Abstract

A wear-resistant and shock-resistant glove includes a glove body and a wear-resistant and stab-resistant layer. The wear-resistant and stab-resistant layer is disposed at a palm part and a finger part of the glove body, the wear-resistant and stab-resistant layer is made of an elastic material, and the wear-resistant and stab-resistant layer is subjected to compression molding and is integrally formed on the glove body. The wear-resistant and stab-resistant layer is integrally formed at the palm part, the finger part and a purlicue part between a thumb and a forefinger of the glove body, such that the glove has shock-resistant, wear-resistant and stab-resistant effects. The wear-resistant and stab-resistant layer is subjected to compression molding and is integrally formed on the glove body. The wear-resistant and stab-resistant layer is made of a high-elasticity plastic material, which meets the requirements on wear resistant and shock resistance.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A wear-resistant and shock-resistant glove, comprising a glove body and a wear-resistant and stab-resistant layer, wherein the wear-resistant and stab-resistant layer is disposed at a palm part, a finger part and a purlicue part between a thumb and a forefinger of the glove body; the wear-resistant and stab-resistant layer is made of an elastic material; and the wear-resistant and stab-resistant layer is subjected to compression molding and is integrally formed on the glove body.

2 . The wear-resistant and shock-resistant glove according to claim 1 , wherein the wear-resistant and stab-resistant layer is formed by a thermoplastic elastomer material through compression molding.

3 . The wear-resistant and shock-resistant glove according to claim 1 , wherein the glove body is prepared by weaving knitting threads.

4 . The wear-resistant and shock-resistant glove according to claim 1 , wherein the wear-resistant and stab-resistant layer comprises a first protective sheet and a plurality of second protective sheets, wherein the first protective sheet covers the palm part and a finger root part of the glove body, the plurality of second protective sheets are disposed at a finger head part of the glove body, the first protective sheet has a buffer texture, and the second protective sheets have anti-skid strips.

5 . The wear-resistant and shock-resistant glove according to claim 4 , wherein a moving gap portion is arranged on the first protective sheet, and the moving gap portion is thinner than the first protective sheet.

6 . The wear-resistant and shock-resistant glove according to claim 5 , wherein the first protective sheet has a thickness of 0.05-2 mm, and the second protective sheets each have a thickness of 0.05-2 mm.

7 . The wear-resistant and shock-resistant glove according to claim 1 , wherein the wear-resistant and stab-resistant layer comprises a plurality of shock-resistant members, and the plurality of shock-resistant members are arranged on the palm part and the finger part of the glove body.

8 . The wear-resistant and shock-resistant glove according to claim 7 , wherein the shock-resistant members have a plurality of impact-resistant protrusion portions, and the impact-resistant protrusion portions have annular cross sections.

9 . The wear-resistant and shock-resistant glove according to claim 8 , wherein the impact-resistant protrusion portions each have a thickness of 2-20 mm.
