Abstract

A shoe sole (1) includes a stability support plate (3) and a soft elastic midsole (2) having a forefoot area (VFB), a midfoot area (MFB) and a heel area (FB). The stability support plate is peripherally surrounded by the midsole and the midsole (2) has a clear space (21) open to the bottom side (U) of the midsole (2), which is peripherally surrounded substantially completely by the midsole (2) and is delimited by the stability support plate (3). The clear space (21) extends from the heel area (FB) over the midfoot area (MFB) into the forefoot area (VFB) of the midsole (2).

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
. A shoe sole comprising a stability support plate and a soft-elastic midsole, wherein the stability support plate is peripherally surrounded by the midsole and wherein the midsole comprises a clear space being open towards a bottom side of the midsole, which is peripherally surrounded substantially completely by the midsole and which is delimited by the stability support plate, and wherein the midsole includes a plurality of channels configured as blind holes which are open towards the clear space and extend towards an outer side of the midsole.

. The shoe sole according to claim 1 , wherein the soft elastic midsole comprises a circumferential step, wherein the stability support plate is arranged on and/or attached to the step.

. The shoe sole according to claim 1 , wherein the top side of the stability support plate is uncovered by the midsole.

. The shoe sole according to claim 3 , wherein the stability support plate is aligned with the midsole peripherally surrounding the stability support plate.

. The shoe sole according to claim 1 , wherein the length of the stability support plate in the longitudinal direction is at least 80% of the length of the midsole and/or wherein the width of the stability support plate in the transverse direction is at least 50% of the width of the midsole in the transverse direction.

. The shoe sole according to claim 1 , wherein the midsole comprises in the heel area a cavity delimited by the midsole and the stability support plate.

. The shoe sole according to claim 6 , wherein the cavity is completely closed by the stability support plate and the soft elastic midsole.

. The shoe sole according to claim 6 , wherein the cavity is arranged between the heel edge of the midsole and the clear space.

. The shoe sole according to claim 1 , wherein the midsole is at least partially provided with an outsole on the bottom side and wherein the lateral area of the midsole is completely provided with the outsole.

. The shoe sole according to claim 1 , wherein the channels are arranged in a heel area and in a midfoot area of the midsole.

. The shoe sole according to claim 10 , wherein a forefoot area of the midsole is free of channels.

. The shoe sole according to claim 1 , wherein the channels are configured to deform in vertical and/or horizontal direction by forces occurring during walking in such a way that the openings of the channels close at least up to ⅓.

. The shoe sole according to claim 1 , wherein the channels are delimited by the stability support plate and the soft elastic midsole.

. The shoe sole according to claim 1 , wherein the midsole comprises one or more grooves extending in the transverse direction, which are in the longitudinal direction arranged in front of and/or behind a channel and are open towards the bottom side of the midsole.

. The shoe sole according to claim 1 , wherein a wall thickness between an end of the channel and the outer side of the midsole is at least 3 mm.

. The shoe sole according to claim 1 , wherein a top side of the stability support plate is uncovered by the midsole.

. The shoe sole according to claim 1 , wherein the clear space has in the transverse direction of the midsole a width of at least 25% of the total width in the transverse direction of the midsole.

. The shoe sole according to claim 1 , wherein the clear space has a length in the longitudinal direction of the midsole of at least 70% of a length of the midsole in the longitudinal direction.

. The shoe sole according to claim 1 , wherein the clear space has a variable width in the transverse direction along its length in a longitudinal direction of the midsole.

. A shoe comprising a shoe sole according to claim 1 .
