Abstract
The present variations disclose an expandable bag that gives the users the option to use a fanny pack or easily and efficiently expand the expandable bag into a backpack. The expandable bag may include joined cavities that may expand during use.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An expandable bag apparatus, comprising:
a first bag defining a first cavity and a third cavity; a first set of straps fixed to the first bag; a second bag connected to the third cavity of the first bag, and defining a second cavity, wherein the first cavity and second cavity are at least partially conjoined; and a second set of straps fixed to the second bag.
2 . An expandable bag apparatus as in claim 1 , wherein the first bag comprises a first material and the second bag comprises a second material different from the first material.
3 . An expandable bag apparatus as in claim 1 , wherein the first cavity and second cavity form a combined cavity.
4 . An expandable bag apparatus as in claim 1 , further comprising a first zipper constructed and arranged to at least one of open or close the third cavity.
5 . An expandable bag apparatus as in claim 1 , further comprising a second zipper constructed and arranged to at least one of open or close a first pocket disposed on the first bag.
6 . An expandable bag apparatus as in claim 1 , further comprising a third zipper constructed and arranged to at least one of open or close the first cavity.
7 . An expandable bag apparatus as in claim 1 , further comprising a second pocket disposed on the first bag.
8 . An expandable bag apparatus as in claim 1 , wherein the first set of straps are operable to facilitate attaching of the expandable bag around a user's torso.
9 . An expandable bag apparatus as in claim 1 , wherein the second set of straps are operable to attach to the first set of straps to facilitate wearing of the expandable bag as a backpack.
10 . An expandable bag apparatus, comprising:
a first bag defining a first cavity and a third cavity; a first set of straps fixed to the first bag, wherein the first set of straps are operable to facilitate attaching of the expandable bag around a user's torso; a second bag connected to the third cavity of the first bag, and defining a second cavity, wherein the first cavity and second cavity are at least partially conjoined; a second set of straps fixed to the second bag, wherein the second set of straps are operable to attach to the first set of straps to facilitate wearing of the expandable bag as a backpack; and wherein the first cavity and second cavity form a combined cavity.
11 . An expandable bag apparatus as in claim 10 , wherein the first bag comprises a first material and the second bag comprises a second material different from the first material.
12 . An expandable bag apparatus as in claim 10 , further comprising a first zipper constructed and arranged to at least one of open or close the third cavity.
13 . An expandable bag apparatus as in claim 10 , further comprising a second zipper constructed and arranged to at least one of open or close a first pocket disposed on the first bag.
14 . An expandable bag apparatus as in claim 10 , further comprising a third zipper constructed and arranged to at least one of open or close the first cavity.
15 . An expandable bag apparatus as in claim 10 , further comprising a second pocket disposed on the first bag.
16 . An expandable bag apparatus, comprising:
a first bag defining a first cavity and a third cavity; a first set of straps fixed to the first bag, wherein the first set of straps are operable to facilitate attaching of the expandable bag around a user's torso; a second bag connected to the third cavity of the first bag, and defining a second cavity, wherein the first cavity and second cavity are at least partially conjoined; a second set of straps fixed to the second bag, wherein the second set of straps are operable to attach to the first set of straps to facilitate wearing of the expandable bag as a backpack; a first pocket disposed on the first bag; a second pocket disposed on the first bag; and wherein the first cavity and second cavity form a combined cavity.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
