Abstract

A data collection method for determining the likelihood that a subject will develop AD that includes measurement of methylation levels in the CpG regions of promoter regions, untranslated regions or translated regions of specific genes in biological samples from subjects, wherein higher or lower methylation levels compared with NCs indicate that a subject is at risk of developing AD.
