Abstract
Tape cutters are adapted to fold the tip of a tape. The tape cutters include a cutter body configured to draw-out one end of a tape from a tape reel, which includes a base member formed of a synthetic resin film, paper, or cloth and the tape wound around the base member and having adhesive or cohesive force. A cutter is positioned at an end of the cutter body to cut the tape drawn out from the tape reel. The cutter is installed to protrude forward from the end of the cutter body and to be inclined. A space part is formed inside the cutter. A cover surface covers an adhesive surface of the tape is formed on an end of the tape by using the space part.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A tape cutter for folding a tip of a tape, the tape cutter comprising:
a cutter body configured to draw-out one end of a tape from a tape reel, which includes a base member formed of a synthetic resin film, paper, or cloth and the tape wound around the base member and having adhesive or cohesive force; and a cutter positioned at an end of the cutter body to cut the tape drawn out from the tape reel, wherein:
the cutter is installed to protrude forward from the end of the cutter body and to be inclined, and a space part is formed inside the cutter, and
a cover surface covering an adhesive surface of the tape is formed on an end of the tape by using the space part.
2 . The tape cutter of claim 1 , further comprising a support formed on a front end of the cutter body to support the cutter.
3 . The tape cutter of claim 2 , wherein the cutter formed therein with the space part has a cutter blade, and the cutter blade is configured to be wholly or partially inclined with respect to a draw-out direction of the tape.
4 . The tape cutter of claim 2 , wherein the cutter formed therein with the space part has a cutter blade, and the cutting blade has a triangular shape with one or more inclined angles.
5 . The tape cutter of claim 1 , wherein the cutter formed therein with the space part has a cutter blade, and the cutter blade is configured to be wholly or partially inclined with respect to a draw-out direction of the tape.
6 . The tape cutter of claim 1 , wherein the cutter formed therein with the space part has a cutter blade, and the cutting blade has a triangular shape with one or more inclined angles.
7 . A tape cutter having a function of folding a tip of a tape, the tape cutter comprising:
a cutter body configured to draw-out one end of a tape from a tape reel, which includes a base member formed of a synthetic resin film, paper, or cloth and the tape wound around the base member and having adhesive or cohesive force, in which a shock absorbing plate is fixedly installed on one side of the cutter body; and a cutter positioned at an end of the cutter body to cut the tape drawn out from the tape reel, wherein:
a shock plate is provided to rotate about a rotating shaft,
when one end of the tape is drawn out from the tape reel, the shock plate is rotated in a forward direction due to draw-out of the tape, and
after the tape is cut by the cutter, the shock plate is rotated in a reverse direction by a rotational force of the shock plate so that a cover surface covering an adhesive surface of the tape is formed at an end portion of the tape.
8 . The tape cutter of claim 7 , further comprising a protrusion, wherein, when the one end of the tape is drawn out, the protrusion guides draw-out of the tape and guides the shock plate to be rotated in a reverse direction such that a cover surface covering an adhesive surface of the tape is easily formed at an end portion of the tape.
9 . The tape cutter of claim 7 , wherein the tape cutter further comprises at least one of:
a first rotation configuration in which an elastic member is provided on the rotating shaft and when the one end of the tape is drawn out from the tape reel, the shock plate rotates about the rotating shaft due to draw-out of the tape to accumulate an elastic force; a second rotation configuration in which an actuator is connected to the rotating shaft to automatically rotate the shock plate; and a third rotation configuration in which the first rotation configuration and the second rotation configuration are combined.
10 . A device for folding a tip of a tape, which allows the tape to be easily detached by using a non-adhesive part when unboxing or releasing and removing the tape bonded to an object by forming the non-adhesive part on one end of the tape when the tape is bonded to the object, the device comprising:
a cutter body configured to draw-out one end of the tape from a tape reel where the tape having adhesive force is wound, in which a shock absorbing plate is fixedly installed on one side of the cutter body; and a cutter configured to cut the tape drawn out from the tape reel, wherein:
a shock plate is provided to rotate about a rotating shaft,
when one end of the tape is drawn out from the tape reel, the shock plate is rotated in a forward direction due to draw-out of the tape, and
after the tape is cut by the cutter, the shock plate is rotated in a reverse direction by a rotational force of the shock plate so that a cover surface covering an adhesive surface of the tape is formed at an end portion of the tape.
11 . A method of folding a tip of a tape in a tape cutter including a cutter body configured to draw-out one end of the tape from a tape reel where the tape having adhesive force is wound, in which a shock absorbing plate is fixedly installed on one side of the cutter body; a cutter configured to cut the tape drawn out from the tape reel; and a shock plate rotated about a rotating shaft, wherein the method allows the tape to be easily detached by using a non-adhesive part when unboxing or releasing and removing the tape bonded to an object by forming the non-adhesive part on one end of the tape when the tape is bonded to the object by using the tape cutter, the method comprising:
a first step of drawing-out one end of the tape from the tape reel; a second step of rotating the shock plate by draw-out of the tape; and a third step in which the shock plate is rotated in a reverse direction by a rotational force of the shock plate after the tape is cut by the cutter so that a cover surface covering an adhesive surface of the tape is formed at an end portion of the tape.Cited by (0)
