside a passage region in a case where the accommodation target object is taken into and out of the accommodation space.
15 . The buffer material according to claim 12 , further comprising:
a second closing restriction portion that restricts the second opening and closing portion in the closed state, wherein the second opening and closing portion has a portion that comes into contact with a part of a lower surface portion of the accommodation target object in a case where the second opening and closing portion is in the closed state due to the restriction by the second closing restriction portion.
16 . The buffer material according to claim 1 ,
wherein the buffer material consists of a foam material that is used by taking one or a plurality of foam materials into the box for accommodating the accommodation target object.
17 . The buffer material according to claim 2 ,
wherein the buffer material consists of a foam material that is used by taking one or a plurality of foam materials into the box for accommodating the accommodation target object.
18 . The buffer material according to claim 3 ,
wherein the buffer material consists of a foam material that is used by taking one or a plurality of foam materials into the box for accommodating the accommodation target object.
19 . The buffer material according to claim 4 ,
wherein the buffer material consists of a foam material that is used by taking one or a plurality of foam materials into the box for accommodating the accommodation target object.
20 . The buffer material according to claim 16 ,
