Abstract
A refrigerator according to the present disclosure includes a tray configured to form an ice making cell, a cooler configured to supply cold air to the ice making cell, a water supply valve configured to control the flow of water to the ice making cell, and a controller configured to control the water supply valve, wherein the controller controls the water supply valve so that cold air from the cooler is supplied to the ice making cell before the water supply valve is turned on, and water is supplied to the ice making cell after the cold air is supplied to the ice making cell.

1 . A refrigerator comprising:
a tray configured to form a cell; a cooler configured to supply cold air to the cell; a temperature sensor configured to sense a temperature of the cell; a water supply valve configured to control a flow of water to the cell; and a controller configured to control the water supply valve, wherein the controller is configured to control the water supply valve so that the cold air from the cooler is supplied to the cell before the water supply valve is turned on, and the water is supplied to the cell after the cold air is supplied to the cell, wherein the controller turns on the water supply valve when the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor reaches a set temperature.
2 . The refrigerator of claim 1 ,
wherein the set temperature is a temperature of 0 degrees or less.
3 . The refrigerator of claim 1 ,
wherein the tray includes a first tray forming a portion of the cell, and a second tray forming another portion of the ice making cell and capable of moving relative to the first tray, and wherein a water supply starts at a water supply position of the second tray, and when the water supply is completed, the second tray moves to an ice making position.
4 . The refrigerator of claim 3 ,
wherein the second tray waits until the water supply valve is turned on at the water supply position.
5 . The refrigerator of claim 1 , further comprising:
a heater configured to be turned on in at least partial section while the cooler supplies cold so that bubbles dissolved in the water within the cell move from a portion, at which the ice is made, toward the water that is in a liquid state to make transparent ice.
6 . The refrigerator of claim 5 , wherein the tray includes a first tray forming a portion of the cell, and a second tray forming another portion of the ice making cell and capable of moving relative to the first tray, and
wherein the heater is configured to supply heat to the cell when the second tray is located at an ice making position.
7 . The refrigerator of claim 5 , wherein the heater is configured to supply heat to the cell after the water supply valve is turned off.
8 . The refrigerator of claim 5 , further comprising an additional heater configured to supply heat to the cell in an ice separation process.
9 . The refrigerator of claim 8 , wherein the heater is configured to supply heat to the second tray, and the additional heater is configured to supply heat to the first tray.
10 . A refrigerator comprising:
a first tray configured to form a portion of a cell; a second tray configured to form another portion of the cell and capable of moving relative to the first tray; a cooler configured to generate cold air to be supplied to the cell; a temperature sensor configured to sense a temperature of the cell; a water supply valve configured to adjust a flow of water to the cell; and a controller configured to control the water supply valve, wherein the controller is configured to
move the second tray to a water supply position;
cool the cell by the cool air of the cooler;
operate the water supply valve to supply the water to the cell; and
move the second tray to an ice making position after completion of a water supply,
wherein the controller controls the water supply valve so that the cold air from the cooler is supplied to the cell before the water supply valve is turned on, and the water is supplied to the cell after the cold air is supplied to the cell,
wherein the controller turns on the water supply valve, when the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor reaches a set temperature.
11 . The refrigerator of claim 10 ,
wherein the set temperature is a sub-zero temperature.
12 . The refrigerator of claim 10 , further comprising a heater configured to be turned on in at least partial section while the cooler supplies the cold air so that bubbles dissolved in the water within the cell move from a portion, at which the ice is made, toward the water that is in a liquid state to make transparent ice.
13 . The refrigerator of claim 11 , wherein the heater is configured to supply heat to the cell when the second tray is located at an ice making position.
14 . The refrigerator of claim 13 , wherein the heater is configured to supply heat to the cell after the water supply valve is turned off.
15 . The refrigerator of claim 12 , further comprising an additional heater configured to supply heat to the cell in an ice separation process.
16 . The refrigerator of claim 15 , wherein the heater is disposed adjacent to the second tray, and the additional heater is disposed adjacent to the first tray.
17 . A refrigerator comprising:
a first tray configured to form a portion of a cell; a second tray configured to form another portion of the cell and capable of moving relative to the first tray; a cooler configured to generate cold air to be supplied to the cell; a temperature sensor configured to sense a temperature of the cell; a water supply valve configured to adjust a flow of water to the cell; and a controller configured to control the water supply valve, wherein the controller is configured to
move the second tray to a water supply position;
cool the cell by the cool air of the cooler;
operate the water supply valve to supply the water to the cell; and
move the second tray to an ice making position after completion of a water supply,
wherein the controller controls the water supply valve so that the cold air from the cooler is supplied to the cell before the water supply valve is turned on, and the water is supplied to the cell after the cold air is supplied to the ice making cell,
wherein when a time when the second tray waits at the water supply position lapses a set time, the controller turns on the water supply valve.
18 . The refrigerator of claim 17 , further comprising a heater configured to be turned on in at least partial section while the cooler supplies the cold air so that bubbles dissolved in the water within the cell move from a portion, at which the ice is made, toward the water that is in a liquid state to make transparent ice.
19 . The refrigerator of claim 18 , wherein the heater is configured to supply heat to the cell when the second tray is located at an ice making position, or
