Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a cartridge and an electronic cigarette. The cartridge includes a housing assembly, an atomizing assembly, an aerosol channel, and a self-deforming partition. The housing assembly has an end provided with a nozzle portion. The atomizing assembly is configured to converting e-liquid stored in the cartridge into atomized aerosol. The aerosol channel is provided inside the housing assembly, and in communication with the nozzle portion. The self-deforming partition is connected to at least one of an inner wall of the housing assembly and an outer wall of the aerosol channel. An e-liquid storage cavity is defined between the self-deforming partition and the outer wall of the aerosol channel. The e-liquid storage cavity is configured to store the e-liquid. The self-deforming partition can collapse and deform toward the aerosol channel as an amount of e-liquid in the e-liquid storage cavity decreases.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A cartridge for an electronic cigarette, comprising:
 a housing assembly provided with a nozzle portion at an end thereof;   an atomizing assembly provided in the housing assembly and configured to converting e-liquid stored in the cartridge into atomized aerosol;   an aerosol channel provided in the housing assembly and in communication with the nozzle portion, the aerosol channel being configured to enable the atomized aerosol to be delivered by an air flow to the nozzle portion; and   a self-deforming partition connected to at least one of an inner wall of the housing assembly and an outer wall of the aerosol channel, wherein an e-liquid storage cavity is defined between the self-deforming partition and the outer wall of the aerosol channel, and the e-liquid storage cavity is configured to store the e-liquid;   wherein an e-liquid inlet channel in communication with the e-liquid storage cavity and the aerosol channel is provided in the housing assembly; the e-liquid in the e-liquid storage cavity enters the aerosol channel through the e-liquid inlet channel; and the self-deforming partition is capable of collapsing and deforming toward the aerosol channel in response to an amount of the e-liquid stored in the e-liquid storage cavity decreasing.

The cartridge according to  claim 1 , wherein the e-liquid inlet channel is configured to allow the e-liquid in the e-liquid storage cavity to flow unidirectionally to the aerosol channel, and prevent the e-liquid in the aerosol channel from flowing reversely to the e-liquid storage cavity. 
     
     
         3 . The cartridge according to  claim 1 , wherein the housing assembly is provided with a ventilation hole corresponding to the self-deforming partition; and the ventilation hole is in communication with an outside of the housing assembly. 
     
     
         4 . The cartridge according to  claim 3 , wherein an air inlet gap is provided between the inner wall of the housing assembly and the self-deforming partition, and the air inlet gap is in communication with the outside of the housing assembly through the ventilation hole. 
     
     
         5 . The cartridge according to  claim 3 , wherein a filter is provided in the ventilation hole, and the filter allows air to pass through. 
     
     
         6 . The cartridge according to  claim 1 , wherein the self-deforming partition is made of elastic material. 
     
     
         7 . The cartridge according to  claim 1 , wherein the self-deforming partition is made of a flexible film; or the self-deforming partition is made of a plastic shell. 
     
     
         8 . The cartridge according to  claim 4 , wherein the housing assembly comprises a housing and a sealing base; wherein the nozzle portion is provided at a first end of the housing, and an opening is provided at a second end of the housing; wherein the sealing base is inserted into the opening; wherein the housing is made of rigid rubber, and the self-deforming partition is made of silicon material; and the air inlet gap is provided between an inner wall of the housing and the self-deforming partition. 
     
     
         9 . The cartridge according to  claim 8 , wherein a first end of the self-deforming partition surrounds the aerosol channel and is sealingly connected to an outer wall of the aerosol channel, and a second end of the self-deforming partition surrounds the sealing base, and is sealingly connected to an outer wall of the sealing base. 
     
     
         10 . The cartridge according to  claim 9 , wherein the aerosol channel comprises an atomizing tube and an aerosol outlet tube; wherein the aerosol outlet tube is located in the housing and in communication with the nozzle portion; the atomizing tube is inserted into the sealing base;
 and an end of the atomizing tube away from the sealing base is in communication with the aerosol outlet tube;   wherein a first sealing ring and a second sealing ring are provided on the first end of the self-deforming partition surrounding the aerosol channel; the first sealing ring abuts against an outer wall of the aerosol outlet tube; and the second sealing ring abuts against an outer wall of the atomizing tube.   
     
     
         11 . The cartridge according to  claim 10 , wherein an annular protrusion is provided on one of the second end of the self-deforming partition surrounding the sealing base and the outer wall of the sealing base; an annular groove is provided on the other of the second end of the self-deforming partition surrounding the sealing base and the outer wall of the sealing base; and the annular protrusion is assembled in the annular groove with an interference fit; or
 a third sealing ring is provided on the second end of the self-deforming partition surrounding the sealing base, and the third sealing ring abuts against the outer wall of the sealing base.   
     
     
         12 . The cartridge according to  claim 11 , wherein the self-deforming partition comprises a main body, the first sealing ring, the second sealing ring, and the annular protrusion;
 wherein the first sealing ring, the second sealing ring, the annular protrusion, and the main body are made through a double injection molding process.   
     
     
         13 . The cartridge according to  claim 12 , wherein the main body comprises a cylindrical body and two plug-in terminals provided at the same end of the cylindrical body; wherein an avoidance groove is formed between the two plug-in terminals; wherein the aerosol outlet tube extends into the avoidance groove and abuts against the first sealing ring; wherein the atomizing tube extends into the avoidance groove and abuts against the second sealing ring; wherein the atomizing tube has an inner diameter greater than an inner diameter of the aerosol outlet tube; wherein the aerosol outlet tube extends into the atomizing tube and is in communication with the atomizing tube. 
     
     
         14 . The cartridge according to  claim 13 , wherein an end surface of the atomizing tube adjacent to the aerosol outlet tube abuts against the first sealing ring. 
     
     
         15 . The cartridge according to  claim 1 , wherein at least a part of the housing assembly is made of transparent material; and the self-deforming partition is made of transparent material. 
     
     
         16 . An electronic cigarette, comprising:
 the cartridge according to  claim 1 ; and   a cigarette rod electrically connected to the cartridge,   wherein the cartridge and the cigarette rod are an integral member, or   the cartridge is detachably mounted on the cigarette rod.
